This one bedroom apartment is reasonably sized and had a balcony looking out over other apartments. The bedroom also had a thin balcony. The bathroom was not very modern and there was kitchen facilities. Only a fridge and kettle. If you need to use a microwave, you need to go the the basement and use one in the laundry. The outside pool and pool furniture is great and the roof top restaurant and bar has amazing city and river views. The staff are very friendly. There is a carpark under the hotel with easy access to your apartment floor.

Location is good for getting around Brisbane cbd, but quite a bit of traffic noise at night. Bathroom had a smell that I think was coming from the drain. Apart from the noise and smell the apartment was great. The fitness facilities were excellent

Good value, right in the CBD which is good for first time visitors. Amenities are average and during my visit in December, there was a lot of renovation work during the day so it was a bit noisy especially when my room was right next to the renovation zone.

Excellent location in heart of the city. 20 mins train ride from Airport to Central Station.  10 mins walk the from Central station to Hotel.  The 10 mins walk you can preview what to do, shop, eat in the heart of the city.  Also less than 10 mins walk further down you'll reach the riverside.  I chose this hotel for the amazing INDOOR pool so I can swim indefinitely without getting burned,   There is a skylight above the 1/3 of the pool which gives perfect and not too strong sun light.  All linens are white and clean.  Water pressure is good.  AC is adequate. Nothing to complaint.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as good as the first. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are consistently professional. I had a really enjoyable stay and will likely book here again next time. There is also pool access right next door at the west inn. Really nice experience

We just stayed the night with hotel Diana as I had eye surgery and needed to go back the next day to see the Dr as we were from Toowoomba. Only 3 mins drive from the eye institute. Our room was very nice. Clean everything very good.

The whole stay was pleasant, felt so relaxed like what I experienced in Melbourne Holiday Inn Express. The location is a bit of a minus though as it is not close to central station and it's uphill. Despite the location, the facilities, breakfast and the room is good and pleasant. Also, I would like to raise a compliment to Jack (I think that is his name) upon check out, he is friendly and nice, very efficient as well. He helped me in tagging my bags which I was not expected, as last time in Melbourne I would need to tag the bags myself. However, during check-in, the middle-easy guy with black glasses with not polite and welcoming at all, which I was frustrated and a huge disappointment during my stay. He did not wear a name tag so I did not know his name. He did check my ID and last name, however, he did not possess basic hospitality during the whole check-in process. Even though I know they need to hold one dollar in my credit card as a pre-authorization, but he never said a word on what he is doing with my card. Until he passed me the key without any words, I looked at him, he said, ”Yeah, it's all done”. I was not even guided through all the details, such as check-out time and internet settings, which is so basic as a reception. Until I asked him where to visit around as it was my first time visiting Brisbane. He showed me a map of the city and he introduced me the Botanic Garden first, which was appreciated, but he then tell me to go to a ******, which was a bit shock to me. I think he might need to start introducing other tourists destinations instead of a ******.

We absolutely love this place. It’s centrally located in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything—parklands, shopping malls, gift shops, and more. The service is excellent, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, and most importantly, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended.

I’d give a solid 9.5/10 to this hostel. Everything is great, staff is amazing - very friendly and welcoming, everyday there is an event and they are always nice, location is perfect - walking distance to all major points in the city and very close to public transports (both greyhound busses stop and train station for the airport). Guests are great too and this is a very social hostel - but fortunately not a party one. Perfect to make new friends but also to get some good sleep in a quiet place. Toilets in the rooms are a bit old and the cleanliness is not excellent but still good. Highly recommended if you want to spend some good time in Brisbane in great social hostel.

Good location right in the CBD, making it easy to get around Brisbane and access shops, restaurants, and public transport. Everything is within walking distance, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is decent for a short stay, though the staff were just alright and nothing particularly memorable. Overall, a practical choice mainly for its central location.
