Hotel 4 bintang Ciudad Real yang Popular

El hotel no esta en el centro pero esta bien ubicado para ir caminando en 5-10 min. Dispone de parking gratuito, con buen acceso y buenas plazas. Válido para coches grandes. Es un plus que sea gratuito. Tienen piscina pero actualmente no está abierta por mantenimiento. Una pena ya que estábamos a 37 grados. La habitación daba para la calle principal y tenía un pequeño balcón. Al ser segunda planta se escuchaba algo el paso de los coches. El tamaño correcto y los colchones cómodos. La nevera tenía gran surtido de bebidas y snacks. En la planta baja tiene cafetería, también abierta para el público general en la que se puede desayunar y con buenos precios.

We thought a place named Ciudad Real (the royal city) would be something to see. We were wrong, it is really underwhelming and not really worth a detour but the one positive thing we can say about it is we ate well and we slept well. The hotel was really nice, with comfortable quiet room even though it was located in the city center. If you really have to go to Ciudad Real, then this is the place.

Estuve alojado un fin de semana durante el Festival de Teatro Clásico de Almagro. Está ubicado en una calle entre la plaza de la Provincia, la plaza de San Francisco y la plaza del Pilar. Es un hotel que se nota que tiene ya sus años, pero en general me pareció bien. La habitación asignada en la última planta, la 5ª, era bastante grande, con suelo de madera, cama de matrimonio que encontré cómoda, TV de pantalla plana, sofá, exterior, armario grande, espejo El cuarto de baño, también muy espacioso y luminoso, era de los que están adaptados a personas que utilizan silla de ruedas. Ducha grande sin ningún tipo de desnivel y toallas buenas. Tenía un expendedor de gel y champú que me encontré vacío. Había diversos artículos de higiene personal, aunque estuve tan poco tiempo en el hotel que tampoco me fijé demasiado. Si me fijé que hay una piscina que está abierta desde las 11 de la mañana. El hotel cuenta con restaurante. Como iba en grupo, tanto el almuerzo como el desayuno estaban concertados. El desayuno no me gustó nada, con productos principalmente envasados y la peor tortilla que alguna vez he comido. El menú del almuerzo sí me pareció mejor (en mi caso menestra de verduras, carrillera de cerdo y tarta selva negra). Obviamente se puede comer también a la carta, aunque particularmente no me llamó nada la atención.

Very unhappy that we could not access the hotel on our arrival due to roads being closed off as the annual carnaval was taking place. We could not park anywhere nearby due to the busyness, so had to drive out of the city and waste away a couple of hours until the roads reopened. Had the hotel had the courtesy to inform us in advance, we could have planned our arrival time accordingly and used our time to better. The hotel was apologetic and did not charge for using the underground car park, but it quite spoiled our visit. On top of that, the superior room was very basic, small and warm, though the bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nicely laid out, but the two staff members were concentrating on a group booking in a side room. Hence the coffee machine had run out, the jug of hot milk had disappeared and there was no bottle opener for the milk shake drink. Once attended to the staff were friendly despite being stretched between two rooms.

We was stayed only one night. I comment my experience. The garage was comfortable and easy to park. the rooms were correctly, but not very new. The ubication was perfectly. You can comfortably walk anywhere in the city center. But the best for my was de Breakfast. One of the best breakfast in a hotel throughout my life.

Hemos estado 3 noches, para pasar fin de año, por lo que hemos cogido la cena de gala. Y desayuno los 3 días. Esta situado a la entrada de Ciudad Real, a 10 minutos andando del centro. Bastante aparcamiento en la puerta. El hotel no es muy grande,pero tiene muy buenas zonas comunes, piscina, jardín,varios salones para reuniones. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, al igual que el baño. El salón para desayuno pequeño, con un bufet correcto, básico pero bueno. La camarera agradable, la del bufet, la muchacha de cafetería no habla. El servicio de cafetería es bueno, sanwich, molletes, y algunas cosas más. No muy caro Recepción agradables. La cena de fin de año, mejorable, no está mal, pero tampoco es nada especial. Tan solo el primer plato,algo más elaborado [concha con bogavante y vieira] La crema estaba buena pero fría. El cordon bleu, muy muy regular. Postre bueno. Los camarer@s de cena agradables. Después fiesta en la discoteca. El hotel me ha gustado. Repetiría si vuelvo a Ciudad Real.

Parking isn't great, it's underground and tight, so something to bear in mind. The room was excellent, complete with air conditioning and a functional shower. Toiletries were supplied as were ample towells and daily room cleaning service. The receptionists were professional, but as the hotel is mostly Spanish guest orientated, it will help if you know a little bit of Spanish to get you by. THe rooms have good sound proofing to aid a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent as were the spa facilities. All round it was a very comfortable stay.
