PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel is so new! Its lobby, corridor, room, facilities and environment feel modern and new. The counter staffs seem to be around 24hr. So not to worry if you are checking in/out at wee hours. You can even deposit luggage with them after you check out. Their counter staff are very professional and good. There was once their staff helped to bring luggages to our room while we are settling bills at the counter. Hotel location is good, there is a supermarket across the road, convenience store (with coffee shop combined), below the hotel. There are few eateries as well. Need to didi to tourist attractions - Taikooli, IFS etc. Better to set pickup or dropoff location at the hotel parking lot entrance, as the door entrance (lobby) there is abit inconvenient due to the right turning road with bicycle lane which is abit dangerous. There are robots in the hotel that serves delivery. I've stayed in two different rooms due to personal arrangement. And both rooms are great.

AAina1008What a wonderful place! Tucked away in the back makes it quiet and serene, while still being at the center of the traditional Wenshu Monastary area. Perfect for all sorts of travelers, i was a solo female and stayed in the dorms with other friendly guests. Lovely inner courtyard with a cafe for relaxing and drinking tea. The staff are all so friendly and ready to give you all the tips on what to do in Chengdu. They speak perfect English as well! There are a lot of regular visitors, since people keep wanting to come back. The rooms are cleaned everyday and beds are made, with fresh towels provided. Everyday felt like I had just checked in, brand new. Breakfast has a range of western (toast, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal) or chinese (rice, wontons, fried pancakes..) and fresh fruit that changes from day to day. All ranges of coffee and tea as well. It filled me up well to start my day walking around the city! Definitely recommend to anyone, and I will be staying here next time I visit! Thank you :)

Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

RRickyWeiI have to appreciate for Jasmine’s help throughout my 2 nights stay at this Hyatt. She helped me alot with her great attitude to make my anniversary with my girlfriend more memorable. A big thank for her. (Hope to join her hosted event next time 😉 This hotel is pretty new, still having some potential shortages that are waiting to be enhanced: 1. the variety of the breakfast is limited, especially for the hot dishes. Original taste for beef tender noodles is too blend. Beef potstickers are popular, can make more in every turn. 2. One more box of tissue paper can be placed by the sink. 3. Greeters should also help for carrying luggages even for the customer that are leaving Overall, still a big thumbs up for this brand new Hyatt.

The overall design is elegant, the space is spacious and bright, and the living conditions are comfortable and stylish. It’s perfect for business trips or travels, and I highly recommend it!

WWasieThe hotel is a bit far from the station. The checkin was smooth. The room had toiletries and water, which was replenished daily, during cleaning. It had a fridge and a washing machine with a rail to hang the washing from. The staff were extremely helpful (the best we had on our entire trip) we booked with breakfast and the food was okay, but again the staff were amazing. The reception area had a few fridges that sells sodas, juices etc. There were shops and restaurants a 100 to 200 meters in front of the hotel. Just note the hotel is in a courtyard, and you've to walk to the entrance to get your taxi. Overall highly recommended. Great value for money.
