Hotel 3 Bintang di London

I booked this place originally due to going to a concert at Wembley Stadium. It looked on maps to be in a good location between the stadium and my arrival and departure station. (Liverpool Street). The location from the tube station is fabulous, it’s around a 3 minute walk. The hotel from the outside doesn’t look much, but on the inside it’s a clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Our room smelt and looked brand new. The bed had a firm mattress, we had extra pillows that were super soft. Security at the hotel was good. We arrived back around 1:30am and was asked for proof of residency before being allowed in to the hotel. I like that. Breakfast was available for £14.99 per person. There is a small coffee shop too on the lower floor. This wasn’t open whilst we were at the hotel, but we did arrive late in the day. There is a vending machine for chargers, plasters etc…what I would have liked is a food vending machine as arrived back a little hungry…don’t get me wrong there is shops within a 5 minute walk, I just wanted it in the comfort of the hotel. I would recommend the hotel and I’d definitely stay here again, it was a great price compared to a lot of other places.

This hotel is very convenient for the St. George’s Hospital - it’s literally in the grounds of the hospital. It’s a three star hotel and I would say it’s towards the lower end of the three star spectrum. The staff were very good, and the amenities for a three star were as expected. However, there is a huge problem with the cleanliness of the carpets and upholstery. They are disgusting! They are stained all over the place and it’s makes the atmosphere of the room feel very dirty - you just don’t know what on earth you’re walking in or sitting on. It’s a shame because the general cleanliness of the room is good and as you would expect, so the cleaning staff do a decent job, but the stains on the carpet and chairs/sofas are just so off putting. The management/owners of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves. It is just not acceptable. They need to deep clean the carpets and upholstery as a matter of urgency or replace them immediately. Some of the stains are so awful that I doubt cleaning would remove them, so the carpets and sofas/chairs would probably need to be replaced instead. I would definitely not stay here again because of this problem. Sort it out Management!

Was a great experience and the staffs as well. The facilities was clean and we find is easier to speak with the staffs for help. The app to assist customers was also a great idea and my life easier. Great stay

I love this hotel for staying when in London. It is next to King's Cross/St Pancras railway stations. Rooms are great especially for a short stay. Clean and functional. It is not cheap but this is central London. Breakfast represents excellent value, especially the cooked option. Check in is using the automated kiosks which is very efficient but there are staff if you want to queue and check in the conventional way.

Two of us had booked 2 rooms a couple of months in advance and a third party booked only a few days in advance and directly with Premier. His room was $ 25.00 less for the night than we paid. Next time will make arrangements directly with the hotel.

The bed shower and room was great. The breakfast was od good quality except if your at breakfast an hour after it starts. Adults go the wrong way through the queuing system and a long with allowing there kids to touch everything without tongs which is very poor hygiene. For example I see a 40 is year old man sneeze in his hand then get bread and put it in the toaster not using tongs....disgusting. I pulled him up on it and he didnt care a bit. Considering we just getting over covid he and others are very careless!

Overall a nice hotel. Location is decent as it’s not smacked in the middle of busy areas where it can get very expensive, but close enough still to get to the popular places and attractions. Nearby food street (has Flat Iron Steak) with convenience mart also helps.

Per la pulizia della camera bisogna avvisare ogni mattina se ci si ferma più di un giorno; la camera è grande con vista sul Tamigi, ma la tappezzeria della sedia è usurata e sgradevolmente macchiata; il personale è molto disponibile e gentile; la colazione buona e varia. A cena il cibo è decisamente buono ma i tempi di attesa molto lunghi.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. Given that, and the price, I had no problem with the size of the room. However, I did not like the lack of tea/coffee making facilities, the poor toiletries and annoying to use hairdryer. All I suppose can be forgiven for the price of a central London hotel! The biggest issue though was the security. At 1am we had a drunken person banging and shaking our door violently trying to get in. It was actually quite terrifying and I was grateful to not be alone.

Such a Great Location & the Staff is Amazing! It’s located right next to Kings Cross & Coal Drop Yards which is convenient. Check in is simple & they even let you leave your luggage for free if you get their early & after your check out. The staff is so kind, to the front desk, Maintenance, Cleaning Crew & Management. I love how the beds you can change the color of the Lighting. There are plugs for your phone & a locker to store your stuff. Also a bar to hang socks or a Towel. They have a huge lounge area where you can chill or work & a kitchen. Pretty big kitchen, great way to save $ while traveling! Bathrooms are always clean & always hot water. They have events throughout the week which is great for connecting with new people. You can tell the staff is like family here & genuine souls! Definitely suggest checking out this Hostel when traveling to London! My next trip into London, I’ll definitely be staying here. 💚
