Hotel Perniagaan di Berlin

Great location for transport options (train direct from airport, and we got a bus to Dresden from right outside the hotel) and central city attractions - including only 15 minutes walk to Museum Island. The services and amenities were not the best given this is a Radisson - the staff were quite friendly (let us check in slightly early) but as an actual paying hotel guest, the hotel will charge you 2 euro per piece of luggage to store it for a couple of hours, it costs 6 euro to access the hotel roof terrace to see the city views, and as a hotel policy the coffee isn’t restocked daily in the room (you can get your daily replacements but you have to go to reception yourself). Room was clean enough but a bit dated/tired especially the bathroom fit out. Hotel was fine overall but I think it’s a stretch to call it a 4 star.

酒店還行，但感覺被坑了。到了酒店前台告知可以80歐升級房型，兩天160歐，我們總共2間房付了320歐。結果到了房間，其實就是我們之前預訂的那個房型。別的還可以，早飯行政酒廊都不錯。

I really liked this little boutique hotel. It was very, very clean and EXTREMELY quiet!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE PEACE AND QUIET at a hotel, which is difficult to have. The room was classic European; quaint, small and was very clean - no dust anywhere and I appreciate that. The windows in the room REALLY kept any outside noise out. I thought there were birds in the area because I couldn't hear them! When opened the windows, I heard them. That's just how good they were at keeping the noise out. I did LOVE the church bells however. I opened the windows and recorded them when I could, they sounded so pretty. The water was wonderfully hot and the the spray was strong and felt so good against my skin. The water was soft and didn't dry my skin out like the water in the area I live in in the states. The hotel staff was very courteous and always kind. I am American and am HIGHLY fond of European breakfast! The breakfast here did not disappoint to me. The beds were lovely and just the right amount of firmness for me. I would definitely stay here again. The chocolate croissants were to die for! I hate I missed them on my last day.

Could have rated better, but I woke-up at 3am because people partying at the side door of „Komische Oper“. First time I had to call a night security. When checking-in I mentioned to the reception „I want a quiet room“. Would have been better off with a room facing the main street. Why does such a hotel not invest into sound proof windows?

河景優美 房間很大 衛生程度很好 入住時不用插咭開電 注意只需要開紅色按鈕 就可以開電 晚上河邊沒有電燈 所以看出外一片黑暗，有點可惜

Located about 5 minutes walk from the Nollendorfplatz station which is very convenient. Surrounding the station there are some stores and eateries. We particularly like Shao Mai (vietnamese food) and had meals there a few time on our overnight stay. Checking in is all on I pad but there are staff helping 24hr. Luggage storage was provided

Delicious breakfast, good location. But they don’t do late checkout like most distinguished hotels do. The room is spacious but my room has a slanted ceiling, this may be because of the building impacting certain rooms but I do not like this type of construction as it makes the room feels stuffy Pictured is hotel lobby

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.
