AAdriana QuintelaThis was one of the best stays we’ve had throughout our family travels. The hotel is very well located, offering beautiful, modern facilities, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive.
The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The pools are clean, well maintained, and supervised by lifeguards, which gave us great peace of mind travelling with children.
The kids’ club truly exceeded our expectations. Our children (aged 4 and 8) constantly asked to go back! There are two different kids’ club areas and a fantastic range of activities including duckling feeding, football, arts and crafts, musical chairs — and their absolute favourite: marshmallows by the beach. There is also a well-maintained and supervised water park, which was a big highlight.
We also loved that bikes are available to rent for the whole family, allowing you to ride along the beachfront path past neighbouring hotels. Our only suggestion would be to offer baby seats for bicycles to accommodate younger children.
Breakfast was extraordinary — a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options catering to all tastes.
Finally, the hotel’s beachfront location is perfect, with several restaurant options nearby.
Overall, a truly memorable stay for our family.

It has plenty of activities available with a lot of pools, restaurants and places to just sit. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride around. Great for families . The staff is attentive and friendly. They were very kind to move our room when there was construction at the neighboring resort. The food is expensive at the resort compared to local eateries so we never ate on site except for Nepyi. The resort itself could use some upkeep as it is starting to show its age.

PPengguna TetamuWe will never stay with the Stones again as we paid the upgrade for the premium stones suite that was close to $5,000 Australian. apparently this was the best room with roof top pool and nothing better! We were expecting absolute amazing wow factor especially after bragging to the kids how amazing it was going to be. Were were 2 adults 2 children kids had to sleep on couch and a single bed in the lounge no where to put their clothes so had to live out of suitcase room only had 1 toilet they knew we were bringing out kids and never advised of this situation as when we were previously there a couple of months prior on our own without the kids. were weren’t able to sight the room then as it was occupied! Or would have never didn’t the extra $2500.
This was just the start of our terrible experience. The roof top pool had live wires hanging out and detached from pool light all together didn’t work, which they sent some one to fix it but didn’t was still hanging off. Kids couldn’t use the pool at all. them had to come back and redo it as only had used zip ties to keep it together, the tiles around the apartment were dirty, the door to bathroom was jammed and was hard to open and close when they fixed this the floor was left in a mess with plaster all over the floor and a Stanley knife left behind on the floor when we gave young kids. We also mention one of the buttons in the lift was all pushed in with also live wires (dangerous) the showers and taps only trickled with water noooo pressure at all untill plumber came to fix it! After numerous times of telling then the staircase was old and frail and hanging by old rusted screws and that it was dangerous as not secure. They done nothing about it untill my husband held onto ramp one night coming downstairs and the ramp completely snapped off and he fell down the stairs they had their medical team look over him which luckily was on minor ankle sprain. We no longer could use the pool as was under construction. After continuous complaints to the managers down stairs we spoke to about 5 different ones we demanded a full refund and to move hotel only to be offered a refund only on the $2500 which was the upgrade amount and stay in the same room. Also that the refund would have to take 1-2 months when we had paid on the spot. After only after more complaints and stating we were not leaving without the refund they sent it thru the day we got back to Australia. We also were offered airport transfer when we left! As a major 5 star hotel you would think they would be a lot more accommodating to us and or offer a complimentary drink or dinner or lunch or anything? We were spending $500 roughly at the hotel down stairs by the bar for food and drinks every couple of days also. We then decided to not even use hotel at all and just to sleep! What a waste of money and totally false advertising! Do not pay or stay in this room if your expectation ultimate luxury because it was definitely not! We are world travelers , from koi Samui, Maldives Thailand Bali 15 times at least and also in Europe, Portugal Spain and many more country’s and have never once been treated like this!

FFandinggeerSarapan pagi agak mudah, dengan sedikit ***a, agak biasa, dan lebih mahal kerana kanak-kanak itu berumur 13 tahun! Di samping itu, saya membelanjakan 300 yuan untuk membelinya, yang tidak berbaloi! Bilik itu tidak bersih dan berbau. Tempat tidurnya bersepah dan berbau Bilik itu agak kecil pada masa itu, tetapi apabila saya tiba, saya mendapati ia tidak berbeza dengan Bilik Deluxe I meminta Ctrip untuk bertanya, tetapi tiada apa yang perlu dijelaskan. Itu hanya dilakukan oleh Ctrip sendiri. Perkara yang baik tentang hotel ini ialah ia mempunyai lokasi yang baik Pada waktu siang, terdapat kakitangan untuk mengatur kanak-kanak bermain permainan di kolam renang, dan terdapat bar yang dibuka pada waktu malam.

Main Pool closes at....4pm ! ,: reason: they must set up tables for dinner, very strange..You can feel how owner is looking to make money without caring about his guest's needs ! The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

PPengguna TetamuTeres bilik sangat besar dengan pemandangan laut yang cantik. Walaupun ada tapak pembinaan di sebelah, bunyi bising hampir tiada. Kalau menginap di Cliff Tower, boleh minta kaunter depan untuk dapatkan bilik yang jauh sikit dari tapak pembinaan, kalau tidak pemandangan dari balkoni mungkin terjejas. Restoran Elara dan The Shore semuanya sangat sedap, tolonglah cuba pencuci mulut 'passionfruit texture' dalam gambar itu. Urutan juga sangat bagus, tetapi jangan pergi makan barbeku malam di Paon Bali, langsung tidak berbaloi.

IIsy_bisyThe hotel room is spotless and so beautiful. I love the style and the balcony even if it overlooks one of the restaurants. I spent most of my time by the pool. The only problem was people who were placing their towels on the sun beds all day without even using them. There definitely should be a policy in place where they only have 2 hour limit without using it or something. The all inclusive plan is definitely worth the money if you’re going to use the pool bar but if you’re looking for extraordinary food then you’ll be disappointed. It’s good, it’s alright but nothing special, even the “seafood” night only had 1 type of fish and some squid ! Overall I would still recommend this place to my friends or even come back but I would venture to other restaurants close by instead of eating at the hotel.

1. Location & Accessibility
Excellent location. Right on a main street with countless bars and restaurants nearby. Very convenient for walking around the area. It is a busy street, but every street here is busy, so it’s expected. We felt very safe throughout our stay. Motorbike parking available and 24-hour reception.
2. Check-in / Check-out Experience
Smooth and efficient for both check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted us with a SIM card issue at reception.
3. Room Quality & Comfort
The room was bright, airy, and very clean. We had a balcony on the 5th floor (top floor) overlooking the pool, which had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was excellent — they made up the room every day. Strong air conditioning, comfortable bed, and good lighting.
4. Bathroom
Really clean and well-maintained. Toiletries were provided and water bottles were replenished daily.
5. Staff & Service
Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick response at reception and good daily housekeeping.
6. Facilities & Amenities
The pool was really nice and well-kept. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. We didn’t try breakfast. Motorbike parking and 24-hour reception were useful.
7. Value for Money
Really good value for money. We got a clean, bright room with a great pool-view balcony in a prime location at a fair price. No complaints.
8. Final Thoughts & Recommendation
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to couples or anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable base with a nice pool. Great spot if you want to be close to restaurants and nightlife.

DDaniel64This is our 4th time of staying in this hotel also our second time in Alam Villa. But after compared to last time we stayed in 2018, it's sad to say this hotel is going down hill. The hotel is severly under staff, things are getting old, pipes are leaking. Compared to the same Anniversary holiday, we had a different experience and treatment this time. We do hope the hotel management can do something to improve. Still, we still recommend this hotel to someone who has limited budget.
