"Saya hanya tinggal selama satu malam kerana saya mempunyai lawatan keesokan harinya. Saya pergi ke dapur pada pukul 6 pagi sebelum saya pergi dan keadaan dapur itu menjijikkan dan mempunyai burung merpati berkeliaran untuk mencari sisa dan dapur gas ditinggalkan. Saya bersetuju bahawa mereka yang tinggal di sana dan kurang rasa hormat yang mereka miliki untuk tempat itu tetapi masamnya ia harus diperiksa pada penghujung malam atau perkara pertama yang sangat awal kerana ia bukan salah semua orang, agak menghalang saya daripada menggunakan dapur. Terdapat papan tanda yang mengatakan bahawa akan dikenakan denda untuk periuk ditinggalkan tetapi terdapat sejumlah besar daripada mereka yang tidak diperiksa. Bilik peribadi itu sendiri bersih dan mempunyai asas. Tetapi kawasan-kawasan perkauman tidak dapat dihentikan"

"Our stay was great. The Belgian Beer Cafe was amazing. Friendly staff, fun happy environment. Trip however are ****. We will definitely be booking for a discounted price through the actual hotel itself . We only used trip because of a previous mishap with our accommodation for a different venue and they would not offer a refund or exchange dates. Only Trip.com coins which was in no even close to being adequate. Belgian Beer cafe and the nightcap hotel were bloodt amazing. Trip.com a total fail."

"I am impressed with the staff at reception, helpful and friendly. The room is Ok, big room with a lot of empty space, but felt a bit cold feeling. The cleaner person did a rough job. And forgot to refil the tissue box even it has blue colour issue shown. Anyway when I called reception and brought one up. Thank you."

"Had a really nice stay at the Hilton, it is in a good central location with easy access to public transport and city centre malls. The room itself was very clean and modern and also had a great view which was a bonus. The pool and gym are also an added bonus. Overall a very good and clean hotel and would stay again."

"We arrived at the hotel around 9am and had wanted to deposit our luggage but was told that our room  was ready and we could check in! Thanks Marcia and Marjaa-lis! The room was clean, shower pressure was good, fridge was cold  , beds were comfy and you had everything you need for a good stay. The towels could be softer though, but overall I am happy. Breakfast was nice with a good spread and coffee  and tea were were fantastic. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks Binisha and Laura for the warmth and welcoming smiles. See ya soon!"

"Great and friendly service. Good location. Comfortable bed and shower. AC was noisy and didn’t work well. It all looks very outdated but it’s good value for your money. Breakfast was fine. I hope they will change the paper cups for glasses and mugs."

Ia dikelilingi oleh pelbagai restoran, pasar raya, farmasi dan pusat membeli-belah, semuanya dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat. Kemudahannya lebih jauh dengan stesen kereta api juga hanya dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat. Kakitangan yang mesra menambah sentuhan mesra kepada penginapan saya, menjadikannya pilihan yang ideal untuk perjalanan singkat. Saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini kerana kebersihan, lokasi yang sangat baik, dan kakitangan yang mesra."

"Place is old, and somewhat outdated, and u do hear the traffic from the freeway. But, for the cost for the night, which was $120, overall, it was good value for money. When I first arrived, as it was after hours, I dealt with the caretaker, who was friendly, and also helped me get into my room, cos I was having trouble with the door lock, which was my fault! I didn't use the kitchen facilities, except the fridge, but kitchen was equipped with enough items to be able to cook a meal easily. Bathroom was good, with shower over bath, (and big size bath too), so with not having a bath at home, I soaked for ages! I was informed before arrival, that only mini soap and toilet paper was provided, so I knew to bring body wash, hair conditioner, and other toiletries. Bed was comfy, and bedroom is quite large. TV maybe a little small, but the room had a couple of cupboards, and some hangers for clothes. Place was fairly clean, keeping in mind that it is an older property. Check out was easy, and I was met by a friendly receptionist behind the desk. I would definately stay again, if the price was as good, I'd just bring some earplugs for sleep, cos of traffic noise, which is no fault of the apartments of course!"
