The hotel has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, the breakfast is excellent, and the beach, although not very large, is clean and well maintained. We always managed to find available sunbeds. The entire staff—at reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant—were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. We divided our 10-day holiday between two hotels. We chose Boutique Hoi An Resort because it is closer to Hoi An. At first, we were slightly hesitant because it is a four-star hotel and this was our first visit to Vietnam, but its awards and excellent reviews gave us confidence. I really enjoyed one night in this hotel. Tried to extend for one more but it was fully book. Sparkling clean rooms and nice breakfast. I did my laundry service there too.

The hotel is getting a little dated shower the furnishings are quality and nice. We reserved a 1 bedroom villa and was given a 3 bedroom 3 bath villa full kitchen. If you're looking for a quiet place a little outside of the city then this is for you. You need a car or motorbike for transportation from this somewhat isolated location. We slept well hearing the ocean surf pounding the beach all night

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The hotel is a bit dated, yet very well-maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and understanding, but not very proactive, except during breakfast times. The majority of guests during our stay were couples without kids and the elderly; the main population was from England, Germany, and France. The hotel offers complimentary drinks and refreshments during check-in. The rooms are small for a family of four, but the balcony provides additional space, and the views are magnificent. The breakfast has plenty of options. The pool was a bit cold to our taste. The beach is clean and well-maintained. There are loungers and towels (free of charge). The spa is average. We may consider coming back for some tranquility and peace of mind.

Unfortunately not in the best spot. It’s outdoors, sure, but stuck close to the main building, whereas the area at the far end of the pools facing the beach would have been much nicer. The restaurants take too much advantage of the hotel’s isolation to charge inflated prices. The predictable result: a steady stream of Grab food deliveries, lunch and dinner.

The room all old furniture… Small room… can’t imagine those who bring big luggage, hardly got space to walk… Such small room should remove the small table and chairs… The TV remote was not working, request to change battery … they say will come to my room immediately … but in the end… waited 10minutes nobody comes.. I have to bring the remote to reception to get the battery replaced …. They got a cold fridge… The breakfast serve nice buttery pancakes… Other food… not so good… They never top up food when finished… The restaurant that only one who always give a smiling face is the one who cook the pancake and egg station… More room for improvement… Surprisingly this hotel have many Indian nationals customers … so you can see few when breakfast, use hand to take food although tongs are provided …I just comment what I saw in the 3 days…no hard feelings … Hotel Near 2 nice bakeries…and Macdonal… Also near an overpriced massage place for men… no women… better skip this place…

My stay at the Sandy Beach Resort in Đà Nẵng was absolutely wonderful. The room was not only big but also spotlessly clean, and it offered the best view of the sunrise I’ve ever seen—waking up to that every morning was pure magic. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to start the day right. The location is great too: it only takes about 15 minutes to reach the core beach, where you can enjoy jetskiing, parasailing, and other fun water activities. Whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family, this resort is a fantastic choice. I will definitely revisit!

Cheap hotel that was clean and comfortable. Location is good about a 10-15 min walk to the beach but I bit further from the main night life area. A bit of an annoyance was the the rooms provided water, which you would expect to be complementary as is usually the case with hotels, except we were asked to pay for the water upon checkout and no where did it say that they charged. It should have had a note at check in or in the room.

The staff was really nice but when I arrive wasn’t clean ! I don’t care for much stuff but at least the sheets shou be changed
