the hotel is of a good standard!!! excellent staff! especially the reception, very professional in solving problems! I was greeted with a smile and offered an improved room with late check-out! it was a gift from the hotel! a very pleasant surprise!!! the hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the airport! special thanks to the receptionist NADIR, he is the best! thank you 🙏🏻

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel & Residences was unfortunately very short, and we truly regret not having more time to experience the property and its facilities. However, even during our brief stay, the hotel left a very positive impression. We sincerely appreciated the unexpected upgrade to an apartment with an amazing view facing the city center - it was a wonderful surprise and made the stay feel extra special. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the layout was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Although our visit was short, the hospitality and comfort we experienced make us look forward to returning in the future for a longer stay.

Good Hotel and facilities, we stayed as family and booked 2 rooms it was good overall

I booked the room at the very last minute, and when i checked in i wasnt expected that i was upgraded to the club room. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the most important thing is the reception knew my flight is at the night so she made a late checkout for me when checking in, nice place to stay and nice view

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

The hotel kindly upgraded us and the room was exceptionally spacious, close to the top floor. The views were very nice of the corniche. Breakfast selection was ok, could have had more variety of dishes and the croissants/bread selection was limited. There is a nice cafe on the ground floor, close to reception. Staff were pleasant.

The location is good - opposite the Sahara shopping centre and just pass through it to enter Dubai and Cana aplenty. Staff are lovely and helpful The quality of the breakfast is very poor. I raised a complaint about this and ww wouldn’t have taken inclusive breakfast if we knew. Valet parking works well.  2 bedroom flats are spacious. Gym is good but they need to sort lifts to the gym. Don’t get to use sauna or pool.

Sauna and pool are available, but it is quite a strange arrangement. Not as friendly as international standards. Local culture? Fantastic Ramadan buffet dinner, as well as a very good breakfast selection. Definitely worth the money

This wasn't my first stay at this hotel and I continue to appreciate the excellent location, food, and service. The daily housekeeping kept my room very clean. The only minor issue was that the room was a bit dim due to the window facing a neighboring building. Perhaps brighter lighting within the room could enhance the ambiance. Overall, I would recommend this hotel

Sejujurnya, saya tidak mempunyai jangkaan yang tinggi kerana ulasannya tidak begitu hebat, tetapi ia jauh lebih baik daripada yang saya jangkakan. Lokasinya sangat baik. Sukar untuk mencari hotel dalam julat harga ini berhampiran Lapangan Terbang Sharjah, dan hotel di bandar ini mahal, dan untuk bersiar-siar memerlukan tambang teksi dan kad pengangkutan, yang boleh menjadi agak menakutkan bagi pengembara kali pertama. Walau bagaimanapun, jarak dekat hotel ini dengan lapangan terbang dan akses mudah adalah tarikan terbaiknya.
