literally is very very clean and there are two cats in the whole time the hotel is very very good and stuff is very kind. The way I hear neil have breakfast with breakfast is very delicious and they are bread and noodles and something else we live here

Clean room and the front desk gave me a free upgrade to a better room. The room features a nice projector TV, blackout curtains and very appreciated heated seat toilet with bidet. The location is overall great and feels local with good access to metro. The shared laundry machines were appreciated though the dryer is rather weak. Overall, I would stay here again and it was worth the money.

We recently stayed at The YUN Resort Shenzhen Longcheer and honestly had a really great experience. The hotel is very family friendly and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Big shout out to Hellen and all the staff who helped us with everything we needed during our stay. We were traveling with 2 babies, so having cribs provided by the hotel was a huge help. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and having free laundry on site was such a big plus for families. The free breakfast was also really good and convenient before heading out for the day. Our package also included a free train ride and a photography session with 5 free photos, which made the trip feel extra special. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for families visiting Dapeng/Shenzhen.

I booked a two-night stay at the 金茂JW Marriott from July 15th to 17th. I am very grateful to the Guest Relations Executive, Xana (Jasmine), for her assistance with a room upgrade. The TV in our originally assigned room had no signal, and even after the engineers tried to fix it, the connection remained unstable. The engineers did notify the front desk on our behalf, and thanks to the prompt help from Xana and the front desk staff, we were immediately moved to another room. Xana even went out of her way to help us move our luggage. We also troubled Xana and another Guest Relations Executive to help deliver our medication to our room. Thank you, Xana, for your thoughtful service and care! I would also like to thank the housekeeping lady for keeping the room impeccably clean and well-organized. As for breakfast, true to the JW Marriott style, there was an excellent variety of food choices. However, I was a bit disappointed that the congee and oatmeal were not hot this time. What deserves praise, though, is that all the staff at the breakfast cafe were incredibly friendly and provided wonderful service. They all had smiles on their faces, which put us in a great mood while enjoying our morning meal. The 金茂 JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen has a very convenient location and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend! We will definitely come back next time.

I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen recently. The hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen’s Futian district, a close distance to Futian high speed rail station. We felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door with refreshing welcome drinks and friendly service. The checking process was quick and smooth. We selected a room that had access to the club lounge. The lounge is excellent, with 5 meals a day provided. The quality of the food is high and the there is a varied selection to choose from. However, i would recommend going down to the main restaurant for breakfast. What really made our stay great was the fantastic room service and general friendliness of the staff. While we were staying in the club lounge we were lucky enough to have Mandy take of us. She did an amazing job helping us with any help we needed. She was extremely professional and her communication in English was very impressive. I would definitely come and stay again, and hopefully have Mandy there to look after us during our next trip.

I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

The bathroom is hot and stuffy because there isn't ventilation. The room upstairs is cramped with no window. The room downstairs is better. They have a fridge and provide bottled drinking water. Also I'd great they have a washing machine Buy there isn't a kitchen for cooking. Though you can use the space available.

Pada asalnya saya menempah bilik biasa, tetapi saya sangat terkejut apabila hotel ini menaik taraf bilik saya secara automatik semasa daftar masuk. Bilik yang telah dinaik taraf berada di tingkat yang lebih tinggi dengan pemandangan yang lebih luas, dan setiap kali malam menjelang, saya dapat melihat keindahan cahaya lampu bandar dari bilik. Selepas seharian penat menjelajah, kembali ke bilik dan melihat cahaya lampu di luar tingkap membuatkan semua keletihan hilang. Bilik dibersihkan dengan teliti, dan semua kemudahan lengkap serta berfungsi dengan baik, menjadikan penginapan tenang dan selesa. Kakitangan sangat mesra dan perkhidmatan daftar masuk cekap dan lancar, memberikan pengalaman keseluruhan yang sangat baik. Hotel ini sangat sesuai untuk perjalanan perniagaan atau percutian singkat. Saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi untuk perjalanan seterusnya dan sangat mengesyorkannya kepada semua.

Kakitangan adalah akomodatif kepada keperluan saya terutamanya XIAO XIA jika saya boleh ingat dengan betul. Dia membantu saya menukar ke bilik yang saya suka berhampiran dengan kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Dia sangat sabar dan merupakan aset nilai kepada hotel. Hanya kemunduran ialah masa menunggu yang lama untuk lif terutamanya pada hujung minggu untuk sampai ke tahap 10. Stesen Metro terletak betul-betul di bawah pautan ke pusat beli-belah bawah tanah menuju ke stesen pameran dan pameran.

Located very close to the main walking/shopping street, friendly staff at reception and a nice reception lobby where you can sit. We stayed on 45th floor and the the rooms are specious with an amazing view. The washing machine has a dryer in it too. The hotel has a delivery robot. The room has a big fridge and the bed is comfortable. Overall a great stay, would recommend. Reception is located on the 28th floor
