Hotel berhampiran Al Dallal Port Saeed 498 Building, Dubai

Overall is good, however the room is not convenient, too far from elevators. Didn’t taste the hotel food, overall ok and will reconsider to revisit

Stayed here for 4 nights on a visit to Dubai. The hotel and room I had were very clean, tidy & modern, the price paid was very reasonable. Staff at the hotel friendly & helpful. The hotel has a rooftop pool, a small gym and laundry facilities which are all free of charge. The hotel is a 10 min walk to both the green & red metro lines for travel around Dubai. The downside was in the evening the pool turns into a sheesha bar and the lady who runs it says she is not involved with the hotel, and charges a ridculously expensive amount of money for a drink (If I remember correctly approx 50 Dirhams for a can of coke) just so you can sit by the hotel pool in the evening. This put a sour taste in my mouth against the hotel. Don't recommed being sucked into that. Aside from that, a good experience

The staff is amazing and doing their best to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are good with daily room service, but furniture is a bit dated and the gym is very small. Pool was closed at the time of my visit. Location is good if you want to see a different side of Dubai away from all the bling with the bling being one mtero ride away. Metro, supermarkets and restaurants are close by. All in all, I'd consider staying again.

The is very good with very nice staff specially Rizwan from reception he is the nice gentleman good rooms but not big just a normal rooms wifi is good no free parking area location is very good near by every where.

При заселении нужно оплатить отелю таксу в 20 долларов или 70 дирхам ( не депозит,а туристический сбор. Депозит не оплачивала. 2.Самое главное для меня-это удобное расположение отеля,параллельно дороге возле отеля ,за ним получается дорога Al Rigga, где есть станция метро Al Rigga и автобусная остановка.Я перемещалась в метро. Веток метро пока только 2 -красная и зеленая,поэтому разобраться как перемещаться самостоятельно не составляло особого труда для меня,женщины.Можно спокойно доехать до станции метро Бурж Халифа, а там и Дубай-молл. А также доехав одну остановку до станции Юнион (зеленая ветка) и пересев неподалеку от станции на автобус С28 ,доезжала до конечной остановки автобуса-Пляж Аль-Мамзар. Банк есть вдоль дороги Al Rigga,где можно поменять доллары на дирхамы. 3.В комнате красивая обстановка,красивая душевая комната.Белье и полотенца меняли каждый день.Есть фен.Шампунь,гель,мыло,вода в бутылочке каждый день новое. Просила заселить на этаж высокий,заселили на 7 этаж. Перед лифтом расположен гель санитарный для обработки рук.В отеле перемещение строго в маске. 4.Отель расположен в районе Дейра,который славится большим количеством магазинов,как дорогих так и дешевых. 5.Сейф бесплатно.Вай-фай в комнате тоже был. 6.Отдельно хочется сказать про еду.Она просто шикарная и в больших порциях! Очень хотелось попробовать кухню другой страны.Еда европейская,но приготовлена она все-равно по-другому и вкус другой. У меня были-завтрак,обед,ужин.Я даже не всегда успевала на окончание обеда или ужина,так меня все-равно готовили и позже времени. За что отдельная благодарность всему персоналу!!!! А особенно шеф-повару!!! 7.С персоналом отеля общалась через переводчик,поэтому никаких проблем не было. 8.Есть весы в отеле для чемоданов,поэтому можно легко проконтролировать вес чемодана перед полетом. 9.В комнате есть кондиционер,который можно включать и выключать при желании. Вообщем,цена и качество отеля 3* на высшем уровне! В следующий раз приеду только в этот отель,потому что не весь район еще исследовала))) Отель рекомендую!!!

Brilliant place to stay, room gets cleaned everyday and free bottles of water provided! Staff are very helpful and welcoming.. Check was great, and was allowed an early check-in without extra charge. Highly recommend this hotel, great for couples and families!

Canopy as a brand promotes lifestyle and offers unconventional room designs. This is why I chose to stay here this time. The location is close to the airport and downtown Dubai was just a 15-min drive. The Alseef waterfront is a nice place for a walk early morning or during sunset, though there were not many restaurants or cafes operating now. Further down is an old souk style development which I would also recommend a visit to. In general the rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its a good value for the price.

Ia adalah pengalaman yang baik untuk tinggal di dalam kapal ini. Ia adalah kapal yang besar. Kami mendapat bilik yang sangat bagus, luas dan sejuk. Perkhidmatan yang baik dan cepat. Walau bagaimanapun, katil adalah sangat kecil untuk orang bersaiz baik. Keseluruhan kapal itu kelihatan seperti filem hollywood seram lama di mana segala-galanya ditinggalkan. Sukar untuk mencari arah, dan ia boleh menjadi menakutkan dengan sangat sedikit orang di sekeliling. I have been a loyal guest at ALL(Accor) for several years, but my recent stay was quite disappointing, and a significant departure from the high standards I have come to expect. Upon arrival, I faced a frustrating delay in check-in. Despite having called the hotel beforehand to confirm my booking, I was made to wait until 4:00 PM to get into my room. This was particularly inconvenient as I had a long journey and needed to freshen up before a scheduled event. Adding to the frustration, a special request I made a week prior to my stay was completely ignored. When I brought this up at the front desk, not only did they claim they had no record of my request, but the manager's response was surprisingly rude and dismissive. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was deeply disappointing. The problems did not end there. The checkout process was equally cumbersome and time-consuming. It took much longer than it should have, adding unnecessary stress to the end of my trip. Overall, my recent experience at Mercure Mina Gold was far below par. The combination of delayed check-in, unacknowledged special requests, and an inefficient checkout process overshadowed the positive experiences I've had here in the past. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to restore the quality of service that regular guests like myself expect and deserve. Until then, I regret to say that I will be reconsidering my options for future stays.
