"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few dozen meters from the station, making it very convenient for travelers. However, it’s worth noting that the station itself is not situated nearby attractions. We are appreciated that Ibis provided free intown public transportation pass during the period. The lobby is comfortable and welcoming, providing a pleasant first impression. On the downside, the room design feels somewhat dated, with a standardized Ibis style."

"I found this place to be super convenient! The location is perfectly situated right between the airport and the city center, so getting around was a total breeze. It was also really handy having a supermarket and convenience stores just a short walk away for grabbing quick snacks and drinks. The reception staff were awesome, too—they were so helpful with getting the free city transport pass during the stay. The best part, though, was the airport shuttle. The pick-up and drop-off were such a lifesaver and made the whole trip way less stressful—really appreciated that extra touch! Definitely a solid choice if you want an easy, hassle-free stay."

"We came before check-in and i asked if we can check-in already if there are available rooms and she said no. But while we were there are the lobby, she checked-in some groups and 2 gentlemen who came after us. I indicated in my booking our early check-in request but she didnt allow us. Further, she did not send the city pass prior check-in unlike in the hotel in montreux who sent us the montreux riviera cards days ahead. When i followed-up, she said the city will send it. How are we suppose to get it from the city. When i told my family about it, thats the only time she approached us and said that she will email it."

"Absolutely loved the location and the ease of access of the hotel. While the bathroom was a little tiny, the room and all facilities provided for the Hotel de Geneve were very good, and I wholly recommend the hotel for your stay in Geneva. "Clean and secure hotel near train station. However we heard ruckus from the streets all night till the next morning! Incredulous how these people can party. We stayed at the side facing the back of the hotel where there was the tobacco shop. The front facing is quieter so can try to request that side if possible. Luggage storage is CHF7 per luggage for 4 hrs, we paid a total of CHF 14 for both luggages. Staff here are very friendly, but because it is a budget hotel be prepared to pay extra for amenities. Only Towel and soap are given."

"Point faible : Notre chambre n’était pas celle présentée sur le site. Chambre vieillissante, petite, aucun raffinement. Tâche sur le dessus de la couette. Petit déjeuner très moyen, le chaud est froid est beaucoup de produits industriels sans aucune saveur. Point fort : Emplacement idéal pour aller au lac ou dans le centre avec la ligne 2. Les employés sont charmants. Nombreux parkings souterrains autour de l’Hôtel."
