Hotel berhampiran Stesen Coghlan, Buenos Aires

Fierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though. The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room. We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious. The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines. The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great! We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm. I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

The reception staff is excellent. Max, who speaks good English, is always ready to help with advice on the best public transportation options for getting around the city, as well as any other information or solutions. A true professional! Spacious and comfortable rooms with a kitchen and all necessary utensils. The bed is very comfortable. It's a 17-minute walk to the Obelisk, very convenient. But for those who don't like walking, the Independencia metro station is nearby, making it a quick ride. Bus number 8 to the main Pistarini Airport stops about 3-4 blocks from the hotel. The reception is open until 5:00 PM. I recommend to check in during this time. However, you can also check in later using the codes provided. If you have any problems, please contact the emergency line. Please note that they don't answer WhatsApp calls. You'll have to send them a message and wait for them to respond. They're not very efficient. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel, and I'd love to return.

The hotel is located near the obelisk with lots of food options. As the building seems quite old, there’s a lot of squeaky sounds made when people upstairs walk around which may affect light sleepers. There are small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, comb, shower cap, sanitary bag, cotton pad provided. There’s also shower gel and body lotion and other amenities maybe but those were not provided in my room when I checked in and I only found out when I saw the house cleaning cart. No hot water kettle is in the room, no tissue paper, no complimentary water, no usb charging port. The shower door cannot close properly so water splashes out. The pool is closed during winter which is sad as I chose this hotel to have a pool to swim. Florencia at the reception was extremely helpful and helped me with money exchange too (very good rates available)! Thanks

Really good experience. Beautiful apartment, modern, luminous, clean (except one drawer where we found basura). Extremely good value for money imo. Loved the location. Cannot understand the negative reviews about the service, in our case everything was super smooth, and the guys very helpful, available and flexible. Top. Will come back.

Good location. Older building complex, does tje job well, and meets the price requirements. The staff is very helpful and thus staying here was comfortable and worked well. Overall a descent hotel and comfortable rooms. Didn't try the food.

I liked the location a lot - the center of the center, 5 min to Florida, many places were reached by us on foot. Good service, 24/7 reception, mobile app for room and building keys, whatsapp with reception on all the matters. The apartment is very good, we asked for upper floor and city view from the 35th floor was amazing! Good swimming pool, and i would prefer it heated, but sauna helped a lot. I would only dream of dishwasher just not to waste time on this exercise by myself. Anyway, for sure i recommend this apartment.

A localização do hotel perfeita, organização na chegada um pouco confusa, mas foi resolvido. Porém, o banheiro não havia tampa para saída de água da banheira, pedimos e ninguém resolveu. Ar condicionado de difícil regulagem. Muito frio. O café da manhã excelente. Ainda assim, indico.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже не в первый раз, но в этот приезд впечатления оказались заметно слабее. Возможно, многое зависит от номера или этажа. В прошлый раз у меня был номер на шестом этаже — он казался более просторным и в целом в лучшем состоянии. Сейчас же дали номер на седьмом этаже, и он оказался значительно более уставшим: мебель старая, в ванной комнате ручка на двери едва держалась. Также сложилось ощущение, что номер меньше по размеру, чем в прошлый раз. Из плюсов — в этот раз появились завтраки (или, по крайней мере, раньше я их не замечала). Их можно включить в стоимость проживания или оплатить отдельно — около 18 000 песо. Завтраки приятно удивили: для отеля такого уровня выбор действительно хороший. Шведский стол, есть омлет, выпечка, фрукты — что выгодно отличает этот отель от многих других, где обычно всё ограничивается тостами и булочками. В целом впечатление осталось неоднозначным: завтрак порадовал, но состояние номера немного разочаровало по сравнению с прошлым визитом.

I was initially worried after reading some negative reviews, especially since I had a late check-in around 10pm. However, my experience turned out to be completely different. I contacted the staff via WhatsApp, and they were very responsive and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free, which was a huge relief after a long day of travel. Considering the price and location in the city, I think it’s definitely worth it. The accommodation itself has a very creative and unique design, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend it 👍
