Hotel berhampiran Teater Comedy, Melbourne

The room is clean and location is very convenient within walking distance to many attractions in the city. The buffet breakfast is good value for money and delicious with choices of hot and cold breakfasts. The downside is that the bed is too soft for us. Also unpleasant experience with communication of hotel staff about the offer for a breakfast box in place of paid buffet breakfast which we can decide any time we were back for the day, was denied later saying this should be confirmed before 10pm. There was no follow up call or email despite the documented “unconfirmed” request. Also our request to grab something simple quickly was also rejected saying that it was a sit down breakfast and not supposed for take away. Not being helpful at all.

Hotel front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking to them. Hotel room is just perfect for a Solo traveller in terms of room size, facilities, lighting, etc. I love the room interior. It looks bright and motivating. Lighting is bright which I always prefer and I have the option to switch off some lights if I want it a bit darker before sleeping. Toilet looks compact but there is certainly enough space to take shower and do other stuff. There is a sofa which makes the room look more classy. The bed, pillow and sofa are very comfortable. I was able to adjust the Aircon and keep myself warm and comfortable. In room dining service was excellent. I ordered a vegetarian dish and it was tasty. Hotel is conveniently situated within CBD and I am able to walk over to wherever I want or take tram and travel around the city. I love this hotel and I will stay in this hotel again when I revisit Melbourne in the coming months.

The hotel is clean and well situated. The staff at the reception is rather helpful. They will give you recommendations and provide with extra stuff upon request . However I would mention some drawbacks as well . The conditioner needs replacement as it is rather noisy. As the hotel is in the city centre it might be loud when the cleaners take away the rubbish from the rubbish bins in the street.

I'm very happy to come and stay at this hotel for my business. And then I will come back again my besides wedding thank u.

It’s a nice little place that did what it needed to do to keep a roof over my head. Slightly annoying that you have to use the bathroom/shower in seperate areas within the hotel but that was already known once paying for a room in advance.

Nice apartment for 2 pax. The layout is a bit odd as it’s a “circular” shape with the kitchenette in the middle, so the bed is quite far from the bathroom but it’s very spacious. The light switches need a bit of figuring out, esp the bedroom one was hidden behind the curtain lol. There’s only one AC in the living room but the weather was cold when we visited so it’s okay. Location was good with many restaurants nearby and walking distance to the trams. Supermarkets are a bit further, takes about 10-15mins. Nevertheless, quite central and convenient. The reception was also friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the sink drainage and it was resolved the next day. However, housekeeping could be more thorough and attentive. When we checked in, the kitchen bin wasn’t cleared and mugs had coffee stains. The floors weren’t vacuumed daily, table wasn’t wiped and we also had missing towels on one day. They didn’t provide us floor towels at all which I only realised when I went to the reception to collect the missing towels. Soap/amenities weren’t replenished promptly. Maybe we were expecting too much for daily cleaning but if so could have let us know. The kitchen was useful but some items like the frying ladle, chopping board need replacement. Would be good if dishwashing liquid could be provided, we had to buy our own. Very happy with the hot water throughout our stay as we are not used to the cold. Overall still a pleasant stay and enjoyed our trip in Melbourne! If the improvements to housekeeping and amenities could be made, this place would definitely be 5 stars.

It was more like a well-managed, very clean hostel, which left a great impression. The breakfast was excellent, and although I didn’t use the kitchen facilities, everything I might have needed was there. The view from the breakfast area was also beautiful.

basic hotel with basic amenities. (body soap, shampoo, face wash - 3 in 1 HAHA) (hairdryer, television, fridge, kettle, safe, ironing board and iron, hangers). i walked in at 11pm and they were nice enough to allocate me a room

Saya gembira kerana mempunyai sesuatu untuk menggantikan baju tidur saya. Tetapi selain itu ia sangat bagus. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan penginapan adalah menyenangkan.
