Hotel 2 Bintang di Taman College

I stayed at the Best Western Plus for work in late June. I chose the hotel for its location as I was working nearby and as the reviews were positive. I am so pleased that I chose it and would highly recommend it. First of all the room was spotlessly clean, a great size and excellently serviced with towels / toiletries. There was a fridge, microwave and good quality television. The bed was very comfortable. For the price it was extremely good value for money. Secondly, breakfast was included and with good quality, fresh cooked, and with frequently replenished supplies. Thirdly, the staff were very welcoming and the hotel seems to be well run and managed. The hotel is quiet evening. In conclusion, an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this great value hotel.

Bed Bug Bites all over my arm and neck! I’ve stayed here many times over the years and always liked this place. It is in a great location for my job and the staff has always been great. But last week I stayed there 2 nights and woke up with bed bug bites. If you’ve had this problem before, you understand. First there’s a little itchy red spot. As the day goes on you feel more itchy spots. At the end of the day you remove your shirt and OMG! Look - this happens. My third time over the last 20 years. I know the hotel doesn’t want to have bed bugs. But when it happens the hotel should be concerned, and act quickly. Not the case here. I had to call several times over several days and no one ever called me back. So I feel it is my moral obligation to let you know.

This hotel, although, conveniently located, is on a very, very, very busy street. Very close to the University, and a lot of fun places to eat and hang out, but it comes at the cost of being in an ever so slightly “shady” area. Once inside the hotel, you forget about all of it, and the staff do an excellent job of making you feel welcome and this older property. I will agree with some of the other reviewers that it is conveniently located to the green line, but we were unprepared for all of the fees associated with parking and riding in to DC. We wish we would have reserved parking lot in town and just driven.

Once we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk was rude. I wish I knew how to spell her name but I think it's Jury or Jurdy something like that. They had experience a power outage and I asked her will the first night be accommodated? We traveled from Indianapolis to come to a hotel without service. We left to go to a different hotel down the street, their sister hotel named the hotel at the university of maryland. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was nothing but courteous and very helpful. They to had experience a power outage but she was able to accommodate our room for that night unlike the cambria. I booked my room with a 3rd party but I hadn't checked out. came back to find out that my key didn't work. I went to the front desk and she had trouble finding my reservation. But she cut me another room key. to my surprise, someone else had already checked in the room. She gave my room away and she knew it. That's when I went to another hotel and received much better customer service. Not only that, they had charged my credit card which they were not suppose to since I booked my room through a 3rd party. They were charging my account. I spoke with the manager for charging my card without permission. The sister hotel had to put the money back on my card. That's why I said I would stay at the hotel university of maryland and NEVER at the Cambria. Very bad experience. customer service is everything.

First of all let me say that I’m a Hilton Honors Diamond member but my experience here has encouraged me to try Marriott more often! The service that Ms. Flame and Larry provided was the most accommodating and thoughtful I’ve ever seen! We were in town for a wedding, and they secured us an early checkin. Larry ensured the room was equipped with everything we needed. They provided details about the area and offered detailed directions to our venue. I look forward to booking this property again whenever I’m back in the area! Thank you helping to make my weekend great!

The server and the cleanliness is outstanding, is little far away from the capital where if u need to go White House, museum, etc is about 45min drive. The surrounding are is really nice food, bar and transportation. The restaurants in hostels is outstanding. We really enjoy our stay
