Servis di hotel ini memang terbaik! Dari daftar masuk hingga daftar keluar, setiap perincian dijaga dengan teliti. Senyuman dan keramahan kakitangan membuatkan saya rasa seperti di rumah. Apabila saya datang ke sini lagi, saya pasti akan memilih Orange Crystal Hotel (Qinghuiyuan Branch). Saya tidur lena di dalam bilik di Orange Crystal Hotel (Qinghuiyuan Branch). Peralatan tempat tidur selesa dan lembut, biliknya hangat dan elegan, membuatkan saya rasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Bilik dilengkapi dengan minuman, kopi, dan teh setiap hari. Perkhidmatan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat baik. Saya tersalah tarikh tempahan, tetapi kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu dengan sabar membantu saya menyelaras, membolehkan kami mendaftar masuk dengan tenang.

The people there very helpful, the breakfast was great and the hotel room is clean, the hot water works perfect. There are restaurants beside the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a high-end experience without the steep price tag, this is the perfect spot. It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate. The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

對比了好幾家酒店才選擇這家，真是非常失望❌❌ 環境：酒店的環境都還可以 衞生：衞生沒有做到位，馬桶區域的地上還有上一任客户留下的一團頭髮 設施：智能設備不成熟，喊了好幾次都沒能按指令完成；跟在點評區裏説的一樣，按了睡眠模式全屋燈光熄滅的情況下，晚上起來路過廊道區廁所的燈會突然亮起還需要手動去關閉；酒店介紹界面寫着有冰箱，實際沒有 服務：經常出差入住過酒店也很多，這家也算是處理突**況較為差勁的，開了有小半年的連鎖酒店，基本的服務意識都沒有，因為出差，需要有一個舒適的休息環境，訂房前就特地備註：需要安靜的房間，入住午休時，就聽到隔壁的聊天聲以及很大電視聲，當時沒太在意，直到晚上10點準備睡覺的時候，就聽到房間很大的震動咚咚咚的聲，原以為又是隔壁看電視的聲音，結果發現窗户後面有一家KTV，很強的節奏聲，第一時間聯繫前台，對方説先去跟KTV交涉一下，看能不能減小音量，還安排人員上來確認是否真實有這個聲音存在才給換房間，跟前台電話時我本人女性溝通的，結果沒有第一時間安排女性的客房人員上來，而是安排一名男性的保安來解決問題，這麼大的酒店，連客房人員都沒有？保安能做客房的工作？保安表示覺得不滿意房間是可以更換的，如果要換要求我們立刻收東西去新的房間（雖然語氣是友好的，但讓人非常不舒服）大概率是前台人員要求他必須等我們完成換房後拿回舊房卡才能走，整個操作非常讓人無語，最終再三要求下，讓他先下樓給點時間我們收拾行李，換房完成再來取原房卡。換了同户型對面的房間，新的房間除了窗外酒店燈帶壞了一晚上閃個不停以外，是非常安靜的。下面的道路也衹是酒店的內部停車通道，所以我不明白，為什麼有安靜的房間沒有第一時間給安排，而是安排了後面晚上會有KTV的房間，着實想不明白，直至早上8點退房時也沒有酒店人員就這件事道歉，而是下午兩點多鐘後才電話説以後再住可以升級，等人走了才想起解決，真的差勁

A big thank you to the front desk staff !!! They are the heart of this hotel. They were professional, friendly, and solved a small issue we had immediately. It’s clear they care about their guests' comfort. The rooms were clean and the amenities were great, but the fantastic customer service is the reason we will be coming back.

This hotel gives you a real 5 star experience without any issues and sometimes even goes beyond. The rooms are very spacious with high ceiling, extremely clean with decent design, flawless furniture and the bed is just perfect. Breakfast is better than 5 stars with a never ending choice of all breakfast items you can think of and an unmatched service level. Additionally the hotel offers several in house restaurants, 2 chinese, german, thai and also 8 different, a bit cheaper food stalls right outside with outside seating. This big choice also exceeds other 5 star hotels and the quality is always very good. An additional big plus. Also they earn extra points for environmental friendliness: big towels are replaced by choice. Just a hint: Please use water saving shower heads or a water flow reducer in the future. A minor shortcoming was the shower sealing being dirty, just wiping does not help here. But as the hotel has collected so many plus points it would be simply unfair not to give the highest rating. I can definitely recommend this hotel and even for the high price, it is worth the money. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Masih agak bagus, hotel ini memberikan hadiah kecil semasa ketibaan. Lokasinya sangat strategik, betul-betul di sebelah Zumiao dan Lingnan Tiandi, dan sangat mudah untuk menaiki metro. Cuma pada Hari Pekerja terlalu ramai orang, jadi agak sukar untuk menaiki Didi.

大堂區有免費的自助檸檬茶喝，比較用心。房間空間大，性價比非常不錯，升級了豪華大床，有書桌台和貴妃椅，實用性很強。洗手間還有浴缸。酒店旁邊有個鵝簋，一直在排隊，可以嘗試下，據説是個網紅店。整體體驗挺不錯。

Foshan Travels: when it comes to Foshan or Guangzhou, most people only know Chimelong paradise. However, there is an oasis known as Changlu Holiday Resort 长鹿度假村. Its lesser known and more catered to locals. Advised to come on weekends, once you check in, literally no need to go out liaoz!! We came during the weekdays and low season, hence it was easier to get an upgrade and no queues for rides. On weekends, however, they have a night parade and activity. Lots of shows, street shopping, food and performances. Back to the resort. I booked via trip.com. Rooms starts from only $99 per room! Not per person. PER ROOM And includes ALOT! 1. Choice of room. We had initially booked the cave room at $200 per night with tickets for 2 kids. However, due to a natural inclement, we managed to get the underwater room upgrade! Both were great. The underwater room usually cost around $700! And a bigger one at approx $1000!! Breakfast is included too. I would say not as good as the earlier hotels. But ok la… 2. Tickets to the zoo. You get multiple tickets if you book more than 1 night. Actually 1 day ticket is sufficient as the zoo isn’t very big and could be covered in 1 day. Zoo shows are not included. Regret watching but not expensive. 3. Discount tickets to the circus. Top up about $8 per person. Discount tickets to snow world. As we had experienced similar at the previous hotel, we skipped this. Snow world is another $6 per person. 4. Thrilling amusement rides. Not included but they are not expensive too. Pay by coin credits and they offered buy 1 get 1 value. Works out each ride to be less than $2-$3 a ride only. 5. Affordable and good food offerings. Usually theme parks tend to be expensive. But it’s affordable here. We went to town and realized even cheaper. 6. Unlimited hot spring pools to soak. 7. Beautiful swimming pool (the blue oasis in the pictures is the pool) 8. Steam and sauna access. And many more!! They have a total of 11 interactive zones here. When people feedback 2day1 night is not enough I kind of thought I might have time to go to town.. well… 3 days 2 night in the resort and we still find it insufficient too. 😅😅😅 With the beautiful underwater room, we spent time going in and out of the room for rest and pool soak multiple times too.. If you ask me which room type is the best, get the cave rooms as they are in the heart of the resort. Easiest to get around.
