Hotel berhampiran Pusat Enercare, Toronto

"I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible hospitality Jason showed me during my stay. This wasn’t just a place to sleep; it was a place where I felt genuinely cared for. Jason went above and beyond in every way possible. He was kind enough to store my luggage for ten days and even allowed me an early check-in on the morning I arrived. When my flight schedule changed and I had to cancel one night, he was incredibly understanding and helped me through the process—even letting me check out late so I could head straight to the airport. The facilities were top-notch: a steady supply of ramen available anytime, an excellent washer and dryer with free detergent provided—small details that made a huge difference for a traveler. The highlight of my trip was staying in the room next to Jason. He treated me like a dear friend, inviting me to share meals every time he cooked and even treating me to fine Chinese liquor. We shared so many great conversations. I hope future guests understand that such kindness is a reflection of Jason’s wonderful character, not something to be taken for granted. I am writing this in hopes that people who will cherish this place and appreciate his warmth as much as I did will find their way here. “Thank you, Jason, for being the best host I’ve ever met.“"

"Well set up. Close to eclectic restaurants and shops."

"I want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants. It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay."

"Stayed here recently and overall had a decent experience. The AC worked really well, which made the stay comfortable. The room itself was a bit on the small side even though it had a king-size bed, so there wasn’t much extra space to move around. I was a little disappointed that the room didn’t include slippers or a kettle, which I honestly expected. I did ask reception for hot water on one of the days though, and they were kind enough to provide me with a small cup, so service was appreciated. Breakfast was okay with a decent variety and a good range overall, although it was almost the same the next day and the fruit selection was slightly less impressive. Still, it was satisfactory for a short stay but needed a few improvements."

"Helpful customer service by Ms June. Clean place with full equipped kitchen. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is centrally located in downtown Toronto, within walking distance to Eaton Center, St. Lawrence market, shops and restaurants. It’s well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in the city very much."

"還是挺滿意的，住的還不錯，住了10天，周邊也是都逛了一下，餐廳的也吃了幾回。spa也是體現過了，整體還不錯的。就是外部在建造，聲音白天總是滿糟的，還有就是消防車，一天可以聽到很多回。洗漱用品這些不是每天主動提供的，都是需要説明再有，服務態度可以的。至少品牌在的。希望下次過來可以有更好的入住體驗。"

"This was the perfect place! Conveniently located in the downtown Toronto area - easily accessible, clean, and comfortable stay."

"Great Location is very walkable to everything. We heard a little noise from patrons from the restaurants across the street but nothing over the top, and rooms were fairly sound proof. Filtered water dispensers everywhere. Small quiet pool with long hours. Housekeeping staff friendly. Average Renovated rooms were still a little grungy. Bathroom updated and modern though lots of dirt along baseboards. Needs improvement Towels and bathrobes were so old. They were certainly clean but very worn out and rough. The bathrobe had a hole in it. No lotion. Carpet was a little eh. A bit subpar for a Novotel Hotel particularly at the nightly price."
