Hotel berhampiran Kolam Mata Air Black Tiger, Jinan

Great location - easy access to the very interesting snack streets and also shopping centres. This is a budget hotel and the rooms are variable. My friend and I had a room each. Hers was compact, but still fairly comfortable. Mine was tiny and I felt like I was squished into a store cupboard with my luggage was right next to the bed. Neither of our rooms had any windows so I was glad we weren't spending much time in them though the walls were decorated with curtains, making it seem like there were windows which helped it not feel too claustrophobic. However it's still good value for money given it's location to the local areas of interest.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent close to Black Tiger Spring. I left my iPod ear bud on the bed when checking out. I realized it when I was on train to another city. I called the hotel and the staff found the ear bud. They sent 快递immediately. I appreciated very much of their professionalism and kindness. Now Here is my 吐槽 it would be nicer if the refrigerator is bigger, if the room has a microwave, if the room is bigger for which I don’t mind to pay a higher price .

華驛精選酒店（濟南大明湖芙蓉街店，酒店位置優越，就是看中這點選擇這裏的，酒店位置便利，靠近芙蓉街、寬厚裏、珍珠泉等幾個景點和美食小吃街， 出行方便，周邊有恆隆和世貿廣場，可步行前往；房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，面積雖小但夠住，每天都換垃圾，提供礦泉水；前台工作人員態度熱情周到，就是房間沒有電梯，行李需要樓梯自己搬運，非常滿意。

The 4 stars I gave for the criteria didn't do the hotel justice as I was answering to the criteria. The hotel was definitely worth more than the price I paid for, which included excellent breakfast for the hotel”s price! !

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around whether for sightseeing or business commitments, and the layout of the common areas allows smooth circulation without ever feeling crowded. The rooms are peaceful, with firm, supportive bedding that ensures restful sleep and very good soundproofing that effectively blocks out external noise. Cleanliness is consistently high, even in the busiest areas, which reflects serious, professional day-to-day management. The staff are discreet yet genuinely attentive and responsive whenever a specific request is made. Breakfast offers a solid, straightforward selection of well-prepared items – perfectly suited to a busy travel schedule. The modest work areas are more than adequate for preparing documents or taking calls without any real inconvenience. Overall, this hotel provides a well-balanced setting that combines tranquility, convenience, and reliable services. For anyone who values stability and functionality above all, it fully meets the essential expectations.

設施：還可以，房間小。走廊説話的聲音可以聽到。 衞生：還不錯。 環境：走路到超燃樓20多分鐘，打車到趵突泉15分鐘。 服務：前台美女服務一般，我旅遊的第30個省會城市，給人的感覺很不熱情，問些基本問題也很情願回答。早餐的態度倒是很不錯，就是品種少，比不上全季。 咖啡:沒有主動提及，我在前台問的。

位置位於五龍潭護城河旁邊，位置極佳，大堂前台服務到位，入住當天可能是酒店開張不久，很多流程有點慢。讓我有點不理解的是為什麼要收1k按金，也許我是被國內絕大多數的酒店寵壞了。前台姐姐幫我安排了景觀極佳的房間，能看到護城河的🍃柳葉飄飄，在這裏要讚揚姐姐。房間裏迷你吧的飲品首輪是免費的。電梯、健身房、洗衣房都要刷房卡才能進入，保證了隱祕性。👍當晚在留下的中餐廳就餐，點了幾道地道的魯菜，作為廣東胃，我還能接受。遺憾是沒有酒店入住人員就餐沒有打折優惠，衹能充值卡優惠。

The hotel itself is inside Daminghu lake area. Very nice and natural surrounding. Can strolling around in the morning or even evening. Before arrive, the hotel staff will contact (via trip.com) to arrange the shuttle to pick up. The receptionist are superb. Very hospitable and welcoming. 👍👍. They also give me free upgrade room. I checked out in the early morning, and the shuttle havent operated. But the staff helped with all of our luggages to the nearest road side to order taxi. And also gave us gift when checked out. The lobby and the corridor have a nice smell. Definetely will come back if visit Jinan in the future.

Rooms: Good size room, 6/F partly refurbished (especially electrics, carpets), 4/F not done. They have an executive lounge but it is just a lounge, no benefits that you get in other hotels. Facilities: 2/F has pool tables, table tennis, card/mahjong rooms, gym; Floor B1 has a huge pool. All quite busy as they allow members of the public to pay to use. Breakfast: Good, some western options. RMB40/pax at hotel. Location: Perfect. easy walk to Daming Lake, Kuanhouli, Black Tiger Spring, shops. It is on the route of the Tourist shuttle bus which costs RMB5/day and goes to all the main sites. Frequent at weekends, less so weekdays. Restaurants: Lots around hotel. South to malls on Quancheng Road where there are lots of all you can eat hotpot and BBQ. Also south to Kuanhouli, the snack street and some good restaurants (Huixian Floor Restaurant). North is the famous Shandong restaurant: Kui Sheng Ju. There was always a queue so we went to a similar restaurant across the street from it. Also next to it is the Jia Chuan Min Guangzhou restaurant which is excellent. Service: We had a problem with the shower on 6/F as water pressure was very low or just cut out altogether. Initially we asked the front desk staff to sort it out but not much happened. Then asked the duty manager and he was very helpful and moved us to a suite on the 4/F. So if you have a problem, make sure you ask for some one in authority and the service will be excellent. Language: Mandarin only Will defintely consider again if we return to Jinan.
