If you are looking for a cozy boutique-style hotel close to Hoi An, this is the perfect place. The hotel has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, the breakfast is excellent, and the beach, although not very large, is clean and well maintained. We always managed to find available sunbeds. The entire staff—at reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant—were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. We divided our 10-day holiday between two hotels. We chose Boutique Hoi An Resort because it is closer to Hoi An. At first, we were slightly hesitant because it is a four-star hotel and this was our first visit to Vietnam, but its awards and excellent reviews gave us confidence. To be honest, some highs and lows here. The service here is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. I remembered the first two days I was presented with this nice buffet with good food choices , then for another 3 or 4 days, the buffet stopped running and they switched to this really underwhelming a la carte menu that looked more befitting into a 2-star backpacker or student hostel. Then I found out the buffet was only set up because of a number of Chinese guests staying there. When they left, the buffet went (obviously me and the other 15 guests who were staying there, didn't deserve it??) The last two days they set it up again, and surprise, a large number of Russian guests had just checked in. So it turns that only if you are Chinese or Russian you get the attentions here? I know what I paid wasn't cheap, smacks of discrimination. Then on those days the service turned sloppy, I came early for breakfast, I think this is the first place I have been, where they penalise you if you come to eat early. 30 mins after opening and some trays were cold, I had to use the toaster to heat it up. The housekeeping was a bit strange here. They didn't replace the bed sheets, they simply tucked them in (I know this anecdotically, for a fact) One of the coffee cups replaced was soiled and stained, and in one occasion, they had removed one of the bar items without telling me (paving the way to maybe ask me to pay for it later without me taking it, this is not a good practice) The coffee bar was very hit and miss. Some of the pastry pieces on display were some of the most ghastly I've ever seen, they looked raw, I had to ask them if they had been baked, they said yes (they were unglazed) On the second day, they served me this wishy washy mish mash of crushed ice with some mango on top, didn't taste of anything, they wanted 40000 d for that, how is that even on the menu? After that, I didn't set foot in there again. The hotel was not even at 20% capacity, and they had the brilliant idea of putting people directly next to me and above upstairs..really? The pikey backpackers would be thumping on the floor a lot of the time, very poor isolation. Upon leaving, I had this Be taxi driver (white car, 125.xx plate) He parked across the road, I was carrying my suitcases, I told him to turn around. He got in his taxi, drove off, and left me STRANDED, this was a booking to the airport, what kind of subhuman does that??? My experience with the Vietnamese is not great, but the staff here were kind and helpful, and assisted me greatly. Location not really great, a bit far from everything, but the place was very clean. So there are some positives, but this is in no way a 4 star for me, especially when subject to profiling and priviledges are removed, depending on where you come from, and what colour your skin is.

The staff are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to make your stay good and fix any problems you have if you give them the chance. They were very accommodating to us and our needs. The villa was lovely with the private pool and would have been so much more enjoyable had the weather been better. Private beach right beside your pool with own access. Kayaks etc for hire to use for very cheap. Free airport shuttle available which we used at the end and was great. The spa was wonderful and well priced. I highly recommend the hot stone massage, it was the best I have ever had and so relaxing. The lady was so kind and amazing. We were over charged for the mini bar at the end was the only disappointing thing. The prices on the slip in the room were 25,000 per drink and we charged 55,000 per drink. You are only given two small waters a day, so recommend bringing your own water or ordering from Grab app. We would stay here again in the future In warmer weather for sure.

The bedding is super comfortable and the super king is real big, room is spacious but the only down part is the view not as ocean view as we expected and the room we gotten is far away from lobby. Overall the amenities and the service is consider ok and love the landscape of the resort and the beach. The sand is so soft and really provide you the relaxing environment. The nuo noch by the pool is good chill out spot and their cocktail is good too. The improvement needed is on the writer bar lounge, it looks dated and small. Overall we are still happy that we pick this hotel.

Any family with kids will love it here - 5+ nights recommended. Any package that includes breakfast and waterpark/onsen access is what you want. There is plenty to do everyday without it feeling repetitive. Two unique waterparks, another great pool on the roof, a family onsen, as well as male and female only sections, plus some hidden pools to find too. Breakfast is great, and lots of dining options at the hotel. Also -- a few good local options within walking distance -- and a lot of amazing options to choose from in Danang -- about 20 minutes drive / 150,000 dong away. Massive thumbs up for any family for quantity, quality and value for money!

The room all old furniture… Small room… can’t imagine those who bring big luggage, hardly got space to walk… Such small room should remove the small table and chairs… The TV remote was not working, request to change battery … they say will come to my room immediately … but in the end… waited 10minutes nobody comes.. I have to bring the remote to reception to get the battery replaced …. They got a cold fridge… The breakfast serve nice buttery pancakes… Other food… not so good… They never top up food when finished… The restaurant that only one who always give a smiling face is the one who cook the pancake and egg station… More room for improvement… Surprisingly this hotel have many Indian nationals customers … so you can see few when breakfast, use hand to take food although tongs are provided …I just comment what I saw in the 3 days…no hard feelings … Hotel Near 2 nice bakeries…and Macdonal… Also near an overpriced massage place for men… no women… better skip this place…

The room was very spacious and mostly clean, though a bit dated. The floor was slightly sandy, so I preferred to wear slippers indoors. There were fresh fruits in the room as a complimentary welcome, and they provided two small bottles of water daily. They also gave me a free voucher for their street food dinner, which was actually good. The noodles and other beverages in the fridge were not complimentary. The bathroom was big enough as well, but the shower faucets were dated and leaked. However, there were no problems with hot water or water pressure. Keep in mind that there were no curtains or blinds to cover the glass wall between the shower and the room—only partial frosting on the glass. The mattress was comfortable enough. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything happening in the next room, but I was lucky with my neighbors and it was very quiet at night. The beach is literally just a few steps away, and it’s beautiful. There are two swimming pools and a private beach, but very few sunbeds, which may not be enough for all guests. Some of the sunbeds need to be fixed or replaced. There is almost nothing near the hotel except one small restaurant and an ATM, but Grab works well, so it’s not a big deal. Breakfast was okay. There were Indian, Vietnamese, and Western dishes, as well as an egg station, waffle station, noodles, a salad bar, fruits, bread, and pastries. I can’t recommend their spa. The staff stressed me out because they were running back and forth trying to prepare for the treatment after I arrived, even though I had booked my appointment three hours in advance. Overall, I think it was totally worth the money, and I might come back in the future.

My room was 3th floor and it's service floor. So I asked higher room to avoid noise. They upgrade without extra charge. First night bed was super comfortable and clean. But higher floor bed was not so comfortable. However clean. Hotel needs renovation. Stuff are kind.
