Hotel Pantai di Bali

The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere with a unique historical charm. It’s especially great for families — we had a really enjoyable stay, and the kids’ activity areas were a big plus. The food variety was very good, with both breakfast and dinner buffets offering plenty of options. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. The rooms and pool areas are a bit dated and could benefit from better maintenance and refurbishment. Overall, it’s a solid family-friendly resort with great atmosphere and service.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service I received on my final day at the hotel, particularly as this stay was part of my honeymoon. The issue is not that my request for a late checkout was declined. I fully understand that late checkouts are subject to availability, and when I first requested one a day prior, I was informed that the hotel was at full occupancy and therefore unable to accommodate it. I accepted this and even offered to pay an additional fee if it was available. On the morning of my departure, I asked again and was given the same explanation, which was completely understandable. However, what followed was extremely frustrating and left a very poor impression of what was otherwise meant to be a special and memorable honeymoon experience. As we were required to check out by 12:00 PM, we returned to our room after breakfast, packed our belongings, and were ready to leave on time. At 12:00 PM, we called reception and requested assistance from a porter with our luggage. We waited for over 30 minutes and no one arrived. We called again, waited even longer, and still nobody came. By this point, more than an hour had passed, and despite having called twice, no assistance was provided. Eventually, I had to walk all the way to reception myself to request help in person. To make matters worse, after I spoke to the front desk, the receptionist called the room while my wife was waiting with our bags and asked what time we would be checking out. This was already around 1:20 PM. I find it incredibly disappointing that the hotel was unable to accommodate a late checkout due to “full occupancy”, yet at the same time left us waiting for well over an hour after we were ready to depart. No housekeeping came to clean the room either. Had we known we would be left waiting this long, we could have spent that time enjoying the pool, beach, or other hotel facilities instead of sitting in our room waiting for assistance that never came. What is particularly upsetting is that this occurred on the final day of our honeymoon. Instead of ending our trip on a positive note, we spent the last part of our stay frustrated, waiting around unnecessarily, and feeling completely overlooked as guests. What is most disappointing is that no meaningful effort was made to recover the situation. We received repeated apologies, but no proactive solution, gesture of goodwill, or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. For a property positioning itself as a 5-star hotel, I expected a much higher level of service, communication, and guest care. A sincere apology is appreciated, but apologies alone do not make up for a poor guest experience, especially one that affected the final hours of a honeymoon stay. Unfortunately, this experience significantly impacted our final impression of the hotel and left us feeling that our time as guests was not valued. The last day of a holiday is often the lasting memory guests take home with them, and it is disappointing that this is how our honeymoon stay concluded. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and reviewed by management so that future guests do not experience the same level of frustration and lack of service on what should be the most seamless part of their stay.

We had a plunge pool room & requested next to a lift. We had the first room & the convenience to the bar, restaurant & communal pool was ideal. The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful & friendly & remember your name (& my husband’s shellfish allergy). I ordered Grab dinner one night, which wasn’t an issue & my husband ordered room service. The communal pool is very social, the recurring issue is the inconsiderate guests who place towels on sun lounges early in the morning & not returning until lunchtime but, that happens at most places. Our only gripe was the volume of the music/entertainment one night but by the time we went to contact reception it had stopped (assuming others had had the same problem). Can’t wait to return - next time with our 16yr old daughter & will likely book a room with the bathtub on the balcony.

.Had such a lovely stay at Hilton Bali Resort. The housekeeping team were absolutely amazing and always made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. Every staff member we came across was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you as well for organizing the birthday cake surprise — it made my birthday feel extra special and was such a thoughtful touch. Really grateful for the beautiful experience and hospitality. Would definitely love to come back again.

Nestled alongside some of Bali’s most exquisite resorts, this property offers a refined and luxurious experience at a surprisingly moderate price. The ambiance is serene and tranquil, allowing guests to truly relax and unwind. The cuisine is flavorful and thoughtfully prepared, while the staff provide warm, gracious, and attentive service throughout the stay. The resort is beautifully designed with lush greenery, creating a harmonious balance between nature and comfort. One particularly charming detail was the collection of books in various languages thoughtfully placed in each room, as well as in the lobby and by the pool. Spending time reading by the open-air swimming pool or on the beach, surrounded by such peaceful silence, offered a rare and indulgent sense of escape from the outside world.

Hotel yang sangat baik! Sarapan paginya lazat, pastrinya menakjubkan, dan anda boleh membuat jus segar. Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu. Biliknya besar dan tidak letih, dengan perabot kayu yang bagus. Interesting experience at this resort. Villas aren’t as big as it seems in the photos. It was built 30 Years ago. Currently undergoing renovation. The prices are currently very reasonable but this might not stay the same. The trade off is that some elements of the facility in the room is rather old and lacking the modern functionality of a clean new facility. But the bed was very comfortable. That’s a good plus. Overall It’s great value if you enjoy it for what it’s worth. I liked the 90s resort vibe

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus! Berjalan kaki ke Pasar Kuta dan seluruh kawasan membeli-belah. Selain itu, terdapat kedai serbaneka berdekatan juga. Dari segi makan, tidak perlu risau, kerana terdapat banyak jalan untuk anda pilih. Makanan laut, Barat, Cina atau tempatan mereka. Dari segi hotel, ia agak lama. Balkoni (pandangan bandar) sebenarnya hanya membolehkan kita melihat bumbung hotel atau bangunan di sebelahnya. Akan ada seseorang atau beberapa pekerja yang akan pergi dan melakukan pembersihan, jadi dinasihatkan untuk menutup langsir apabila anda tiada di dalam bilik. Selain itu, balkoninya agak kotor, dan kami tidak pernah membuka atau menggunakan balkoni sama sekali. Sikit membazir. Peti ais di dalam bilik tidak begitu sejuk. Dimaksimumkan, tetapi masih sama. I had a great stay at d’primahotel Seminyak. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with many cafés, restaurants, and popular spots in Seminyak just a short distance away. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali.

Hotel service: Basically, it‘s very considerate. The reception staff will greet you during the dining process, but suddenly he will enter your room while cleaning the room. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street. Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. The level is qualified. As for the food in the restaurant, I think it‘s full enough. There are also snacks on the first plate, which makes me very surprised. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。 設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍 食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝
