EEducondadoI really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I had issues in another city so I had to go back to Lanzhou and I made my reservation in the last minute for just one night and the staff were very, very helpful! This was the best hotel we've stayed so far in this trip to China, everything was very clean and new, spotless! The breakfast was very good as well and It is very close to the airport.
I want to point one specific staff member that was very helpful, and her name is Cassy, she understood how tired we were after all unexpected events during the course of this day, It was late in the night when we arrived and she always had solutions to help us, she even gave me some tips to what to do in Lanzhou and made updates and answered any doubt I had, she also secured a late check out so we could have more time do rest.,
Even when she seemed very busy she was able to make time to help us. .
I feel so much gratitude for her and the staff.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a very nice hotel right on a pedestrian street lined with food stalls and restaurants. At night mobile food carts get rolled in and positioned along the center of the street adding yet more food choices! In addition to this, just a short walk away is a huge pedestrian shopping street along with an underground shopping complex accessed through street level escallators.
Although the hotel is on a pedestrian street it is really just about 3/4 block from a street with vehicle access. This hotel is a bit difficult to find though, because individual street address numbers are difficult to find. The best thing is to look for a huge Hanting Hotel logo on the right side of the pedestrian street as you head up from the traffic street along the river. The sign is blue with a white horse! The entrance to the hotel itself looks more as if you are entering a coffee shop because of the street entrance signage. But power past all the tables for people having coffee, and you can find the hotel front desk at the back.
As mentioned before, the hotel is quite close to the Yellow River and just a short walk to the ”Iron Bridge” (AKA Zhongshan Bridge) and all that neighborhood offers!
One drawback to the hotel is that to get into the entrance there are some narrow steps. Level entrances are always best!
Yet, I would definitely stay in this hotel again! (And when you are in Lanzhou, be sure to try Lanzhou Beef Noodles!)

BBili-BuluWe are a family of two adults and two young children travelling with my in laws staying at a room with loft and a twins deluxe for 6 consecutive nights (had to extend the stay for 2 nights due to unforeseen circumstances). In our opinion, this hotel definitely fits into the 5 star rating category though not sure why the rating is marked as only 3 stars on trip.com. All staff that we interacted with at concierge, reception, restaurant, housekeeping and lounge were eager to help, professional and friendly. Housekeeping recognised my in laws has mobility issue and protectively provided additional accessibility facilities for their room. The rooms are modernly designed, spacious and clean. The gym is well equipped and the swimming pool has been excellently maintained, with water temperature that's just perfect. There's also a fairly hidden kids playing area (not very big) which the kids enjoyed spending ages at. Breakfast choices are diverse with local, broader Chinese and typical Western options available. Signature LanZhou noodles soup is a must every morning. For travellers not intending to dine out at night, we highly recommend paying a little bit extra for a room with club access as the light dinner it provides with the room is well worth the money. Overall, we had a very positive experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. With that said, here are a few areas that we are not used to, which are common issues across hotels in China: 1. There is cigarette smell at various parts of the hotel. While this is not a constant issue, I personally have expected there's absolutely no such unpleasant smell at all throughout our entire stay (for a hotel that we deem to be 5 stars). In our mind, perhaps there can be better room allocation based on smoking and non smoking floors, and stricter enforcement of no smoking policy near common areas where there can be smoke drift. The reception area in particular is a hot spot for cigarette smell. 2. For visitors like us travelling from overseas, the rooms' air-conditioning setting are just too warm for us. As the heat setting was centrally controlled, we couldn't change it to a setting that kept the room to a temperature of low 20s. We ended up just completely switching them off and the hotel provided us with a separate cool air generating machine which helped to a degree. 3. For our initial booking of 4 nights, we were somewhat disappointed our loft room does not have the river view (noting that the room booking type for loft rooms made no distinction to river or city view, so we had assumed all rooms have river view). With all that said, we believe the first two issues are probably not unique to this hotel specifically in China, and the last issue can probably be resolved by making our expectation clear during booking, which makes this hotel still one of the best in the area.

Reka bentuk kolam, suhu air dan kemudahan adalah sangat baik (dan sentiasa perkara pertama yang saya pertimbangkan semasa memilih hotel). Pilihan sarapan dan rasa memenuhi sepenuhnya standard Hilton. Pemindahan lif agak menyusahkan, mungkin disebabkan susun atur (tidak penting). Bahan dan kualiti selipar bilik tidak memenuhi piawaian Hilton; mereka berasa terlalu murah dan perlu diperbaiki.
Mengenai perkhidmatan, saya tidak pasti cara menilainya (pengalaman dan perasaan peribadi semata-mata):
1. Disebabkan oleh keadaan yang tidak dijangka, saya tidak dapat kembali ke hotel untuk daftar keluar jam 12:00 tengah hari. Meja penyambut tetamu menawarkan untuk melanjutkan daftar keluar saya hingga 2:00 petang. Saya akan memberikan ulasan lima bintang; tiada masalah di sana.
2. Sebagai pengembara perniagaan yang kerap, saya telah menginap di pelbagai hotel, daripada mewah hingga mesra bajet. Walaupun saya menempah melalui Ctrip, wakil perkhidmatan pelanggan setiap hotel secara proaktif menambahkan saya di WeChat selepas melihat tempahan saya untuk bertanya tentang keperluan saya dan berkomunikasi terlebih dahulu.
Saya secara proaktif menghubungi hotel ini melalui Ctrip selepas membuat tempahan, berharap untuk meminta sarapan percuma. Mereka tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan saya (boleh difahami, memandangkan kos dan faktor pengurusan mereka; saya tidak boleh menyusahkan mereka, dan saya tidak mengharapkan banyak). Permintaan ini adalah semata-mata tidak sengaja; kebanyakan hotel telah menambahkan saya secara proaktif di WeChat dan memenuhi permintaan saya sebelum ini, jadi saya akan memberikan ulasan lima bintang. 😀

PPengguna TetamuI would recommend staying here during your visit to Lanzhou as the location is strategic, the Zhengning Night Market is only a 5 minute walk way, the Shopping district is about 1km or a 15 minute walk away, the Zhongshan bridge is only a 5-10 minute Didi ride away. The service was great, the staff at the reception was responsive and helpful, does not disappoint me at all. The rooms were comfortable and my family had a pleasant stay.
One highlight about this hotel is that it serves 3 meals daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can enjoy delicious food throughout the day and all buffet-style. It's my first time residing in a hotel that is this generous with food. This means you don't have to even travel our of the hotel to eat, though I should point out that for lunch and dinner service operates for only 1.5 hours and dinner lasted until 7pm. Lanzhou is a food haven in Northwest China, rest assured you won't get the chance to confine all your meals within a hotel.

來蘭州出差/旅行，住過不少酒店，這次在喜田塢酒店（奧體萬達茂店）的體驗，真的讓我願意主動收拾好房間再退房——因為它值得這份用心對待
🧼 乾淨到細節的居住體驗
一推開門就被驚艷到：房間裏沒有一絲異味，地面光可鑒人，連床底、牆角這些容易被忽略的角落都乾乾淨淨。床品平整柔軟，沒有半點褶皺或污漬，枕頭蓬鬆得剛好，躺下去就能卸下一身疲憊。
衞浴和公共區域也透着用心：洗手枱無水漬，毛巾、浴巾都帶着陽光般的乾爽感；牆面和傢俱沒有半點灰塵，連投影幕布都擦得透亮，打開就能享受清晰的觀影體驗。這種“一塵不染”的細節，讓我瞬間放下了對酒店衞生的所有顧慮。
🛋️ 舒適又實用的空間設計
房間佈局很通透，大窗户讓自然光鋪滿整個屋子，視野開闊又明亮。床底的氛圍燈温柔又有格調，晚上起夜也不會刺眼；沙發、書桌一應俱全，不管是臨時辦公還是窩着追劇都很舒服。
空調製冷/制熱速度快，投影設備操作簡單，還有貼心的衣架、牀頭櫃設計，處處都能感受到店家的用心。住在這裏，既有酒店的便捷，又有像家一樣的放鬆感。
📍 便捷的地理位置
酒店就在蘭州奧體中心和萬達茂附近，不管是去看賽事、逛商場，還是出行打車都特別方便。周邊餐飲選擇多，晚上餓了下樓就能找到好吃的，完全不用為吃喝發愁。
退房前我特意把床鋪整理好，垃圾都打包帶走，桌面也歸置整齊——不是為了給誰看，衹是因為這家酒店把乾淨和温暖給了我，我也想把這份整潔還給它。
如果你來蘭州，想找一家乾淨、舒服、性價比高的酒店，喜田塢酒店（奧體萬達茂店）絕對是不會出錯的選擇。真心推薦給每一位注重居住品質的朋友！👍

MM874915****The hotel is close to a high speed train station and underground station. Very convenient for traveling. The hotel also provides transfer to and from the High Speed Train Station. It is not too short to walk to with luggage but too short for a taxi ride. Hence, the transfer takes away this embarrassing problem.
Generally I like the hotel. Breakfast is very good indeed.
The ladies at the Reception were helpful but could be more friendly with a smile. They seem too official.

설설미정위치를 알면 최고의 숙소인데 , 외국인에겐 다소 어렵다. 중국어를 조금 할 수 있는 나도 1시간가량 헤맸다. 특히 여기쪽 말을 하나도 못알아들어서. 그래도 우여곡절 찾아갔다. 일찍 체크인을 해줘서 감사했다. 그러나 첫인상은 그다지 긍정적이지 않았다. 거실에서 너무 자연스럽게 담배를 피는 손님을 만났다. 그 다음은 숙소가 너무 어두워서 심지어 불을 켜도 그랬다. 낮에도 밤같은. 그렇지만 침대는 아득하고 모든 설비가 있어 편했다. 심지어 작은 접이식 책상까지 ~ 사장님 센스에 감탄했다.
근데 화장실 세면대에는 계속 담뱃재가 있었고 담배냄새로 가득했다. 남녀공용이었는데, 이부분이 힘들었다. 비흡연자에게 담배냄새는 고통이다. 결국 목 안까지 부었다. 담배를 피는 사람들에게 그리고 중국어에 아주 익숙한 사람들에겐 괜찮은 장소이다. 비흡연자 그리고 화장실이 공용인 관계로 여성에게 추천하지 않는다.
