Hotel berhampiran Tuanhe Palace, Beijing

i would like to thank the hotel staff a lot for being accomodating and helpful to our group as there were miscommunications as we didn't know chinese and relied on translation apps that weren't accurate for the most part. i acknowledge that they did extra things that came with having guests like us who couldn't understand chinese (ex. how to work the washing machine for example, or letting us borrow their wechat to deliver food the first night because we were hungry and there was no place to eat that was open on that day-CNY) and they helped as in every step as much as they can, which i really appreciated. the hotel cleans the rooms every 3rd day too but they always give new towels, and water bottles and slippers every day. which i think are very kind of them. the rooms are VERY spacy too which is great. the beds were comfortable as well. you can also request toothbrushes if you need more. there;s a lso a very good and restaurant next to the hotel that is open very late if anyone was wondering (esp since the location is a bit far from others). the washing machine was very confusing though because we would wait for the whole time it would say it would take to finish, but when we would check after that stated time, it would add like another hour. and it would do that every time so we had to physically ask to override the machine everytime we would need our clothes. only downside was there was miscommunication with communicating through trip.com and the hotel because i would message trip for help and they would say that the hotel said one thing but then it wouldn't exactly be correct. (like my family wanted to get the coat rack fixed because it was broken and it was maybe 3 days before it was fixed--the problem was trip told us it was already fixed in the 2nd day? so it was a bit confusing when we arrived. the hotel staff were very kind though and fixed it on the 3rd when we specifically went up to the front desk for help). i also think trip.com should maybe not put that breakfast is available as the hotel breakfast is a bit debatable and not a full meal. my father need FULL meals for his medication so one factor for our booking this hotel was because there was breakfast available. but the hotel only provides a few fruits, boiled eggs, and plain toast. so we often got breakfast outside still. overall, the hotel itself and hotel staff was very good and comfortable to stay with! thank you!

酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，前台小葛，大堂劉經理服務很棒，積極主動，衞生很乾凈，房間很大，衞生特別好，很方便，人也很熱情，阿姨也很有禮貌，房間乾淨，衞生間也很好，熱水很給力，我很喜歡這個裝修風格，房間很大，酒店設施也很新，酒店健身房設備齊全

抱歉入住當晚沒有照片，這是第二天退房時照的，首先前台小姐姐真的很好，我們一開始住的普通大床房，後來看我們帶着一個孩子就免費升級豪華版大床房了，這一點真的很贊；第二，房間真的很乾凈，北京這幾天都是很潮濕的狀態，但是房間一點都不潮濕，乾淨整潔，贊👍🏻！還有就是地理位置可以，我看好多酒店都沒有停車場衹能停在門口，但是停車位很緊張，你來到這裏一點都不用擔心停車的問題！總之下次還會再來～

這次去北京是陪孩子參加一個活動的。 知道現在是旅遊旺季所以提前好幾天定了個酒店，住了一宿不是很滿意，於是非常幸運地從網上找到了這家才開業的酒店。孩子進去一看就特高興，當然我也很滿意，必竟性價比超高。 咱就是一個普通的小老百姓，外出對住宿標準要求不是特別高，必竟不報銷是需要自己掏銀子的😝。當然多年的出差經驗也告訴我如何去選擇性價比高的賓館:房間大小合適，有窗户，通風無異味，床品“疊折明顯”一看就是剛換的就行。當然這些都符合我的要求，更出乎意料的是這個價位的房間也做到了乾濕分離，且房間不挨馬路特別安靜。當然老闆服務態度也很好，很喜歡我孩子，主動提出要給你孩子化粧，於是主動拿出自己的超大化粧儲物箱幫孩子化粧整理髮型，給我省了我一百多大洋，真好😃

價格便宜，房間隔音效果不太好，房間裏的電視是壞的，根本看不了，酒店🏨也沒有電梯，洗髮水還是袋裝的，圖便宜的朋友可以選擇他家

Номер неплохой, полностью соответствует описанию и картинкам на сайте, так что не ожидала от него чего-то больше заявленного. В номере есть фен и чайник, в ванной были гель для душа, шампунь, жидкое мыло, туалетная бумага. Каждый день выносят мусор, меняют полотенца и ставят новые бутылки с водой. Гостиница очень близко расположена к метро, рядом много кафешек и магазинов. До центра города в городе около 1 часа на метро. Из минусов - очень плохая звукоизоляция, слышно как в соседней комнате разговаривают, кашляют, чихают :) Меня, как иностранку, спокойно зарегистрировали, но будьте готовы, что на ресепшене говорят только по-китайски, для меня это не было проблемой.

My family of four lived here for 5 days and would strongly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Also it was very convenient, with breakfast downstairs, laundry onsite, subway nearby and free bottled water. Moreover, the staffs were very nice and friendly. We would stay here in the future.

The hotel is worth its price. If you want to save money and aren't afraid of traveling for 1:20 hours to the historical center of the city, it's a good place. Your towels will most likely be changed without a reminder and your bed will be made. There was an issue in my room with a lamp, and it seemed nothing changed after I asked to fix it, though. There is a good Lanzhou cuisine restaurant in this area, and it works 24/7. There are other restaurants too. It takes only 4 minutes to get to the subway entrance from the hotel. It cost us 150 RMB to get there from Daxing International Airport by an unauthorized taxi, and the driver took an unknown guy with us and it didn't feel very comfortable. In fact, it's very easy to find the metered taxi just around the exit from the airport, but we were totally new to this airport.

盲選的酒店從前台小美女到晚上值班的小帥哥 ，熱情周到，我們又續住一晚，期間還給我們做了房間升級，樓層帶我們看房間一個姐姐也是很熱情，推薦，門口交通費方便，剛開始打車轉，一入住才發現地鐵公交很方便，唯一遺憾早餐沒有水果

Our stay in the two-bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect. The rooms were immaculate, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the building itself was modern and well-maintained. The surrounding area was also fantastic, with coffee shops, restaurants, and halal food options just a short walk away. Plus, a major shopping mall was conveniently located within a few minutes' drive. We couldn't have asked for a better location or accommodation!
