"Hote was very good, we had a quick check in ( everything was ready for us when we came to the hotel) we were with a baby so it was very convenient to check in fast. Room was very clean and spacious. Which is a good thing because baby can walk around and hotel gave us baby cot ( this infor will be useful if you are travelling with a baby). Not much of view but extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing."

"The hotel is simply superb. And the administrator, Andrey, is beyond praise. He met us, saw us off, helped with our luggage, helped with the taxi, and helped with it. He's a very valuable employee. We need more attentive young people like him. The breakfast is delicious; the cherry dumplings are a real highlight of the hotel. We slept well after our journey. Very well. The hotel is quiet. The air is fresh and easy to breathe. And the church bells ringing in the evening are absolutely amazing. If you're inside, you really feel like you're in a merchant's yard, which lives up to the name. It's like being in a movie. And the paintings in the hotel are works of art. We'll definitely buy some for home next time. We'll be back, and we'll be back again."

"Room: The room is well-equipped, typical of a mid-range business hotel. They provide a limited amount of bottled water daily. The twin beds are quite spacious, probably 1.2 meters wide. Service: The front desk staff can speak English. They offer luggage storage, and I spent quite a while sitting at the front desk waiting for my car, which was great since they also have charging ports. Big thumbs up for that! Plus, they even surprised me with a birthday treat – absolutely amazing! Food: Breakfast was just okay."

The rooms are cozy, and the designers did a great job combining classic elegance with a literary-historical retro style inspired by the era of Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin. The floor-to-ceiling mirrors were particularly impressive. The corridors also had an interesting design. The overall atmosphere is intelligent, warm, a little antique, but without being overly pompous. The entire hotel is imbued with the spirit of Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin; his poems are read in the elevator, there's a book of his poetry in the rooms, and even handmade chocolates with his image. A special thanks for the superb breakfasts! ❤️"

I wanted to extend my check-out by two hours, but they insisted on charging half a day's rate, which was 3100 rubles.
