Hotel Pantai di Lingshui

Raffles Hainan Clearwater Bay stands out as one of the rare hotels that truly inspires me to write a detailed review. As a coastal retreat, it delivers impeccable service and facilities beyond reproach. The property is immaculately maintained with spotless cleanliness, reflecting no-expense-spared attention to upkeep. What sets this resort apart is its warm, thoughtful service that genuinely makes guests feel at home. The butler service elevates the experience to another level entirely. Darryl, with his remarkable professionalism and dedication, crafted what can only be described as a flawless stay for us. From pre-arrival confirmations and personalized inquiries to seamless check-in coordination and attentive follow-ups throughout our visit, he embodied the very definition of meticulous hospitality. His ability to anticipate needs and resolve matters promptly showed what true five-star service means. Once again, our deepest gratitude to Darryl for making our stay extraordinary. Without hesitation, this will be our preferred destination for future visits. Thank you for such an exceptional experience - keep excelling!

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and one of the highlights was the impeccable service provided by our butler, Joe. From the moment we arrived, Joe made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. He was attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs and offering help before we even had to ask. Thanks to Joe, this trip felt seamless and relaxing from beginning to end. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and dedication. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly memorable experience.

Here’s the English translation of Version 1, keeping the same sincere and concise tone: --- Very satisfied with our stay! Even though it was low season, the service quality never dropped. A special thank you to Manager Evie Zhong at the lobby – from check‑in to check‑out, she really took great care of us and made us feel at home. The hotel environment is peaceful and elegant, and every staff member we met was friendly and warm. With fewer guests around, it felt even more relaxing. We will definitely come back!
