"The location was close to downtown and is walkable to the aquarium and some sightseeing places."

"The hotel is in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk from Union station. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the shower was good. However the soundproofing between rooms is terrible. We were staying for 4 nights and on the third morning the air-conditioning unit was making a very loud noise which would have made trying to sleep in the room difficult. We went to reception to complain, the maintenance person had a look and couldn't fix it. We were given another room after a some discussion and despite being told the hotel was full. We were made to feel like we were looking for an upgrade which was not the case as we were very happy with the original room. Not good customer service."

"A genuinely enjoyable stay from check-in to check-out. The rooms are well appointed with good lighting and thoughtful touches in both the bedroom and bathroom. Heating is effective and cleanliness is to a high standard. Staff are attentive and the location is very convenient, with Union Station, the Art Gallery of Ontario, Roy Thomson Hall, and Harbourfront all within reach."

"Stayed here recently and overall had a decent experience. The AC worked really well, which made the stay comfortable. The room itself was a bit on the small side even though it had a king-size bed, so there wasn’t much extra space to move around. I was a little disappointed that the room didn’t include slippers or a kettle, which I honestly expected. I did ask reception for hot water on one of the days though, and they were kind enough to provide me with a small cup, so service was appreciated. Breakfast was okay with a decent variety and a good range overall, although it was almost the same the next day and the fruit selection was slightly less impressive. Still, it was satisfactory for a short stay but needed a few improvements."

"We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It had everything we needed and It was great to use the swimming pool at our convenience. We had the perfect view of the CN Tower from our window. The staff were all super friendly and the location was great. Our room was kept immaculately clean each day. I would not hesitate in booking to stay here again when we visit Toronto."

"Moved three times to get a quiet room. Finally high floor double glazing. Breakfast Buffett top. Restaurant good food and service. Easy access from airport/station by express train via union station and subway union station 4 sops College. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"The staff were very warm and kind, and I truly appreciated the common areas and facilities. However, I did experience a few issues with the room and the shower area: 1.The soundproofing in the room was quite poor. The magnetic sliding door made noticeable noise when opening and closing, and because the ceiling was not fully enclosed, conversations from other rooms could be clearly heard. In addition, the bed frame made loud sounds whenever someone moved or turned over. 2.For women, there were only two small shower stalls. The space inside was very limited, making it difficult to place any clothing. The showerhead was fixed, and the hairdryer only provided cold air rather than warm air."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!"

"My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Victoria as we had tickets for the Sabrina Carpenter concert and was perfect! The hotel was very clean and well decorated. Our room was perfect for our overnight stay. Everyone was their at the hotel was very friendly and it was a very easy check in and check out. The hotel was an 8 minute walk to Scotia Bank Arena with lots of things to do, see, and eat in the area. Sadly, we didn't get a chance to eat at the cute little restaurant on the main lobby, but I know we will definitely rebook here again and hopefully try it out! Overall awesome experience!!"
