"I had a very pleasant stay here. Initially, I booked a room without a window, but I found it quite suffocating,especially in winter when it felt dark and gloomy. I asked the receptionist if I could change rooms, and they kindly upgraded me to a spacious room with a window for only an additional 28 RMB. The reception staff were incredibly kind and sweet, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk from Sophia Cathedral and the food market inside the mall. Overall, the combination of friendly service, convenient location, and comfortable room made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing place with elegant Russian style, the location is great ,very near to zhaoyang street and shopping centre.. Very nice staff. The toilet with automatic bidet, the tivi super big. Our kids very like to play outside at court yard. Its so fun. The room also very clean and spacious. We stay 2 adult and 3 kids. Very Recommended"

"Service is so good here! Front desk staff was so warm and friendly and professional. The entrance only has steps so when we arrived, we took a few minutes trying to decide how to carry all our luggage up, but then some staff members came running out to help us carry it up! They helped us take our luggage to our room as well. It's in a prime location – right on Central Street, and easy walking distance to the metro station, shops, malls, restaurants, the Hongzhuan morning market and Saint Sophia's Church. However, the rooms are VERY small. There's barely any walking space, especially if you have multiple suitcases. The front desk did warn us about this when we checked in and offered to show us different rooms to see which size suited us best, which we appreciated, but it's something to consider. There was also no heated toilet seat, which would have been nice during the Harbin winter 😔 The corridor and shower also smelled a bit strange. There's also only one lift, so sometimes you need to wait. I think this is a great budget hotel for people travelling light, and is a good option if you're staying in Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, because the location is perfect for sightseeing – just 2-3 stops away from the Ice and Snow Festival, and walking distance to shops where you can buy cheap winter clothes and food."

"地理位置還可以 不在中央大街上 在索菲亞大教堂附近 門口就是公交車站 打車去哪都挺方便的 酒店據説入住率很高 10點左右到酒店説是沒有房間 所以提前4小時入住的權益沒享受上 12點不到酒店打電話説房間好了 因為在外邊玩所以沒第一時間趕回去 最後是下午四點半左右到的酒店 結果剛到酒店被告知之前安排的房間衞生間有問題 又緊急打掃了一間需要再等10多分鐘 emmmm這個理由確實很沒説服力 起碼不能説服我 也確實第一次碰到這種 但是怎麼辦呢衹能等着 前台表示抱歉並且承諾給我每天一份水果盤（當然這個也沒實現 衹有第一天有份水果 之後一直沒更新過 ） 定的雙床套房 一個標準床 一個梳化床（稍微有點不舒服）進房間廁所有股異味 但是折騰到快五點也不想換了 房間有點新裝修的味道 可以開窗通風 南方來的小夥伴可能會感覺比較幹（酒店配有加濕器 這點很棒 我們入住期間要了好幾箱水也都可以滿足 ） 早餐 種類不是很多 比較特色的大概是鍋包肉 溜肉段 一般九點左右去都吃的差不多了 更新的不快 特別是麪條的澆頭 四天裏番茄炒蛋那個碗每天都是空的。 我們住的2012號房是看不到索菲亞大教堂的，據説雙床套房都看不到，視野不是很棒， 訂房的小夥伴可以提前跟酒店確認下，這次確實自己失誤了沒問提前問。另外，洗澡的花灑有問題 很難固定在一個合適的角度 希望酒店看到可以維修一下 。"

"入住體驗非常棒，必須來寫一條認真好評！最滿意的就是位置，緊鄰哈爾濱融創樂園，對於專門來玩樂園的人來説簡直太方便了，不用早起趕路，也不用擔心玩晚了回不去。酒店整體乾淨衞生，房間空間很大，採光通風都很好，床軟硬適中，睡得特別踏實。服務細節很到位，前台熱情耐心，保潔阿姨打掃認真，用品擺放整齊。設施維護得很好，沒有損壞或老舊的情況，WiFi速度也很快。周邊生活便利，吃飯選擇多，出行也順暢。對比了好幾家，這家綜合性價比最高，住得舒心又省心，來融創樂園遊玩住這裏絕對不踩雷，已經推薦給身邊朋友，以後有機會還會再來！"

"It’s a good place to stay, clean hotel room located at a modern shopping mall and close to the high speed railway station. The hotel allows us to check in early which is super nice but when we get in the room we smell some smoke smells not sure it’s was from ex-customer or what. But after we turn on the window and exhaust fan in bathroom the smells gone in shortly so actually not a big problem. Overall is a good place to stay."

"Amazing stay @ Mudong. The location is perfect @ the main street of ZhongYang-Dajie. Super convenient for all. The staff are well trained n super helpful. free laundry with dryer n detergent. Nice staying atmosphere. *The hostel at 4th (3rd Floor) with elevator n lift out of order 😱 but they provide PEOPLE/PORTER to bringing your luggage Up & Down."
