Hotel berhampiran Dataran Republic, Yerevan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Выбирали отель в центре, хотелось новый с хорошим сервисом. Угадали на 100%. Отель рекомендую, расположение 10 из 10. Северный проспект, Площадь республики, куча хороших ресторанов, супермаркет и алкомаркет с армянским вином и коньяком, всё в пешей доступности. Все новое, брали номер улучшенный на 9-м этаже возле СПА, отличный вид из окон. Да, номера не большие, но все что необходимо есть. Убирают хорошо, в ванной халаты и тапочки, косметика, каждый день бутилированная вода и кофемашина в номере. Есть гладильная доска и утюг. В номере тихо. Лобби небольшое, но с каким-то модным баром, в выходные дни вечером куча молодежи. Отличное обслуживание, девушка с красивым именем Мариам Яиз, подготовила сюрприз на День рождения, в номере нас ждала бутылка игристого, открытка с пожеланиями на русском и тортик. Приятно. Большим плюсом считаю наличие кафе Paul внизу отеля. Вход прямо из лобби, можно оплатить картой. На завтрак в отеле не ходили - долго спали, ходили в Paul, отличный кофе, сендвичи, круссаны, свежевыжатый сок. Отель рекомендую, персонал - молодцы, с удовольствием посетим еще раз.

Hotel stay was very nice and the room was very large and clean

Отличное расположение отеля, в пешей доступности к площади Республики. Очень внимательный и услужливый персонал. Завтрак выше всяческих похвал. Разрешили бесплатно выехать из отеля на час позже. В номере чисто, тихо, удобный матрас. Работает круглосуточный ресторан и рум сервис. Ночью голодными не останетесь)

Я недавно остановился в этом отеле и остался в полном восторге! Отель новый, что видно по современному дизайну и чистоте в номерах. Расположение просто супер — все главные достопримечательности находятся в шаговой доступности. Особенно хочу отметить дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Они всегда готовы помочь и сделать ваше пребывание максимально приятным. Очень доволена своим выбором и с удовольствием рекомендую этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку!

Отель по соотношению цена- качество оптимален. Близко от аэропорта. Рядом парк и магазины. В номере чайник тапочки. Окно открывается. Минус - нет лифта , но мне это не критично. Тем более багаж помогли доставить. Около отеля есть качели для взрослых очень удобно.

Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need. The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building. This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia. وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد. الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى. أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

I made this booking for a friend, and I’m sharing his review on his behalf: “I’d definitely stay here again. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was impressively quiet. The Wi-Fi was strong, the reception staff were friendly, and I loved the daily variety of warm breakfast options. The only downsides were a couple of broken lamps (so the lighting was dim) and a dead battery in the room safe. However, given the excellent price, these were minor issues. Highly recommended for the value!”

I had a really good experience staying at this hostel and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The atmosphere was friendly and social, but it was also quiet enough to rest comfortably after a long day. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions I had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and simple. The room and common areas were kept clean throughout my stay, and I appreciated that the facilities were well maintained. The beds were comfortable enough for a hostel, and I had a good night’s sleep. I also liked the common space because it made it easy to meet people from different countries and share travel experiences. Overall, this hostel offered excellent value for money. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Easy to get from/to the airport. Good communication with the hotel regarding night check-in. The room itself was nice and clean. Had fast and stable wifi.The only downside were some ants. Overall good value and would stay again.
