The apartment was comfortable and spacious, perfect for our family of three. It came with a full set of kitchen items, plus a dishwasher and oven, which made cooking easy. The view was lovely, and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine. On the downside, the dryer was dirty and could use better upkeep. Overall, a pleasant stay with great space and amenities, though some maintenance improvements would make it even better.

great location and facilities, but be prepared for significant noise both early in the morning and late at night. Be randomly arranged units in 889 or 883 Collins st. the noise situation seriously affects the stay. There are several construction sites nearby, and work starts around 7 a.m. every day. The drilling and machinery noise is very loud, making it difficult to sleep in. At night, the problem continues as car enthusiasts often race along the nearby roads, and the engine revving can be extremely disruptive.

Staying close to the Convention centre, near restaurants and DFO, a short walk to city centre this is ideally located. Very quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend. Pack your bathers and enjoy the pool!

The hotel staff were welcoming and ready to help. The hotel ammenities and location itself were perfect, from the pool there was a magnificent view of the sunset overlooking the city buildings. The charging ports in the room were practically placed, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was modernly designed and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, inviting, clean and modern, making its shared spaces comfortable to relax. Its convenient location allowed access to ”The District” on Docklands with a range of restaurants and shops alongside public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern and enjoyable stay in Melbourne.

Location of the property was perfect. The building is well maintained. However I had a problem with the security deposit or Bond. The hotel said they refunded. But it was untrue. Next time pls allow cash security payment like most established operators do in this world. Somehow they kept spinning their stories. I lost my bond $.

Good location and near city tram station. Only negative side, near some Hindi restaurant which always play irritating loud music.

I stayed at Nesuto Docklands for 2 nights during a work trip. The location is very convenient, there are plenty of eateries nearby, a supermarket right on the ground floor, and paid parking available. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, do note that they don’t provide bottled water or basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, so you’ll need to bring your own.

Reception staff is good and it was good apartment but not for 5 people and actually for 4, this was not mentioned before booking and toiletries were not enough for 4 people for the duration of the stay. Sometimes Aircon in the room was not working properly. Had to remind them for the bond to be returnd after 12 days of checkout

The apartment has an excellent view, small bedrooms with tiny bathrooms. Service was not pleasant, Grace was not very responsive, and stopped replying messages after we checked out. The front desk can not provide luggage storage because this is an Airbnb type of rental, and you need to walk 2 blocks to the office where Grace can store the luggage. If you are not looking for any help or service, this is not a bad deal. Otherwise, get a hotel room.

Location was excellent. Just in front is southern cross station and Spencer outlets. Coles , 7 11 and food stores just across. Otherwise, amenities in the room are the usual.
