Hotel Pantai di Bali

The Ayodya is very large Balinese style hotel in a perfect location on a beautiful beach. It has plenty of activities available with a lot of pools, restaurants and places to just sit. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride around. Great for families . The staff is attentive and friendly. They were very kind to move our room when there was construction at the neighboring resort. The food is expensive at the resort compared to local eateries so we never ate on site except for Nepyi. The resort itself could use some upkeep as it is starting to show its age.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I received on my final day at the hotel, particularly as this stay was part of my honeymoon. The issue is not that my request for a late checkout was declined. I fully understand that late checkouts are subject to availability, and when I first requested one a day prior, I was informed that the hotel was at full occupancy and therefore unable to accommodate it. I accepted this and even offered to pay an additional fee if it was available. On the morning of my departure, I asked again and was given the same explanation, which was completely understandable. However, what followed was extremely frustrating and left a very poor impression of what was otherwise meant to be a special and memorable honeymoon experience. As we were required to check out by 12:00 PM, we returned to our room after breakfast, packed our belongings, and were ready to leave on time. At 12:00 PM, we called reception and requested assistance from a porter with our luggage. We waited for over 30 minutes and no one arrived. We called again, waited even longer, and still nobody came. By this point, more than an hour had passed, and despite having called twice, no assistance was provided. Eventually, I had to walk all the way to reception myself to request help in person. To make matters worse, after I spoke to the front desk, the receptionist called the room while my wife was waiting with our bags and asked what time we would be checking out. This was already around 1:20 PM. I find it incredibly disappointing that the hotel was unable to accommodate a late checkout due to “full occupancy”, yet at the same time left us waiting for well over an hour after we were ready to depart. No housekeeping came to clean the room either. Had we known we would be left waiting this long, we could have spent that time enjoying the pool, beach, or other hotel facilities instead of sitting in our room waiting for assistance that never came. What is particularly upsetting is that this occurred on the final day of our honeymoon. Instead of ending our trip on a positive note, we spent the last part of our stay frustrated, waiting around unnecessarily, and feeling completely overlooked as guests. What is most disappointing is that no meaningful effort was made to recover the situation. We received repeated apologies, but no proactive solution, gesture of goodwill, or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. For a property positioning itself as a 5-star hotel, I expected a much higher level of service, communication, and guest care. A sincere apology is appreciated, but apologies alone do not make up for a poor guest experience, especially one that affected the final hours of a honeymoon stay. Unfortunately, this experience significantly impacted our final impression of the hotel and left us feeling that our time as guests was not valued. The last day of a holiday is often the lasting memory guests take home with them, and it is disappointing that this is how our honeymoon stay concluded. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and reviewed by management so that future guests do not experience the same level of frustration and lack of service on what should be the most seamless part of their stay.

We had a plunge pool room & requested next to a lift. We had the first room & the convenience to the bar, restaurant & communal pool was ideal. The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful & friendly & remember your name (& my husband’s shellfish allergy). I ordered Grab dinner one night, which wasn’t an issue & my husband ordered room service. The communal pool is very social, the recurring issue is the inconsiderate guests who place towels on sun lounges early in the morning & not returning until lunchtime but, that happens at most places. Our only gripe was the volume of the music/entertainment one night but by the time we went to contact reception it had stopped (assuming others had had the same problem). Can’t wait to return - next time with our 16yr old daughter & will likely book a room with the bathtub on the balcony.

Sarapan pagi agak mudah, dengan sedikit ***a, agak biasa, dan lebih mahal kerana kanak-kanak itu berumur 13 tahun! Di samping itu, saya membelanjakan 300 yuan untuk membelinya, yang tidak berbaloi! Bilik itu tidak bersih dan berbau. Tempat tidurnya bersepah dan berbau Bilik itu agak kecil pada masa itu, tetapi apabila saya tiba, saya mendapati ia tidak berbeza dengan Bilik Deluxe I meminta Ctrip untuk bertanya, tetapi tiada apa yang perlu dijelaskan. Itu hanya dilakukan oleh Ctrip sendiri. Perkara yang baik tentang hotel ini ialah ia mempunyai lokasi yang baik Pada waktu siang, terdapat kakitangan untuk mengatur kanak-kanak bermain permainan di kolam renang, dan terdapat bar yang dibuka pada waktu malam.

.Had such a lovely stay at Hilton Bali Resort. The housekeeping team were absolutely amazing and always made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. Every staff member we came across was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you as well for organizing the birthday cake surprise — it made my birthday feel extra special and was such a thoughtful touch. Really grateful for the beautiful experience and hospitality. Would definitely love to come back again.

Peralatan tempat tidur asal hotel ini agak keras, tetapi menambah tilam lembut lateks adalah bagus! ! ! Hotel ini tidak terlalu besar, tetapi secara keseluruhannya bagus habuk papan jatuh di atas katil dan beg pakaian. Kepala pancuran agak pendek dan tidak boleh dilaraskan ketinggiannya.

Lokasi yang selesa dan akses mudah dari lapangan terbang. Kemudahan hotel dan bangunan lama. Hotel yang boleh diterima jika anda tidak mempunyai harapan yang tinggi. Hotel ini bukan di pantai tetapi boleh berjalan kaki 6-7min ke pantai KUTA.

Right on a main street with countless bars and restaurants nearby. Very convenient for walking around the area. It is a busy street, but every street here is busy, so it’s expected. We felt very safe throughout our stay. Motorbike parking available and 24-hour reception. 2. Check-in / Check-out Experience Smooth and efficient for both check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted us with a SIM card issue at reception. 3. Room Quality & Comfort The room was bright, airy, and very clean. We had a balcony on the 5th floor (top floor) overlooking the pool, which had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was excellent — they made up the room every day. Strong air conditioning, comfortable bed, and good lighting. 4. Bathroom Really clean and well-maintained. Toiletries were provided and water bottles were replenished daily. 5. Staff & Service Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick response at reception and good daily housekeeping. 6. Facilities & Amenities The pool was really nice and well-kept. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. We didn’t try breakfast. Motorbike parking and 24-hour reception were useful. 7. Value for Money Really good value for money. We got a clean, bright room with a great pool-view balcony in a prime location at a fair price. No complaints. 8. Final Thoughts & Recommendation I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to couples or anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable base with a nice pool. Great spot if you want to be close to restaurants and nightlife.

This is our 4th time of staying in this hotel also our second time in Alam Villa. But after compared to last time we stayed in 2018, it's sad to say this hotel is going down hill. The hotel is severly under staff, things are getting old, pipes are leaking. Compared to the same Anniversary holiday, we had a different experience and treatment this time. We do hope the hotel management can do something to improve. Still, we still recommend this hotel to someone who has limited budget.

Hotel service: Basically, it‘s very considerate. The reception staff will greet you during the dining process, but suddenly he will enter your room while cleaning the room. I don’t know it because I was in the pool and just forgot to hang a do not disturb sign in the entrance door. Also the staff will regularly calling you, for example, knowing that you are going to check out the next day, he will ask you what arrangements you have on the next day. Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street. Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. The level is qualified. As for the food in the restaurant, I think it‘s full enough. There are also snacks on the first plate, which makes me very surprised. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。 設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍 食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝
