設施：不錯，早上早餐選擇很多，個人最喜歡吃法式牛角麵包，酒店廚房自己做的，真的頂級品質 衛生：不錯 環境：我的房間窗戶可以看到圖三電視塔，步行約 650米，電視塔旁邊就是地鐵站，酒店附近走個50米還有個地鐵站，到中餐廳大明走路600米 服務：挺好的 總的來說，這個價格還包早餐，服務設施都不錯，性價比非常高，個人很推薦

Area is nice and close to our favourite places. Rooms are small without fridge. Air conditioner is good enough. One night it was an alarm at 3am. Notifications was in German. People came out. None of us knew what the matter is because we don't understand German. We were confused and didn't know where the fire exit is. We were at the middle of the stairs that one of the gusts came back and said it was fire in the kitchen. It's sorted now!

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

This hostel is in a part of Berlin that is not far from most places. It’s clean and the staff are always helpful. Do bring a lock since the lockers in the dorms don’t have one but you could rent them for 5 euros at the reception when I was there.

The location of Hilton Berlin is fantastic and the exterior of the hotel plus the lobby is very beautiful. Very walkable location with many surrounding dining and sightseeing options. Overall, housekeeping was good. The rooms run fairly small and look dated, so value for money is not that great. Bathroom is clean but not very well-maintained, especially the toilet. The check-in concierge staff were ok but I would expect friendlier and more proactive service for the price we were paying and being a diamond member as well. The staff who was a blonde lady with glasses checked me in and out and was the friendliest staff i encountered during my stay. Rarely did the other staff smile or greet us when we walked past them and they generally did not have great customer service skills, and generally just unfriendly. The front door concierge and door staff were much friendlier and greeted us more than the check-in staff. I also had a very terrible experience with the night security staff when my friend and I came back to the hotel around 6 am after a night out. We walked in and were stopped by a man who was not wearing any uniform, or any attire to signal he was working at the Hilton, and in regular clothes, he was a bit hard to understand because he had a thick accent, and I thought he might be another patron at the hotel or a taxi driver, so I politely smiled at him and said “no thank you” and walked towards the elevator. He got extremely angry, began shouting at me, and said he was a worker there and showed me his keys with a Hilton keychain. He wanted to verify that we had a room key. While we were taking out the key, he was calling me rude and dismissive and that I was a terrible person. It was so jarring because there was no need to be that rude, he was acting like I shooed him away when I’m reality it was a miscommunication. He then went into the back of the concierge to complain about me loudly, didn’t even wait till I was out of earshot. It was hard to identify him as a staff, much less security, and I didn’t need to be scolded like a child. Overall, very unprofessional and made the remainder of my stay feel much more sour. I can look past the dated rooms because I know that is out of the staff’s control at that point of time. But unprofessional and unfriendly staff make the value of my stay and diamond member status much worse.

Excellent location, room nice and clean (big bathroom), have restaurants and supermarkets around, near public transport, Can walk to checkpoints Charlie and many museums.

Walaupun burung pipit kecil, ia mempunyai semua organ dalaman, dan susunan ruang adalah munasabah. Ia adalah sebuah hotel kecil dengan rasa reka bentuk. Ia bersih dan selesa, dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Selepas mendaftar keluar, bagasi boleh diletakkan di dalam bilik di tingkat satu hotel. Untuk memastikan keselamatan, kakitangan akan mengunci bilik tidak jauh dari Alexanderplatz; pergi ke Museum Island, August str. meter Membeli-belah di SAR adalah sangat mudah. Perkara utama ialah lokasi ini, Prenzlauer Berg, penuh dengan kebebasan, percintaan dan seni... Jangan selalu melihat tempat dan tempat menarik serta tapak bersejarah yang menempatkan orang lain. Although the room are nice (good coffee and nicely furnished), the overall experience is rather poor. The staff (1 person only during day and the night shift) is far too inexperienced and likely all below the age of 20. We had the change room twice due to leakage in the air conditioning system. Making sure the wooden floor did not damage from the water, towels were used, but it was clear the staff didn’t bother and made a fuzz about giving us a new room. Also when you call the staff from your room with the room telephone, they do not pick up. When you call them with your cell phone, they pick up. Why? Further, we selected the hotel partially because of the good looking gym. Surprise, you pay for the gym, each time you use it: €15 per person. The Spa is not open, due to the fact that the hotel recently opened (?). It is clear that the hotel is significantly understaffed and that the service level is poor. Cost cutting is understandable post covid, but we got the feeling that the expenses applied for building this place were high, and that cost cutting may make this place profitable long time in the future. Location is good; close to well functioning public transport. Breakfast was fine, no worries there.

This was a very good location in Berlin. I was able to walk around safely and get to some great places I wanted to visit, and there's plenty of restaurants in the area and a train, too. The room was clean and in good shape, and they offered a reasonable price. The staff was very nice and helpful, as well.

The staff were very nice and kind, the location is really good since it's so close to the attractions, the price is alright, the rooms we're unfortunately dusty, dirty,few spider webs here and there and they especially looked sad and depressing. The breakfast was good, but the choice was very little unfortunately. It's an OK place for a short visit of Berlin
