PPengguna TetamuWe had and amazing time here! The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The onsen was so refreshing after a long day of travel. We also loved the beautiful setting next to the lake. It was so relaxing. Dinner was delicious and a neat cultural experience. If you're debating including dinner, definitely add it on. You won't regret it. When we left, the owner went above and beyond to help us out and make sure that we made it down the mountain to our next stop (edo wonderland) in a timely manner. Can't recommend highly enough!

PPengguna Tetamureally amazing service especially the onsen the adult food. rooms are a little outdated. It did catch us off guard as it was about 1000 USD for two nights for the 3 kids and their meals were like pasta and fries. I am not sure we would have spend this money staying with kids. Better suited for adults or if money really isn't an issue spending already so much at the hotel.

Mmeaw_socuteที่พักดีมากกกกกกก แต่ต้องนั่งรถไฟlocalจากสถานีนิกโก้มาอีกทีหนึ่ง แล้วเดินจากสถานีมาที่พักประมาณ6-7นาที ถ้ามาคนเดียวไม่แนะนำเพราะเมืองเงียบมาก ควรมากับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัว ถ้าเช่ารถมาจะดีมาก เพราะโรงแรมมีที่จอดรถให้ และห้องพักดีมากๆ มีเครื่องซักผ้า ตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ หม้อหุ้งข้าว กาต้มน้ำ มีอ่างแช่ออนเซนส่วนตัวด้วย ดีมากๆ ถ้าไปเที่ยวนิกโก้อีกก็จะพักที่นี้อีก ดีมากๆ

Hotel ini telah ditempah sepenuhnya pada hari ini juga, jadi kami terpaksa beratur panjang untuk daftar masuk, daftar keluar dan bufet.
Namun, peliknya kolam air panas ini tidak pernah terasa sesak. Anda boleh ambil mudah.
Tempat mandi di tingkat atas menawarkan pemandangan terbaik bayu Sungai Kinugawa dan langit berbintang yang jernih. Tempat mandi awam yang besar di tingkat satu dilengkapi mewah dengan model kepala pancuran mandian terkini, termasuk ReFa dan Mirable, jadi anda boleh memilih daripadanya. Bar syampu mempunyai barangan harian. Pengering rambut tersedia: Dyson dan ReFa. Saya rasa terdapat mandian terbuka dan mandian berkarbonat di tingkat bawah tanah pertama, tetapi ia mungkin yang paling tidak jelas. Kali terakhir saya juga menggunakan tempat mandi peribadi, yang luas dan saya ingat ia menawarkan pemandangan paling menakjubkan bagi mereka yang sukakan runtuhan.

Ya, hotel itu sendiri telah melihat hari terbaiknya, tetapi ini tidak menjejaskan perkhidmatan, suasana, makan malam yang sangat baik (dan sarapan pagi yang sama indahnya). Saya sangat menyukai bilik itu, pemandangannya sangat cantik, tidur di atas futon adalah luar biasa, tetapi selesa. Onsen (yang berada di luar) sememangnya hebat. Sangat bagus, santai, bagus. Cara terbaik untuk menamatkan sehari selepas melawat Nikko. Dan, mungkin, salah satu tanggapan paling hangat tentang Jepun ialah (saya menulis semasa jejak masih segar, kerana perjalanan belum berakhir).

MMargaret TomLove the area and the outdoor public baths. The meals were good. My husband complained that there’s no meat but I like all the vegetarian dishes provided. Tasted very good. There’s a small fried fish and few sashimi slices. My husband rates the food to be 3/10 while I rate it 5/10 as I am amazed at how they make vegetarian dishes so well.
They do not serve any fish for breakfast which is quite unlike other ryokan we had been to. They had more vegetables and an egg for breakfast. I liked it though.
The ryokan had free shuttle service for pick up and drop off to coincide with the bus times, very convenient, responsible and timely.

The shuttle bus from Nikko station is fully booked even we tried to book 1 day in advance as recommended on their website which only written in Japanese. There is no shuttle provided to pick up from the hotel bus stop. With luggage it’s definitely more than 7min up hill walk. The room we book comes with an open air bath, but was informed that the open air bath in room cannot be use during winter due to frozen pipe condition. The food is mediocre, nothing special.

主要日光這家‘’界‘’的上酒店纜車，很值得體驗
酒店距離車站特別近，看似在山裡，實際出門不遠就是温泉街，很繁華，同時又很隱蔽
裝修是特別日式的風格，極簡➕侘寂風
我個人非常喜歡
喜歡這個系列風格的人會非常喜歡，如果喜歡奢華繁複的風格就不推薦這裏，來了會失落
另外酒店有免費的咖啡，茶吧，以及無限量果汁➕無限量冰淇淋，所以小朋友玩的比大人開心
温泉景觀特別美，櫻花季節温泉望出去就是，紅葉季節，滿山院子裏都是
整體來説，酒店並不大，類似小小度假村，但是細節，景觀，以及活動還挺多，夜晚有免費的活動表演，晚餐的懷石料理是高級好吃的，早餐是日式料理，味道也很不錯
值得體驗的一家酒店，高級風卻又沒有拒人於千里，服務態度很舒服。
另外開車五分鐘，附近一大堆好玩的主題樂園，景點，這個也是推薦原因～～

TTsusiefirst of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's
& a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

PPengguna TetamuThe exterior of the hotel is pretty, but the interior of the hotel is dated and needs a bit of updating. There were parts of the hotel that were completely shut down (maybe there are saving up enough money to one day renovate). However the facilities and rooms are well maintained and the onsens are beautiful and peaceful. There are 2 main onsens, that are separated by men and women. Each day the onsens are switched, in the morning you will go to one, and in the evening before dinner you can experience the other onsen. Onsite there is a really nice restaurant and gift shop that featured local products at reasonable prices. There is a 24 hour coffee/tea station that is free to use. It's a short 10 minute walk from Kinugawa Onsen Station. When you arrive they provide you a yukata to wear while you are staying at the hotel. The rooms are spacious with options for a western bed or japanese style (sleeping on the floor). We opted for the western bed to be higher off the ground as we thought it would be colder to sleep on the ground. Although the rooms are very well heated and was a bit too warm, that we needed to open the window to cool the room down. The rooms have nice views of the countryside. They provide a pitcher of ice water in the room and you can go to the front desk to refill with ice if more is needed. The bathroom is quite large and has both a shower and toilet in a separate room of the bathroom; although we mostly bathed in the onsen. There is a 7-eleven nearby that was open 24 hours, but otherwise there isn't much else around the hotel. Also the town of Kinugawa Onsen closes quite early, around 8pm it's quite deserted. We were there at the end of November 2024, and it seemed that the hotel was mostly unoccupied, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was a very nice one night stay.
