"對於這次的入住體驗我還是很滿意的！酒店地理位置特別好，出行很方便。前台還提前打電話告知路線，太貼心了，給我發了定位還有路線指引圖片，跟着導航和圖片輕鬆就能找到，完全不用繞路。前台小姐姐還下來幫忙提行李，真的很喜歡特別，感覺心裏暖暖的。房間也是讓我比較驚喜的，衞生做得特別到位，佈局舒服整潔，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住着安靜又安心。總的來説就是，服務貼心、房間乾淨，整體性價比很高，真的也算是一個寶藏的酒店了，嘿嘿嘿~真心推薦給大家。"

JJasmineSFit was such a pleasure spending time here! amazing boutique Japanese style hotel, the front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. the hot spring tub was set to 52C; with rose petals - my husband loved it so much that he didn't want to get out! the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was very simple but yummy. the whole property in every corner was so beautiful!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe stayed at the Intercontinental Kunming and booked the Alice in Wonderland themed room for our little girl. She was beyond excited the moment we walked in. The attention to detail was fantastic and really brought the story to life for her.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent and everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive.
If I could offer one suggestion for improvement: it would be wonderful if the hotel offered guests the option to purchase some of the themed merchandise (like the small decor items or soft toy from the room). We would have loved to take a little something home to remember the experience.
Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for families looking for something special in Kunming.

AAliya0302It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

PPengguna Tetamu週末假期，帶着家人出來泡温泉，首選了昆明老牌酒店，雲安會都，前台給升級了帶泡池的房間，房間位置很好，窗景拍照超級棒，有種三亞度假的感覺， 管家還提供了玫瑰花放在温泉泡池裡麪，超美，吃了過橋米線，非常滿意，酒店是園林式的，有很多棟樓，入住之前管家聯繫了我們，告知了辦理入住地點，到酒店的時候剛好是管家接待的，還給推薦了周邊的遊玩地點，特別驚喜酒店還有清真餐廳，口味特別棒，價格也適中，適合家人聚會或者商務宴請，包房環境也不錯，就缺個小茶台，已經開始期待下次再見了，不虛此行

PPengguna TetamuI came to visit Kunming with my mom and my kid. This hotel is fantastic! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful; location of the hotel is right by Dian Chi and Haigeng Park. Hotel provides rides to the Yunnan Nation Villages which was super cool! The breakfast was great - lots of choices for the whole family. We ate four dinners at the hotel restaurant. They are delicious! Would definitely recommend it to others!

PPengguna TetamuWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

JJasminedekeai叢大理到宜賓路上選擇臨時中轉一晚的住宿，結果超超超出預期。首先説一下環境：環境在一個山上，負氧離子高，空氣舒服。酒店開業到現在有些時間了但房間保養的不錯，房間也很大，預訂的是陽台帶泡池的房間，泡池也很大，這樣的房型放到成都周邊隨便一晚都1千多起性價，這個酒店其實性價比蠻高的，還送兩張森林温泉的票，森林温泉大大小小泡池有20多個，還有魚療池、玫瑰花池、草莓池、牛奶池等等。太適合帶孩子來玩了，而且水每天都是早上現放衞生做的還不錯。下次有機會還過來泡温泉。早餐比起大品牌的早餐還是有蠻大差距的，不過在山裡也就將就吃吃，酒店餐廳性價比也可以，**上可以團購套餐。還挺划算。房間陽台泡池邊有一套泡澡用的沐浴包之類的東西，並且旁邊沒有任何提示告知寫清楚使用是要收費的，費用是多少。退房時收了98還是89忘記了。這點應該提升一下。房間不管任何消費都應該有明顯的提示，告知消費者，如果沒有寫清楚客人會以為是酒店配套的贈送產品。

酒店選址很有眼光，臨湖而建卻又不失便利。我訂的湖景房視野極佳，透過落地窗就能將整片湖光盡收眼底。午後泡一杯茶，坐在窗邊看雲捲雲舒，所有疲憊都被治癒了。房間設計兼顧美觀與實用，空間寬敞得讓人舒展，大床柔軟舒適，一覺到天亮。衞生做得非常細緻，每個角落都乾淨清爽，讓人用得放心。
周邊出行方便，想去嚐嚐本地特色美食或逛逛景點，幾分鐘車程就能到達。但最打動我的還是酒店的服務——前台小姐姐熱情又耐心，入住時詳細介紹了酒店設施，退房時還貼心地詢問入住感受，讓人真切感受到被重視。
