This was one of the best stays we’ve had throughout our family travels. The hotel is very well located, offering beautiful, modern facilities, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The pools are clean, well maintained, and supervised by lifeguards, which gave us great peace of mind travelling with children. The kids’ club truly exceeded our expectations. Our children (aged 4 and 8) constantly asked to go back! There are two different kids’ club areas and a fantastic range of activities including duckling feeding, football, arts and crafts, musical chairs — and their absolute favourite: marshmallows by the beach. There is also a well-maintained and supervised water park, which was a big highlight. We also loved that bikes are available to rent for the whole family, allowing you to ride along the beachfront path past neighbouring hotels. Our only suggestion would be to offer baby seats for bicycles to accommodate younger children. Breakfast was extraordinary — a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options catering to all tastes. Finally, the hotel’s beachfront location is perfect, with several restaurant options nearby. Overall, a truly memorable stay for our family.

The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere with a unique historical charm. It’s especially great for families — we had a really enjoyable stay, and the kids’ activity areas were a big plus. The food variety was very good, with both breakfast and dinner buffets offering plenty of options. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. The rooms and pool areas are a bit dated and could benefit from better maintenance and refurbishment. Overall, it’s a solid family-friendly resort with great atmosphere and service.

Love this hotel. Service is exceptional and staff cannot do enough for their guests. Cabanas and deck chairs at poolside are easy to get and breakfast is amazing. Pool is huge so plenty of space to relax and enjoy it. Pillows were the ones that sank once you laid on them so they got us new ones that were more solid. This all happened because we were heading to breakfast and customer relations asked us if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. The service here is impeccable amd we have stayed in alot of hotels accross legian amd swminyak but always spend alot of our stay here..

Sarapan pagi agak mudah, dengan sedikit ***a, agak biasa, dan lebih mahal kerana kanak-kanak itu berumur 13 tahun! Di samping itu, saya membelanjakan 300 yuan untuk membelinya, yang tidak berbaloi! Bilik itu tidak bersih dan berbau. Tempat tidurnya bersepah dan berbau Bilik itu agak kecil pada masa itu, tetapi apabila saya tiba, saya mendapati ia tidak berbeza dengan Bilik Deluxe I meminta Ctrip untuk bertanya, tetapi tiada apa yang perlu dijelaskan. Itu hanya dilakukan oleh Ctrip sendiri. Perkara yang baik tentang hotel ini ialah ia mempunyai lokasi yang baik Pada waktu siang, terdapat kakitangan untuk mengatur kanak-kanak bermain permainan di kolam renang, dan terdapat bar yang dibuka pada waktu malam.

Very expensive hotel. Not worth the price you pay. Main Pool closes at....4pm ! ,: reason: they must set up tables for dinner, very strange..You can feel how owner is looking to make money without caring about his guest's needs ! The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

I recently stayed at Hilton Bali Resort and overall it was a really pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere immediately stood out. The resort has a calm and relaxing vibe, surrounded by beautiful scenery that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy the stay. Whether it was walking through the gardens or just sitting by the pool, everything felt peaceful and well maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the staff. The team was consistently friendly, polite, and very welcoming. They were always ready to help with any request and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would like to sincerely thank Desak, Aditya, Susanti, and Mastra for assisting me during my stay. Their kindness and support truly made a difference and left a lasting impression. Cleanliness was also excellent. The rooms were neat, tidy, and well taken care of, and the common areas were kept in great condition. It is clear that the hotel puts effort into maintaining a high standard, which I really appreciated. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the availability of halal food options. While there were some choices, having a wider variety or clearer options would make the stay even better, especially for Muslim guests. Overall, everything else was very good. The facilities, the environment, and the service all came together to create a memorable stay. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

Peralatan tempat tidur asal hotel ini agak keras, tetapi menambah tilam lembut lateks adalah bagus! ! ! Hotel ini tidak terlalu besar, tetapi secara keseluruhannya bagus habuk papan jatuh di atas katil dan beg pakaian. Kepala pancuran agak pendek dan tidak boleh dilaraskan ketinggiannya.

I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Perfect location if you are planning to go surfing in Kuta Beach as there are a lot of surf schools right across the road at very attractive prices. The room is clean and the interior looks newly furnished. The room also has UK outlets which we appreciate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。 設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍 食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝
