Hotel berhampiran Omiya Chibikko Square, Kyoto

Nice and clean hotel, good location to browse the city. The staff are kind and friendly. The rooms are not big but family of 3 with one big piece of luggage can easily fit in. Japanese style room is very charming but you might need some time to adjust to a mattress firmness. The breakfast selection is rather limited and repetitive.

Walaupun perkhidmatan dobi adalah percuma, tetamu harus ambil perhatian bahawa detergen tidak disediakan. Walaupun makanan ringan percuma tidak ada, kemudahan onsen yang luas dan suasana tenang mengimbangi pengawasan tersebut. 四条堀川の交差点直ぐ近くにあるホテルです。深夜にチェックインしたのですが、フロントの方は親切で、嫌な顔もせずに対応して頂けました。部屋も奇麗でアメニティも充実しており、充電用のUSBポートもあって非常に助かりました。ただ、大浴場を使うことが前提なのか、部屋にはシャワーブースしかありませんでした。部屋でゆっくりと湯船に漬かりたい方にはマイナスかも知れません。個人的には大浴場の方が嬉しいので、全く問題はありませんでしたが。 交通の便が良い点も良かったです。四条堀川のバス停からは京都駅だけでなく、金閣寺や清水寺、東寺、二条城、嵐山など有名観光地にも一本で行けますし、祇園や河原町の繁華街へも乗り換えなしで行けます。一度乗り換えが必要になりますが、南禅寺や銀閣寺などにも行けます。少し歩けば阪急の大宮駅や嵐電の四条大宮駅がありますし、観光にせよビジネスにせよ非常にアクセスは良いです。ホテルのすぐ南にはファミリーマートがありますし、その先にはセブンイレブンもあるのでちょっとした買い物にも困りません。 宿泊費もリーズナブルでしたし、お勧めのホテルです。

It's a nice hotel with a good location, easy enough to find from the train station. The rooms are clean and cozy. What was disappointing was the service at front desk. Not friendly or welcoming at all as compared to our stay in other cities like Osaka. We were even shuned away for breakfast as we wore the traditional Yukatas that were provided by the hotel, as the front desk said we couldn't wear it at the breakfast lounge and had to either go back up to change or we could take a small box of bread and pastries (that were cold) and we could eat in our rooms instead.

I’ll start with location, which was very convenient. Room was very clean and amenities were nice. Very close to the bus stops and subway. Has many coffee shop and supermarkets around. The staff was super helpful and nice. Beside the front desk foreigner administrator who was kind of rude, everyone was super professional and helpful.

リニューアル前に一度宿泊しましたが、その時はお世辞にもあまり綺麗なお部屋ではありませんでした。今回リニューアル後初めて宿泊しましたが、もはや別宿でした。お部屋も快適で、宇治川の眺望、部屋付き（半）露天風呂も広くて気持ちよかったです。またスタッフさんたちの対応も気持ちよかったですし、時間とお金ができたらまた行きたいです。 ただ3泊中夕食はすべて併設のステーキ懐石のお店だったのですが、最初の2泊まではシェフさんの対応もよく、お肉も柔らかく、大変気持ちよく食事できたのですが、最後の3泊目の夕食時に本来（貸し切り以外では）入店が禁止されている未就学児がおり、それがまたギャーギャーやかましいガキンコで全然ゆっくりできませんでした。どうやらお得意さんのご一家だったようなのですが、やはりその辺の線引きはちゃんとしてほしいと思いました。

A warm welcoming when arriving hotel with English speaking front desk facilitating check in. Spacious room with stunning lake view. There’re 3 venues for breakfast and lots of tasteful choice especially on the 37/F. Sufficient parking lots charging 500yen per day only! Must choose it again for next time visiting!

2口子出遊。這裏人少，周邊都是農田，離保津川比較近，那邊有船可以乘到嵐山。這裏以經是第3次來了吧。但住房好象比較難訂。特別是是周未價格貴啊！

When visiting Kyoto, we wanted to enjoy some time in an onsen resort so we decided to spend two nights in Ogoto Onsen. After checking the details in their website, we booked a ”Biwa no kaze”room with private onsen and view of Lake Biwako. And we were not disappointed. The room looks newly renovated, and is very spacious with two beds and sitting area plus a tatami room. They offer different dinner packages, and we have chosen crab with steak as the main dishes for the first night, and lobster with shabu-shabu the second night. The foods were of very high quality, tasted and looked very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of different items. The ryokan is excellent in nearly all aspects. We would stay here again when we next visit Kyoto.
