"The hotel is fantastic, with a great location. We booked a family room, which was incredibly spacious and furnished with building blocks and a tent, which the kids loved. The facilities were also very complete. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff patiently answered questions with a friendly smile, and the restaurant staff and cleaning lady were always ready to greet us. The breakfast was varied, with a wide variety of breads, and the food was delicious."

"The front desk staff were super nice (¯▽¯) 👍, offering some suggestions. They were incredibly friendly to foreign guests and provided excellent service! "和好朋友一起來萍鄉玩，看**那個武功山挺火的，然後我們也過來玩，然後就隨便訂的酒店，因為這個也比較划算，沒想到確實挺好的，我們昨天早上很早就到了，問前台能不能給我們提前辦理入住，她們説因為前一天滿房了，客人還沒退，所以就不能辦理入住，然後我們就坐在沙發那邊等了一會兒，前台就告訴我們哪裡能吃早飯，叫我們把行李放在前台，等我們回來的時候，已經有退房的，前台説不是我們這個房型，但是可以幫我們免費升級一下，房間裏面也沒有異味，很乾凈，如果滿分100分的話，我將給這個酒店打99分，因為再給一分怕他們驕傲，沒得話説，這個五星好評真的必須打了"

"The towel is a bit yellow. The hair dryer is easy to use. It is not easy to use. The hot wind blows for a minute. It is useless. I personally think that I can bring disposable things. I suggest to the hotel that the hair dryer is replaced with a more windy one. It will not be so easy to overheat."

Wugongshan Maison New Century Resort Hotel

There are advantages, but the disadvantages are fatal. I am very polite for not giving a bad review below 4 points. The following is an objective and fair evaluation.
Advantages:
1. Convenience: It is not far from the bus station and the downtown street, 200 meters away; it is close to the Wugong Mountain trail entrance, 100 meters away on foot; it is close to the commercial street, 50 meters away on foot, and it is convenient for shopping and eating.
2. Quiet: The hotel is not on the street in the downtown area, and most of the rooms are on the mountain side, which is relatively quiet. The bedding is OK and conducive to sleep.
3. The hotel environment is good: The overall garden design of the hotel is good, with a back garden, a small viewing platform, and a small reservoir on the back mountain. It is nice to take a walk after dinner.
4. The hotel is equipped with a foot bath bucket, which is very considerate.
Disadvantages:
1. The hotel does not turn on the cold air conditioning: I checked in for the last 3 days of April, and there were not many people. I can understand that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning and dehumidification in the public areas in order to save costs, but it was so hot during those days, why turn off the cooling of the guest rooms and let the air conditioning heat cycle in the guest rooms? The good point is that after reporting to the staff, the cooling was turned on.
2. The air conditioner smells musty: It is really very strong. We asked a technician to come into the room to fix it. The technician was speechless and said that there was no way. We stayed for 3 days and did not turn on the air conditioner at night for fear of fainting in the room due to the stench.
The hot air circulation and the musty smell of the air conditioner made the three of us feel that the hotel accommodation was the biggest failure of this trip.
BTW, on the day of check-out on May 1, the central air conditioner and lights in the lobby were turned on. It felt that the guests at the end of April were not human beings, and our experience was not important.
2. Facility design defects: The shower area is not designed reasonably, the waterproof platform at the door opening is too low, the sealing under the door is not enough, the door opens outward, the water is a little bigger and the shower head does not lean inward, you will feel what it means to flood the Jinshan Mountain.
4. Service: The 3 nights were divided into several orders. After the order of the first night ended, before checking out, the hotel staff added WeChat and asked to give a 5-star review and asked to bring the name of a certain employee. I said that I would make a unified comment after checking out, but the service staff still asked to comment on the day this order ended. I was speechless. I can understand that there are KPI indicators, but it is too bad for good impression.

Although I had a late check-in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude, making me feel right at home despite the late hour. The family that runs this establishment clearly takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality.
Throughout my stay, the friendly demeanor of the staff stood out. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and address any needs I had. It was evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this family-owned hotel.

JJiangjiangjiangjiangjrWe had a fantastic time, and the guesthouse was wonderful. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was super convenient. The hosts and their family are absolute pros behind the wheel – fast yet incredibly safe! The owner's cooking was delicious; I especially recommend the stir-fried pork with chili (xiaochao rou). Highly recommend staying here! Pingxiang is a lovely city, and its people are just as great. We'll definitely be back!

HH A A NLovely hosts, beautiful rooms, and amazing home-cooked food!
The hosts are extremely hospitable and spared no efforts to ensure that we were comfortable and well-prepared for our hike. They are great cooks and dinner often consists of locally sourced produce (bamboo shoots from the nearby mountain, home-cured meats, home-grown yams etc.) The local palate is on the spicy side, but they were more than willing to accomodate our weak tongues.
In terms of location, the homestay is located right next to a stream, so close that you can hear it if you open your windows, and is conveniently located about 1km away from the trailhead. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind with tea, snacks, and the sounds of the babbling brook. We arrived in Pingxiang and took a 1 hour car ride to the homestay - easily found on the map and not hard to navigate to at all.
Overall, definitely recommend this homestay if you intend to conquer Wugong shan! P.S. they also have 2 lovely dogs.

She added WeChat in advance to inform her of the itinerary and weather, upgraded the room for free, and preheated the room in advance according to the arrival time. There are clean public restrooms for easy washing. In the off-season, there are fewer people. I think the conditions are okay. The store provides dinner and breakfast for purchase. The taste is okay. Overall recommended.
