After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

MX Mansion has given me the best overall service experience. You can really feel that the hotel places strong emphasis on service quality. Location: Strategically located in the heart of Ningbo, the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Cheng Huang Night Market, the pedestrian street, shopping malls, and many popular restaurants. Super convenient for exploring the city. Staff: Check-in was pleasant and smooth, with friendly and warm staff at reception. They were very helpful in giving us navigation tips around the area. The team even went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. A big thank you to Ms. Lu (吕小姐) for her thoughtful service! Amenities: The self-laundry area and gym are tucked away in a corner, so they’re convenient to use without disturbing guests. Room: Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It feels like the hotel has been newly renovated. The environment is comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is good and offers enough variety if you prefer to dine in the hotel. Note: During winter, the hotel uses a centralised air-conditioning system, which means the rooms are set to heating mode. There are rooms with and without windows, so do consider your preference. The hotel is really good value for money. We had a king bed and they served us snacks every day comprising fruits and nuts including a tea set to brew tea. The service is prompt and attentive. The room is clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is excellent close to Tian Yi the main shopping area. It is also located not too far from the train station, accessible by metro or taxis. We really enjoyed our stay in Ningbo and at the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Ningbo, and I especially want to thank Igor for making my visit so memorable. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. After my first stay at Atour in Suzhou with my family, I am returning to Atour in another location. The breakfast is good and with supper. The laundry facility is well equipped. Staffs are friendly and room facilities are good.

This is the last point of my business trip. The hotel is good and quite chill with Industrial style decoration. My room was without the freezer, but the receptionist said if I requested during check in, she can arrange to upgrade for the customers. Breakfast is good and have a wide variety to taste. The location is close to both Ningbo Airport and the high speed train station.

We had a very pleasant 4-day, 3-night stay at the Novotel Ningbo East. The overall experience was positive. The lobby is beautiful, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also provided us with one day of complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. The hotel's location is a major advantage, making it easy to get around the city.

However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory. 衞生間：可能是開的時間久了，維護稍差一些，我們住的那個房間也不知道到底算智能馬桶還是不是，反正手動沖水感覺馬桶要堵，要等一會兒智能馬桶不工作的狀態再受手動沖一次，才能算沖完馬桶（為了方便酒店改進，寫得過於詳細了） 房間：冰箱真的可有可無，因為實在太吵了。 其他設施都ok，可以接受。 酒店的晚餐菜味道還行，就是那個米飯啊，真的是不知道怎麼回事，特別不好吃。早飯蠻豐盛的，比較健康，建議多一點可以配白粥的小菜。 酒店的咖啡還蠻不錯的，熱拿鐵點贊👍，套餐送的下午茶沒來得及吃，還給打包了，特別好。酒店晚上還有小朋友的活動，也蠻好的。地理位置挺好的，這次來的時間也蠻好的，一點沒感覺到熱，酒店自帶小溪流，整體設計看得出當年是很有心思的，有一種偏安一隅的幽靜。
