PPengguna TetamuReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

EExplore-15The hotel is very conveniently located, super close to the subway station and easy to reach from the train station. There are lots of facilities available at the hotel at different prices: kids playground and sauna’s, swimming pool, spa, massages etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families that want to have a relaxing trip.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店坐落在滹沱河畔出大門就是河邊風景區，去古城很近過橋就到了。酒店裡麪其實就是個大公園，裏面園林和小景做的很棒。幾棟樓不在一起很有賓館氛圍，各個樓有自己的前台和早餐廳咖啡廳很方便。酒店房間有小陽台，設施都是現代化的，床品和潔具很舒服。酒店開業不久，屬於來正定玩值得收藏的休閑度假酒店。我們晚餐選擇了自助餐，吃的很舒服。去的有點晚了，很多菜品都見底兒了，領班還給特別給開了瓶新紅酒加了一些菜。

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at this Holiday Inn store when I visited Shijiazhuang for the first time, I liked it so much I always stay here. Then I reserve this hotel often for my daughter’s frequent visits to Shijiazhuang, and after her stay this time, she strongly urged me to write a review since she was so impressed by the manager 賈曉玲 who helped her to find an up-graded room while the front desk could not get her into a room after the regular check-in time(probably due to the May One holiday crowd). I sincerely appreciate 賈曉玲 for her helpfulness and kind gesture. I’d say, as a busy traveler myself, I see what she did truly represent the best of of the hospitality business, and for what she had done for my daughter( as well as me), she gained a faithful customer for life. Thank you, 賈䁱玲.

OOMGitsJassyRoom was on 6th floor, nobody helped us find it, towels and bedsheets were old and with holes 🥲 walls were visibly repaired some parts got teared apart wallpapers, some lights on the ceiling didn’t work so room was quite dark, bathroom sink was outside near the door, shower water became cold after 10 minutes of use and water was dripping from heater right on your head and all over the floor, there was no smell in the room, view was carpark between two taller buildings, mattress and pillows were surprisingly soft, we stayed two days nobody came to take out the trash or renew the toilet paper/water 😂 seems there is no cleaning at all. Only cozy corner was the armchairs in front of of the window, if you wanted slippers you should pay for it extra 20¥😂we were mostly outside so for one time bearable stay but i can’t recommend maybe only for affordable price and excellent location … oh yeah bed was too short and our feet stayed outside😆

PPengguna TetamuI received a reminder about my one-night stay here three days before arriving, so I assumed that everything was OK with my reservation. When I showed up, the receptionist said that she couldn't give me a room and wrote in Chinese which I translated that she could help me to get a refund. I replied, 'No, I have a reservation so you must give me a room. If you don't have any available here, let's go to the hotel next door and you can ask them to do you a favor and give you one for me.' We did, but it seems that there were none available. So, after going back to Junting Business Hotel, she gave me a room. I still don't understand what the problem was and request the hotel to respond here. The receptionist's incompetence was a big shock because it's the first time that I experienced it in China. The big advantage of this hotel is that it's about a seven-minute walk from the airport, T2. Another advantage is that they sell a variety of snacks and drinks. Upon checking out, I had to just leave the room key on the counter because no one was there.
