Everything is smooth in this hotel. Check in staff is very kind, eager to help you. Hotel facilities are really nice and well appointed. Being at the hotel, one can go by himself through both Falls Circuits. This I find great because you can begin early in the morning and avoid cues and , then, go back before dusk. To be free to do what you want when you want it is , for me, very important when on vacation. Luckily National Park did not continue with restrictions on free circulation imposed during Covid and two years later. The rooms are light. This time we booked one with Fall´s view and the one given was awesome. The bathroom is modern and has all what you could need. Swimming pool continues being one of the prettiest I have ever seen. Not many hotels allow you to swimm wwhile seein Garganta del Diablo. Only objection: the price of meals. Breakfast was included and haed many choices. Dinner- not included- was extremely expensive: a plate of whit pasta was about $7.000( around 20 USD). Having paid an expensive Hotel i do not expect to have cheap prices but I believe they could be not so expensive. Breakfast and dinner staff was insurmountable. I think we will be back. The place is lovely

Beautiful hotel with great features. The pool was wonderful - definitely bring your swim suit even if you don't typically use the pool - and there is a nice, small outdoor terrace on the top floor to watch the sunset. There is a real gym, not just a typical tiny hotel gym, but a real gym. Good breakfast buffet. The hotel in general is getting a little aged and could use some cosmetic improvements. If you can overlook those little flaws, this is a really outstanding hotel.
Iguazu Grand Resort Spa & Casino

Wow, this place was spectacular. I can't imagine staying anyplace else. It is a resort in every sense of the word, with spacious and luxurious rooms, a fantastic swimming pool, a nice restaurant and bar, and top-notch service. As a bonus, it has a ****** and a dinner theater. We saw the tango show on our night there and it was really well done. My only regret is that we were really only there to see the waterfalls and didn't have a chance to enjoy all the amenities they had to offer. I do want to offer special commendation to the staff, who were so welcoming and helpful. They arranged for all our taxis and gave us a very late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our day trip to the Falls and change clothes afterwards.

TBH, we had higher hopes for this place but given the high season, the staff just can't keep up. There are plenty of staff members milling about but it seems that there is usually only 1 guy or 1 gal who can actually problem solve (or get what you need done/answered). So it's stark to see 2-3 others just standing around to tell you to hold a minute while one poor soul has to multi-task like crazy. So yeah, service is SLOW and if you're in a hurry, this is definitely not the place for you. Breakfast buffet every morning is solid - more than enough things to eat. The location of the property is quite tucked away so once you're on resort, you're really ”stuck there” - not that it's a bad thing. You will need hotel pickup/drop off with all your activities or to have the front desk get you a taxi (which isn't hard to do and hopefully you don't have to wait behind a group checking in to put in the request). The rooms are fine - a fair bit of wear and tear but given the volume of turnover and the forest environment, it's completely understandable. You'll need to AC cranking in the summer time and as others have noted, there's a fair share of mosquitoes. It's a quaint touch to navigate the different buildings where the rooms are and going over the suspension bridges - makes you feel like you are in the jungle. We didn't take as much advantage of the resort given we were constantly off property for long days of excursions, so you should balance that out. We had dinner at the resort one night and like others have said, there are better joints in town with faster service and cheaper prices - but do you want to schlep in? That's is the key question for opting to stay here or not.

Excellent hotel right in middle of jungle like area 30 minutes from airport 30 minutes from the park 10 minutes from Brazil border Pleasant staff including the travel desk lady who at no extra fee booked all our park entry tickets plus we used their recommended for trips locally- reasonable & only marginally higher than outside service Note - unlike Buenos Aires - Uber is poor service here Breakfast is good Rooms are of good standard Would stay again

Large hotel ideally located for visiting Iguazu Falls complete with spa and swimming pool in a wonderful garden setting. Our room was large and very well equipped with a balcony overlooking the garden with its tropical plants. There is a screen attached and you are advised to use the screen to stop any wildlife/creatures entering your room. Air conditioning was efficient and was well used when we visited as we found the heat outside very hard to deal with. The breakfasts were plentiful and would suit all tastes. Bar snacks and evening meals were well presented and tasty and along with drinks were reasonably priced. All staff were very pleasant and helpful and due to the remoteness of the hotel they will arrange taxis to take guests in to the town of Iguazu and further afield. We enjoyed our stay.
