"對於這次的入住體驗我還是很滿意的！酒店地理位置特別好，出行很方便。前台還提前打電話告知路線，太貼心了，給我發了定位還有路線指引圖片，跟着導航和圖片輕鬆就能找到，完全不用繞路。前台小姐姐還下來幫忙提行李，真的很喜歡特別，感覺心裏暖暖的。房間也是讓我比較驚喜的，衞生做得特別到位，佈局舒服整潔，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住着安靜又安心。總的來説就是，服務貼心、房間乾淨，整體性價比很高，真的也算是一個寶藏的酒店了，嘿嘿嘿~真心推薦給大家。"

OoshynkayAbsolutely amazing place and room. Not everyone speaks English but it was easy enough to communicate via wechat with them and the inbuilt translate function. The place is a little hard to find but only because I arrived at 2am and it was dark. But this shouldn’t be an issue if you come at a reasonable daylight hour. The place is also already within the World Horti Expo so you can just head out and explore during your stay. Service was amazing; I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they catered perfectly for it for breakfast, asking exactly what I cannot take and customizing breakfast to be suitable. Loved every second of my stay here and have been recommending it non-stop to my friends who may be going to Kunming.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe stayed at the Intercontinental Kunming and booked the Alice in Wonderland themed room for our little girl. She was beyond excited the moment we walked in. The attention to detail was fantastic and really brought the story to life for her.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent and everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive.
If I could offer one suggestion for improvement: it would be wonderful if the hotel offered guests the option to purchase some of the themed merchandise (like the small decor items or soft toy from the room). We would have loved to take a little something home to remember the experience.
Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for families looking for something special in Kunming.

AAliya0302It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

PPengguna Tetamu週末假期，帶着家人出來泡温泉，首選了昆明老牌酒店，雲安會都，前台給升級了帶泡池的房間，房間位置很好，窗景拍照超級棒，有種三亞度假的感覺， 管家還提供了玫瑰花放在温泉泡池裡麪，超美，吃了過橋米線，非常滿意，酒店是園林式的，有很多棟樓，入住之前管家聯繫了我們，告知了辦理入住地點，到酒店的時候剛好是管家接待的，還給推薦了周邊的遊玩地點，特別驚喜酒店還有清真餐廳，口味特別棒，價格也適中，適合家人聚會或者商務宴請，包房環境也不錯，就缺個小茶台，已經開始期待下次再見了，不虛此行

It’s located right across the road from the Dianchi Lake and very close (within walking distance) to major tourist attractions in Kunming. This is a relatively small hotel with an elegant and relaxing ambiance. Rooms are beautifully furnished and very spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of delicious options. The hotel restaurant offers an extensive menu for lunch and dinner and is open nonstop till late hours in the evening. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. In fact, we ate at the hotel restaurant all the time during our three-day visit in Kunming. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, especially for leisure travelers who want to stay in a quiet area and be close to tourist attractions.

PPengguna Tetamu這是我真實的感受：我從美國專程到昆明旅遊，夫人偏愛清靜，所以從攜程選擇了這間酒店住三天作為休整，車剛進大門巳被保安指往左轉，一直往前走也不見什麼酒店影子，夫人急了，是不是找錯了地方，下車到處詢問後得知往相反方向走，走到盡頭是一欄桿閘口，什麼人也沒有，道路左邊好像有一間小屋什麼的，進去看一下里麪也很安靜，怎麼辦？半小時過去了還是原地打轉，失望了，走吧，正當往回走的時候，從小屋裡走出來一個小姐姐問我是不是今天訂了房，我急忙報上姓名，因我是用英文名訂的房，她應該不懂，我馬上遞上護照讓她登記，她説收一千塊按金，我給她信用卡，刷了幾次再換上另外幾張卡也不行，到最後衹能從手機付款。辦完手續後一小哥開車帶我們去房間，從踏進房間那一刻起，我驚呆了，房間出奇的乾淨整潔，明亮，佈局合理，室內擺設考究，細緻，後花園還有一個大温泉池，並植有花卉，樹木，和一架盪千秋，美不勝收，最趣致就是那間水池邊上的亭子了，從花園看到了滇池，但美中不足的是草地上有許多煙頭。一頓下來巳是下午4點了，小哥帶我倆去餐廳，一路行石級上山頂，旁邊是桃花盛開的桃樹和那些很別緻的蘑菇燈，小橋流水，竹林和那些不知名但花開得燦爛，紅彤彤的樹。餐廳巳關門，但特意為我倆提供餐飲，服務員很熱情友好，還專門為我倆準備了湯圓。特別一提的是廚房師傅炒菜很好味，看得出來是用心去做菜品。早餐也算得上豐富多彩。三天下來，給我有賓至如歸的感覺，酒店美，員工更美。我會再來，不是住三天，而是住一個月起步！（能否蓋一間餐廳不用行上山頂，在平地，方便像我一樣的老年人）

JJasminedekeai叢大理到宜賓路上選擇臨時中轉一晚的住宿，結果超超超出預期。首先説一下環境：環境在一個山上，負氧離子高，空氣舒服。酒店開業到現在有些時間了但房間保養的不錯，房間也很大，預訂的是陽台帶泡池的房間，泡池也很大，這樣的房型放到成都周邊隨便一晚都1千多起性價，這個酒店其實性價比蠻高的，還送兩張森林温泉的票，森林温泉大大小小泡池有20多個，還有魚療池、玫瑰花池、草莓池、牛奶池等等。太適合帶孩子來玩了，而且水每天都是早上現放衞生做的還不錯。下次有機會還過來泡温泉。早餐比起大品牌的早餐還是有蠻大差距的，不過在山裡也就將就吃吃，酒店餐廳性價比也可以，**上可以團購套餐。還挺划算。房間陽台泡池邊有一套泡澡用的沐浴包之類的東西，並且旁邊沒有任何提示告知寫清楚使用是要收費的，費用是多少。退房時收了98還是89忘記了。這點應該提升一下。房間不管任何消費都應該有明顯的提示，告知消費者，如果沒有寫清楚客人會以為是酒店配套的贈送產品。
