Hotel berhampiran Taman Hohematte, Interlaken

Hotel at a great location which is opposite train station and bus stop. Front desk lady was so helpful with our enquiries. We even hv a free bus ride card for our stay. Hotel stay came with breakfast at rooftop. Excellent view of the snowy mountains. Definitely will stay there again if i revisit Interlaken!

We stayed for 2 nights in end-April at the Hotel Rossli Interlaken and the experience was just amazing. We were impressed by the hospitality and kindness shown by the host Jean-Louis and his team. He went the extra mile by gifting us with a Swiss film made by himself and his friend on DVD and USB so we could take home the good memories of Swiss and share these with family. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to the Interlaken West train station. There are a few good bars nearby the hotel and you can enjoy free coffee and tea in the hotel lounge any time of the day. We really love the warm ambiance of the hotel. Great job Jean-Louis and your fabulous team!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Weisses Kreuz and would highly recommend it. The location is absolutely excellent — right in the heart of town with everything within walking distance. There are plenty of amenity shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away, making it incredibly convenient. Parking was straightforward as well. There is nearby parking available, and payment applies from 7am onwards. We found the parking spaces to be relatively spacious, which was a plus. Cars can’t really drive into the hotel so we were a bit lost initially The receptionist was such an amazing lady — warm, welcoming, and professional. She kindly upgraded us to a corner room that was bigger than what we had originally booked, which we really appreciated. The room itself was comfortable, and we especially loved having a bathtub — it made the stay extra relaxing after a long day out. They were very thoughtful. They gave us chocolate on the bed. Thats sweet. There are lift for our heavy luggage as well. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Considering that breakfast is included in the price, we felt it was very good value for money. The only small note is that the corridor lighting is quite dim, which can make it feel a little heavy or subdued. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant and lively, with what seemed like a high occupancy rate — clearly a popular choice. Overall, this is a very well-located, comfortable hotel offering great value. We would gladly stay here again.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the station, allowing you to drop your bags and head straight to the mountains without wasting any energy. The staff is professional and adds a wonderful personal touch to the experience. Highly recommended for savvy travelers who value efficiency and authentic quality. 5/5 stars!

Lokasinya sangat bagus, anda boleh turun dari kereta api dan sampai ke hotel dalam masa 10 saat sahaja. ^^ Bilik bersih dan dalam keadaan baik. Sarapan paginya sangat baik, dan terdapat banyak kedai cenderamata, kedai serbaneka dan restoran berdekatan, menjadikannya mudah untuk bersiar-siar. Anda boleh menaiki bas dan kereta api ke Stesen Dong betul-betul di sebelah hotel. Kakitangannya ramah, dan makanan di restoran di tingkat pertama adalah lazat. ^^ Satu-satunya kelemahan kecil ialah tiada peti sejuk di dalam bilik, tetapi ia adalah hotel yang hebat yang saya anggap sebagai kelemahan kecil.

The first night the shower in our room was too hot that we couldn't take the shower. It was fixed only on the 2nd day. Breakfast spread is rather limited and charges extra for omelette which are normally included in most breakfast packages. However, they do have hard boiled eggs in their breakfast package. Location is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Interlaken Ost if you're carrying luggage. However there.is a station drop off service offered by the hotel free of charge.

The hotel has no air conditioning, and the room felt quite cramped as soon as we entered. Although an electric fan was provided, the space still felt confined. The window could theoretically be opened, but despite multiple attempts we were unable to open it and eventually had to go down to the lobby to ask staff for help before it finally opened. There was no telephone in the room to contact the front desk, so any requests or needs required us to go in person to the nearby hotel lobby to seek assistance. On the positive side, the hotel breakfast was quite good. Given Switzerland’s high prices, having such a hearty breakfast available can really save you the cost of lunch, as you’re full enough after breakfast that you might skip eating at midday. The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. In particular, a German front-desk staff member was very kind and did his best to help us resolve the window issue, which is worth praising.

入住這家擁有150多年歷史的酒店，確實能感受到歲月沉澱的獨特韻味。 地理位置： 必須給滿分！距離因特拉肯車站真的衹有百米之遙，拖着行李箱走過來毫無壓力，出行或去周邊小鎮都非常方便。 酒店環境： 大堂非常有味道，是那種復古但不失格調的風格，細節處能看出歷史的痕跡，拍照很出片。雖然外觀古老，但內部維護得不錯。 房間設施： 這次入住的是聯通房，雖然私密性上稍微打了點折扣（個人不太喜歡聯通門的設計），但驚喜的是房間面積在歐洲來説真的不算小，足夠攤開兩個大行李箱。最加分的是那個小陽台，推開窗就能看到美麗的自然風光和遠處的雪山，清晨或傍晚在陽台發呆真的很治癒。 服務： 前台接待的小帥哥態度超級好，非常養眼且熱情，辦理手續效率也高。唯一的缺點大概就是英語口音確實有點重，溝通起來需要稍微集中注意力，但服務態度完全可以彌補這一點。 早餐： 典型的“白人飯”，中規中矩。如果你是健身人士或者喜歡歐陸式早餐（各種麪包、麥片、冷肉、酸奶），這裏完全能滿足需求；但如果是習慣了熱食或者中式早餐的朋友，可能會覺得有些單調。在歐洲想要找到理想中餐確實不容易，大家可以根據自己的飲食習慣酌情考量。 總結： 雖然有一些小瑕疵（聯通房、早餐習慣差異），但考慮到它無可替代的地理位置、窗外的絕美風景以及獨特的復古魅力，整體入住感受還是很不錯的。推薦給喜歡歷史感酒店、對早餐要求不高的朋友。

Not too far from the bus station and Coops. The hotel architecture is classic, but there is no ramp to bring luggage into the hotel — you have to carry it up the stairs.

Bilik ini mempunyai 3 katil. Walaupun ia agak kecil, ia mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan. Ia berjarak 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Kereta Api Barat, dan terdapat restoran Fu Kee di tingkat bawah, yang sangat mudah.
