Ia betul-betul di atas stesen MRT, sangat mudah. Kami mempunyai 3 orang dewasa dan dua kanak-kanak (2 dan 3) dan kami menginap di bilik keluarga di tingkat 15 yang agak luas dan mempunyai pemandangan yang indah.

After coming back from Taiwan, I suddenly realized I hadn’t posted any photos or written a review about the adorable wooden cabin our family stayed in at Jiufen. Everyone in my family loved this place so much that I had to jot everything down now that I finally have some free time. Most people I know usually stay in Taipei longer and just make a day trip to Jiufen without spending the night. As for me—I’ve lived in Hong Kong for quite a while, so compared to Hong Kong, Taipei didn’t leave much of an impression on me in terms of sights or food. The only thing that truly made me want to visit Taiwan was Jiufen — a sparkling little gem between the mountains and the sea 🏮🌿🌊 Jiufen feels like a dreamy fairytale village with its winding narrow alleys, steep stone stairways, and the warm glow of red lanterns everywhere. Walking around felt like stepping into another world, almost like a scene from a manga — especially for anyone who’s watched Spirited Away. ⸻ ⭐🛖 Review of the wooden cabin called Twilight Forest in Jiufen Just a 5-minute walk from the Old town, this wooden cabin brings together the warm glow of wood and the peaceful feeling of retreating into nature. It has a unique A-frame design, and at night, when the lights turn on, the whole place becomes incredibly cozy — the golden light shining through the windows and the plants around it create a “hideaway from the world” kind of vibe. Inside, the space is open, airy, and tastefully decorated in a rustic style. There’s a small terrace with a swing chair hanging straight from the ceiling — sitting there at night, listening to insects and the wind rustling through the leaves, feels genuinely healing 🙃. 🛁🌿 Highlight: The glass-walled bathroom in the garden This is the standout feature of the cabin. The bathtub is large and comfortable, placed right next to a 180° glass wall looking directly into a lush green garden. Natural daylight pours in, making your daytime bath feel like an outdoor spa surrounded by plants. (There’s also a roller blind if you need privacy) Jiufen is a tiny village perched on a mountain, and it doesn’t have many hotels that offer spacious, comfortable accommodations. That’s why I was so happy to find this wooden cabin. Our family had the most wonderful two-night stay here. If I ever return to Taipei, I would definitely book this place again ❤️

Loved the water filter/boiling machine, super convenient for a cup of tea/coffee with safe water! Great that there's a dehumidifier!! No need to worry about the humidity. The AC has warm mode too. The café uphills offers chill place to sit.

The hotel location is next to the train station which makes it so convenient.. there is a lift right in front … I stayed there a year ago .. the lift was under construction but now the new lift is ready which makes it so convenient for stroller … the room is still good but the bathroom cleanliness need to improve .. the breakfast is better than a year ago and the staff is friendly as always … their washing machine n dryer made it so easy for us too … thank you.

I was showering and someone (I presume male staff) opened my door. There was absolutely no need for this, and no way for me to stop it. He also saw me enter the room moments earlier so there was no doubt I was inside. No knock, just straight open the door. As a solo female, there is no way to lock the door internally or stop staff from accessing your room. I still don't understand why they were doing so as they don't offer housekeeping and it was 3pm. I've stayed in over 30 places in Taiwan and this is the first time I've felt genuinely unsafe. Be very careful booking this accommodation. My room was also very damp and needed a dehumidifier 24/7. They also didn't respond to my Line messages, and I was locked out of the hotel because they didn't send me an updated door code.

Nice hotel with quiet environment, big public onsen and also with onsen facilities inside the hotel room. Every hotel room with very spacious living and kitchen area. Quite relax to stay here. Walking distance to LRT if need to travel out.

Fuss free easy check in through the car park drive thru guard post. Accommodating with our side by side room request and extended one hour early check-in grace for our family with young children. Thank you Hub Hotel Xintai as this made it easy for me to quickly wind down my over tired children from the long car ride. The convenience of not having to take down our heavy luggage from the car saved us time, energy and provided so much convenience. Room was very clean, spacious and newly renovated. Bathtub was a nice have for my young children and we actually liked that the shower pressure was kept moderate to prevent water ponding and allow for a comfortable shower. TV was big and my children could watch some movies and YouTube channels which kept them occupied whilst I re-pack our luggage for departure just outside our room and right by our car. Highly recommend their room with garage if you are driving! It’s such a rare find in New Taipei City area with affordable accommodation pricing. Clean, convenient, spacious, comes with your own door step carpark and free flow snacks and ice cream! Sit in the car and check-in with sleepyhead children was so convenient and fuss free.

Highly recommended! The location is super strategic. It’s just a short walk from Sanchong MRT Station, which is directly connected to the Taoyuan Airport MRT—making airport transfers completely hassle-free. Plus, it’s located right in front of the New Taipei Metropolitan Park, which is great for a relaxing stroll. The room design is really nice, modern, and comfy. I got a room with a balcony, and the New Taipei City view was absolutely stunning, especially at night! The only downside is that the amenities are quite limited. Make sure to bring some of your own toiletries. Other than that, everything was perfect!

My mom arrived a day earlier than me, so I booked a room for her to rest. I thought it was by an MRT, but the walk was pretty far. She took a taxi, but many didn't know where it was. Someone had to help her. The lobby was nice, but the room needs work. The bedroom was ok, carpet was a bit old. The bathroom, well, it has stained all over. No shower curtain. The tub was high, and my mom is over 70. The bathroom has a floor partition, kind of like in Chinese movie where you have to step over it. Not senior citizen friendly (I even tripped 😅 even though I saw it). It is a budget hotel, at least my mom said the bed was clean. But yeah, the bathroom was questionable. There's 7/11 nearby and a bunch of food. So overall, you get what you paid for.
