After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. Super convenient for exploring the city. Staff: Check-in was pleasant and smooth, with friendly and warm staff at reception. They were very helpful in giving us navigation tips around the area. The team even went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. A big thank you to Ms. Lu (吕小姐) for her thoughtful service! Amenities: The self-laundry area and gym are tucked away in a corner, so they’re convenient to use without disturbing guests. Room: Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It feels like the hotel has been newly renovated. The environment is comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is good and offers enough variety if you prefer to dine in the hotel. Note: During winter, the hotel uses a centralised air-conditioning system, which means the rooms are set to heating mode. There are rooms with and without windows, so do consider your preference. The hotel is really good value for money. We had a king bed and they served us snacks every day comprising fruits and nuts including a tea set to brew tea. The service is prompt and attentive. The room is clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is excellent close to Tian Yi the main shopping area. It is also located not too far from the train station, accessible by metro or taxis. We really enjoyed our stay in Ningbo and at the hotel.

The hotel is nice however in the beggining the chinese reception were not very receptive, however I was approached by Igor the manager he made everything easy went out of his way with the intuitive service, was a bliss will definitely stay again because of him.

We did some lovely walks in the nearby area, but honestly we were just as happy sitting out on our patio, soaking in the trees and the peace. 酒店位置蠻方便的，附近有公交站和地鐵站，到天一廣場步行12分鐘左右就到了，出行方便，旁邊也有些餐飲店吃飯的話也很方便，附近有個大型商場k11很近，酒店前台客服服務態度還可以有應必答，房間的話衞生還可以，硬件設施比較舊但完全夠用，房間空間比較侷促，酒店有電梯很方便，酒店本身比較舊不過打理的挺好的，價格實惠，整體體驗還行。
