PPengguna TetamuMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

PPengguna Tanpa NamaGreat location, walking distance to most places of visit. Hotel is really comfortable, lots of space to hang your clothes. Toilet was huge, with heated flooring! Soap provided was L'Occitane which smells so good! Staff at the Front desk were really helpful and friendly. Voucher available for bike rental for a day in Stanley park.

PPengguna TetamuService was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

VVictoria RadbruchI had a really great stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and very well organized. Everything I needed was provided, and it felt comfortable from the moment I arrived.
The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The host was also very responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever I had questions.
Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

PPengguna TetamuWhile there are fewer amenities, I was travelling with a friend and the hotel gave us a connecting room (two rooms with a shared door). It was clean, and provided enough space and privacy for both of us. It wasn’t luxurious, but it offered good value for the price and met our needs for a short stay.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaFacilities was good but not really because the amenities are not complete they dont have slippers, toiletries need to be requested at the front desk and get by your own. Bottled water also you need to request.
To the coffee lovers they have many choices you can get it to their lobby. Inside the room has a coffee also and tea.
Front desk was so helpful especially to Ms. ALOKA who such a good service and willingly helped me. To get my ride from the hotel to the BC ferry. Thank you so much her service is beyond expectations.

PPengguna TetamuIt would have been really important to mention that they have cats. You know. To someone like me who is very allergic to cats. I have emergency medication for this kind of BS. I was there one night but I would have rebooked if was not way too late. 1 night of sleepless wheezing misery. Without the allergy thing, the rooms were hot and airless. People were leaving the doors open and using fans to blow around the cat dander, I mean air. It's not safe to leave doors open, but that's the guests.
The ladder for the top bunk (bunkbed) had one side not covered. It's sharp metal and easy to cut yourself on. These issues are not hard to fix, hopefully they can improve, since that location is perfect for walking to and from concerts. Hey if you love cats, still be careful, this neighbourhood can be dangerous.

AAarie.eiraaI'm going to be brutally honest, this was not for me. The hallways and rooms smelled funny and were super cramped. I just left and booked a hotel.
I usually stay at hotels and gave this hostel a chance since a colleague of mine stays in hostels often and have no complaints. We are definitely not cut from the same piece of cloth.
