Tilamnya sangat empuk dan tidak mempunyai sokongan, belakang saya sakit selepas tidur, yang mungkin berbeza dari orang ke orang. Kebersihan: Cukup baik, sederhana. We came back from Singapore to visit relatives and stayed at this Zengcheng Wanda Realm Hotel for the first time. Ms. June and Molly at the reception were very friendly and professional. Meanwhile, for the executive suite we originally booked, but we are very grateful to a lobby manager wearing glasses who helped us upgrade more higher level room and provided a series of services to make it more convenient for us. Thank you so much to all the service staff of this hotel for their patience and excellent service, they bring us the feelings just like we arrived the homeland!We stayed a total of 6 nights in two rooms. We booked separately through Singapore Trip. Unfortunately the breakfasts were ignored for two days, but the front desk manager of the hotel still provided us with a great dim sum breakfast, which was very warm. ! Through the wonderful vacation experience we will decide to book this hotel without any doubt when we come back 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 從新加坡回來探親第一次入住這間增城萬達嘉華，前台阿June和Molly小姐非常友善和專業，還有我們原本預定的行政套房很感謝有一位戴眼鏡的大堂經理幫我們無償升級了房間並且提供一系列讓我們更加便利的服務，感謝這間酒店的所有服務人員的接待與優質服務讓我們有種賓至如歸之感！我們一共入住6晚x兩間房，是通過新加坡Trip分開來預定的，結果有兩日的早餐被忽略掉了，但酒店的前台經理還是依舊為我們提供了美好的的小點心早餐，非常溫馨！通過此次入住我們決定以後每次回來都會直接預定這家酒店👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang strategik, dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke Stesen Kereta Api Timur Guangzhou, dan merupakan tempat yang tenang di tengah-tengah kesibukan. Wanita perkhidmatan, Nicole, sentiasa menjawab semua soalan anda. Selain itu, restoran Cina di tingkat 5 juga sangat sesuai untuk majlis perniagaan. Rasanya enak dan memenuhi semua keperluan anda dalam satu perhentian.

Best stay ever in Guangzhou! Hotel room is spacious and clean. Bed is very big and comfortable, however the pillow is a little soft to our liking but we still had a good rest! Hotel is just beside a few of the shopping malls making it very convenient to do shopping and have our meals, it’s also very near the local metro station. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel, definitely lived up to the 5 stars hotel standard.

The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, with a superior geographical location and a beautiful environment. The room cleaning is timely, efficient, and the staff is dedicated. They are able to handle problems in a timely manner and put themselves in the guest's shoes. The room is decorated warmly, with complete facilities and thoughtful service, making it a great choice for the journey. Mia warmly welcomed and was very satisfied. The hotel has a high cost performance ratio, and I will check in again next time

We stayed here for 3d2n. The hotel is located conveniently next to a big new mall with many food options. There are also shops and restaurants around the area which could be easily accessible by foot. I love the 杀猪面. The Huangbian subway station is also right at the mall, which could take you directly to Yuexiu Park if you're into some sightseeing. Amenities and cleanliness is top-notch at Junluxe. We also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who helped us secure airport transfers to Baiyun Airport. It would've been a challenge doing this myself as the road in front of the hotel is closed due to construction that is completing next to it; and we had large number of luggages, plus travelling as a group of 5. It took 2 concierge staff to kindly move our luggages and directed the multiple taxis to the underground parking. We were very grateful and gladly tipped the young men. I will gladly return. The hotel location is fantastic which is opposite Guangzhou Railway Station and 广州东站。Opposite is the main shopping district of GZ and surrounding many eating places. The hotel is supposed a 5 stars rated but it is old even though is well maintained. However the only con is the aircon system cannot be adjusted as it is centralized and it gets really cold at night.

Very good service and prompt responses from staff! As it was our anniversary, the hotel offered to help decorate the room. So sweet of them. Will probably return!

Disappointing stay, cannot pretend to stay as unforgettable memories..... limited amenities in the room, not even a comb...! 100% empty mini bar, swimming pool is absolutely not clean, with many swimmers allowed splitting all around the pool making the place very unsanitary, triggering fungal infection right after the swimm...! in room dining mini program not allowing digital payment.....but just credit cards.... hence the need to stop ordering virtually and then go to the phone to get your order set and when delivered , to be paid upon delivery...., many things were pretty unseamless experience in this hotel, wonder why it can be can under the shangrila brand.... not to the expected standards overalll

Langham Place, Guangzhou is my number one! During my stay, I was able to truly relax. I will definitely return for a longer stay! The hotel has a very pleasant scent. The staff help you with getting in and out of vehicles, guide you to your room, ask how you’re doing, and if you need any assistance. They always have a smile on their face. The interior, building, and view are beautiful. As soon as you arrive in Guangzhou, you are surrounded by friendly people who welcome you and ask if they can help. In twee weken tijd, 6 hotels getest in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou en Shenzhen. Langham Place, Guangzhou is mijn nummer één! Gedurende mijn verblijf ben ik goed tot rust gekomen. Zeker zal ik terugkomen voor een langer verblijf! Het hotel heeft een zeer aangename geur. Het personeel help je met in-, en uitstappen. Zij begeleiden je naar je kamer. Zij vragen hoe het met je gaat en of je hulp nodig hebt. Zij hebben altijd een glimlach op hun gezicht. Het interieur, gebouw en uitzicht is prachtig. Zodra je in Guangzhou aankomt word je omringt door vriendelijke mensen die je welkom heten en vragen of zij je kunnen helpen. In de omgeving zijn voldoende bezienswaardigheden en de straten zijn zeer veilig. Petje af!
