Hotel Hot Springs di Kunming

it was such a pleasure spending time here! amazing boutique Japanese style hotel, the front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. the hot spring tub was set to 52C; with rose petals - my husband loved it so much that he didn't want to get out! the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was very simple but yummy. the whole property in every corner was so beautiful!

Beautiful hotel with impeccable cleaniness... But the breakfast restaurant had TERRIBLE SERVICE and was ABSOLUTE CHAOS on the morning, with insufficient tables and unclear demarcation of occupied tables. We went to get food, only to come back to find our table taken by strangers. I then left a packet of masks and a box of tissues on the table to mark the table as taken. The restaurant staff claimed the masks as their own, and threw the packaging into the waste bin along with my box of tissues. I found out because I questioned the staff on where my belongings went, and they confessed with some reluctance. Saw the packaging and my tissues in the bin myself. Then they had the AUDACITY to just shrug and give me some paper towels, without even an apology. Truly shocking for an Intercontinental hotel.

It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

Was there with for 2 nights. Good swimming and natural hotspring facilities. The rooms are a little old but the towels and sheets were very white and clean. Beds are spacious. As they ran out of non spiking rooms that can accommodate three pax, we checked out the smoking room. We were also pleasantly surprised that the room did not smell of smoke. Good selection for breakfast. Location is excellent as it’s within walking distance of the night market with lots of eatery options

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. I came to visit Kunming with my mom and my kid. This hotel is fantastic! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful; location of the hotel is right by Dian Chi and Haigeng Park. Hotel provides rides to the Yunnan Nation Villages which was super cool! The breakfast was great - lots of choices for the whole family. We ate four dinners at the hotel restaurant. They are delicious! Would definitely recommend it to others!

absolutely amazing hotel. The location is perfect. You can see the yunnan nationalities village, take a cableway ride or take a boat ride and see the seagulls all within walking distance. The hotel has great facilities as well to just spend a day relaxing at the hotel with tennis courts, spa and swimming pool.

叢大理到宜賓路上選擇臨時中轉一晚的住宿，結果超超超出預期。首先説一下環境：環境在一個山上，負氧離子高，空氣舒服。酒店開業到現在有些時間了但房間保養的不錯，房間也很大，預訂的是陽台帶泡池的房間，泡池也很大，這樣的房型放到成都周邊隨便一晚都1千多起性價，這個酒店其實性價比蠻高的，還送兩張森林温泉的票，森林温泉大大小小泡池有20多個，還有魚療池、玫瑰花池、草莓池、牛奶池等等。太適合帶孩子來玩了，而且水每天都是早上現放衞生做的還不錯。下次有機會還過來泡温泉。早餐比起大品牌的早餐還是有蠻大差距的，不過在山裡也就將就吃吃，酒店餐廳性價比也可以，**上可以團購套餐。還挺划算。房間陽台泡池邊有一套泡澡用的沐浴包之類的東西，並且旁邊沒有任何提示告知寫清楚使用是要收費的，費用是多少。退房時收了98還是89忘記了。這點應該提升一下。房間不管任何消費都應該有明顯的提示，告知消費者，如果沒有寫清楚客人會以為是酒店配套的贈送產品。

My stay at this resort was incredibly pleasant. The courtyard boasts thriving lush trees, neat lawns and bright blue sky, creating a refreshing natural atmosphere. The private outdoor hot spring pool is wrapped in dense green vines and rugged stones, offering wonderful privacy for relaxation. The bedroom adopts warm wood-toned decor with soft, fluffy bedding that guarantees restful sleep. The bathroom features premium dark stone countertops, well-prepared toiletries and sleek lighting fixtures with refined detailing. Every area is kept tidy. The tranquil garden scenery, cozy guest room layout and soothing hot spring experience help me shake off daily fatigue fully. I will absolutely book this place again on my next trip.

This hotel is just amazing. I have already stayed there and will definitely come back. Especially, because my two dogs are allowed 🖤 As for the pet mom is very important. Very clean, service is commendable, staff is friendly and helpful, hot spring are good.
