"The bathroom needs bew furniture and it flooded every time I tske a shower. The portable heater given was skso faulty. Over sll i was very disappointed I will nevet book it agsin nether recommend it to anyone. Preimier inn much better. Emergency buzzer went off but no one cared to come and chebk if it was life and death no one dhown any interest at ali. However there was on staff mrmber from Eritrean Maccus very helpful"

"Absolutely amazing staff, very accommodating. Ensured the room was clean and ready for early check in, without hesitation & extended our parking for us after some technical issues when we were out in central London. Breakfast was lovely as usual- clean and topped up regularly and food was hot. Only thing to mention is staffing is a bit short at busy times and the bar is being managed by the same perosn running check in so when it's busy it can take a while to be served. Location is great for concerts and getting about London with a train station a 10 minute walk away Whcih links you to the northern line, Camden Town very accessible and went on to Wembley and Tottenham hot spurs after. Also spent the day in Oxford Circus which again was easy to navigate with Google maps! Lidl close by if food & drinks needed & plenty of shops around. Car parking is £18 a day :)"

"Avoid! The room was tiny and stank of cleaning products yet there were what looked like urine stains on the bottom of the door and the door frame, and big stains on the carpet. It was so bad that we left without staying despite having paid in advance . I contacted Esther on my return, and she was very rude and denied everything despite my sending her photos. It is only now that I have read other reviews that I realise that we are not alone. Horrible!"

"Great location, very friendly staff. But I would like to suggest to stay in the new building as old one had old furniture and smelly with humid weather may be.new block is upto the mark. Parking is the big issue. I paid for 3 nights and struggled a lot the get the space because many outsiders come and park here as the parking payment machine is just outside the hotel. It should be the priority and exclusively for the people staying or visiting them."

"Ibu saya datang ke UK dari China, dan kami sendiri memandu ke London. Lokasinya hebat, sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah, kurang dari 10 minit berjalan kaki. Tempat letak kereta adalah percuma di ruang tuan rumah. Terdapat bayaran masuk bandar, tetapi tiada caj kesesakan (kerana kami tidak memandu ke pusat bandar). Jadi lokasinya sangat bagus, dengan akses kereta api bawah tanah terus ke pusat bandar tanpa pemindahan. Pada hari daftar keluar, hos bertanya sama ada kami mahu meninggalkan kereta kami di sana, tetapi kami menolak, bimbang menyusahkan tetamu lain. Kami memandu ke tempat letak kereta stesen kereta api bawah tanah, yang berharga £6 untuk sepanjang hari! Tawaran hebat! Kemudian kami menaiki kereta bawah tanah untuk ke pusat bandar! Tuan rumah adalah seorang wanita yang sangat baik yang tinggal di tingkat satu. Semua tetamu tinggal di tingkat dua, dan beberapa bilik berkongsi bilik mandi (kami ada). Tetapi ia tidak mengganggu kami sama sekali kerana semua orang sangat bertimbang rasa, dan bilik mandi sangat bersih! Tempat itu dihiasi dengan indah dan sangat baru! Satu pengalaman yang hebat! Sila berhati-hati agar tidak bising pada waktu malam, kerana tuan rumah tinggal di tingkat bawah, dan bunyi bising dari tingkat atas secara langsung menjejaskannya! Semuanya begitu selesa, seperti tinggal di rumah saudara di London! Sempurna!"
