突然想起你，打個招呼～ 環境：好吧。正 服務：真的挖到寶了！本來隨便訂一家，結果體驗遠超預期。到店前台主動幫忙提行李，還耐心講了周邊地鐵和美食。房間一塵不染沒異味，衞生間乾濕分離、熱水秒出，床墊軟硬剛好，隔音也好，一覺睡到天亮。打電話要枕頭不到5分鐘送到。早餐中西都有，現煮麪挺地道。這個價位能住成這樣太值了，下次來這座城市還認準這家。

這次通過攜程預訂入住，整趟旅途最加分、最讓人感動的，就是酒店前台小王的服務！全程衹誇服務，真心值得所有人看到，必須認認真真寫一篇千字長評專門表揚小王。剛抵達酒店的時候一路奔波，身心都很疲憊，本來衹是想簡單辦理入住休息，沒想到被前台小王的服務徹底治癒。進門第一時間小王就主動微笑問好，態度温柔真誠，待人非常親和，完全沒有敷衍、沒有套路式的客套，讓人一瞬間卸下所有疲憊。辦理入住過程超級專業高效，核對攜程訂單、登記訊息、制卡講解一氣呵成，速度很快，完全不用久等，極大提升了入住體驗。最難得的是小王特別細心、特別有耐心。辦完入住沒有草草結束服務，而是逐項細緻講解酒店所有注意事項，包括早餐時段、電梯使用、網絡連接、行李寄存、自助設備使用方法，所有細節都講得清清楚楚。得知我對周邊不熟悉，小王還貼心、耐心地介紹附近出行路線、吃飯逛街的地方，給出非常實用的出行建議，服務細緻入微，讓人感覺特別安心靠譜。入住整段時間，我多次前往前台諮詢各種瑣碎小事，不管是人多忙碌的高峯期，還是空閑時段，小王始終保持温柔耐心、態度始終如一。諮詢問題認真傾聽、逐條細緻解答，不急躁、不敷衍、不推諉。遇到我臨時提出的各種需求，小王都會盡力幫忙協調，換位思考、貼心周到，服務特別有温度。中途我有臨時調整行程、諮詢延時退房、諮詢開票流程、寄存多件行李、詢問出行規劃等多項瑣碎需求，小王每一次都耐心對接、高效處理，響應及時、態度温柔，處理事情有條不紊、專業度拉滿。哪怕前台客流量大、工作繁雜，小王依舊保持良好狀態，服務細緻到位、禮貌得體、分寸感絕佳，熱情但不過度，貼心又不打擾，服務質感遠超同價位酒店。最讓我感動的是小王認真負責、真誠待人的服務態度。很多酒店前台衹是機械完成工作，而小王是真正把服務放在心上，對待每一位客人都用心、細心、有耐心，把簡單的前台工作做到極致。遇到問題積極解決、主動跟進，遇事不慌不亂，溝通温柔順暢，讓人在陌生的城市感受到滿滿的善意和温暖。從入住接待、全程諮詢、需求協調到最後退房離店，小王全程服務在線，態度始終如一。退房辦理快速高效，還主動問候入住體驗、温馨叮囑出行安全，收尾服務同樣滿分。一家酒店最好的招牌從來不是硬件，而是像小王這樣真誠、耐心、負責、温暖的服務人員。小王專業、温柔、細心、敬業，服務無可挑剔，真的讓這趟旅途變得特別治癒。真心實名錶揚前台小王，當之無愧的滿分服務！下次再來本地，一定還選擇這家酒店，也強烈推薦所有人入住

This is a very nice hotel right on a pedestrian street lined with food stalls and restaurants. At night mobile food carts get rolled in and positioned along the center of the street adding yet more food choices! In addition to this, just a short walk away is a huge pedestrian shopping street along with an underground shopping complex accessed through street level escallators. Although the hotel is on a pedestrian street it is really just about 3/4 block from a street with vehicle access. This hotel is a bit difficult to find though, because individual street address numbers are difficult to find. The best thing is to look for a huge Hanting Hotel logo on the right side of the pedestrian street as you head up from the traffic street along the river. The sign is blue with a white horse! The entrance to the hotel itself looks more as if you are entering a coffee shop because of the street entrance signage. But power past all the tables for people having coffee, and you can find the hotel front desk at the back. As mentioned before, the hotel is quite close to the Yellow River and just a short walk to the ”Iron Bridge” (AKA Zhongshan Bridge) and all that neighborhood offers! One drawback to the hotel is that to get into the entrance there are some narrow steps. Level entrances are always best! Yet, I would definitely stay in this hotel again! (And when you are in Lanzhou, be sure to try Lanzhou Beef Noodles!)

I stayed in this hostel for a total of 5 nights, with two breaks when I went on tours outside of Lanzhou. I have put in reviews earlier, so this is my final for the hostel that had begun to feel like Home. The hostel itself is very comfortable a stay: clean, comfortable wide bed with sliding door for privacy, nice seating areas... It is run by a family who take turns staying over so that there is 24 hour reception. All are friendly and kind, especially the father. The parents don't speak English but you can easily use a translation app; other guests will probably interact with you. The location: it is situated about a 5 minute walk to the Yellow River Tower, and a further 10 minute walk to the Lanzhou Old Street area where there is an amazing array of food options. Just outside the hostel is a Halal (Muslim-run) restaurant called (Ruhua 如华）which the hostel owners say have been in operation for 20 or 30 years. The hand-pulled (手抓) mutton that I had there was fantastic, even though I am typically not a mutton eater --- the taste is a delicate and balanced mix of light spices (I could taste a hint of ginger, for example) and saltiness. And the 八宝茶 is also excellent. A 7 minute walk to the right after exiting the hostel (past the above -mentioned restaurant) to the main road where many buses ply, you will find another good mix of local food options, especially in the morning. The hostel is conveniently located near the Lanzhou West railway station. There is a bus 136 that runs just outside the hostel and gets you to the railway station in 20 minutes. Hope this helps someone deciding on where to stay in Lanzhou, since there doesn't seem such a good range of hostels. I stayed in a 4-person room. The room was minimalist and medium-small, with lockers – basic but comfortable. The common area is stylish and inviting, with plenty of seating, cozy corners, plants, kettles, and power outlets, though it’s on a high floor with a glass ceiling – warm when hot, cozy when cold, and the few fans aren’t always enough. The staff at the desk were friendly, laundry facilities available, though no snacks or cold drinks. The area is urban, among regular buildings, so not particularly attractive from the outside, but within walking distance to the museum and the metro station, with a large supermarket and several food options nearby. Overall, a decent place to stay in Lanzhou.

The location is nice, very close to every tourist spots and train station. They have transfer service from the hotel to the train station. The service is just like other 4-5 star hotels, nothing bad nor good. Amenities are quite new and clean. The best part of this hotel is still its location.

Sangat bersih dan penerimaan tetamu adalah luar biasa mesra. Terletak betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Stesen Kereta Api.

房間安靜，乾淨衞生，老闆大哥熱情似火，房間地理位置優越，不過在居民樓內，建議提前跟老闆溝通，獲得詳細地址，房間內設施齊全，床鋪乾淨整潔，枕頭非常柔軟，洗漱用品配備完善，價格適中。最重要這個酒店適合備考的朋友來，本人面試分數89分，可以接好運，在這邊住宿必然上岸

The place is a cheap solid utilitarian option in an excellent location. This is not a hostel for the meek. As far as I can tell: there are at least 16 sleep pods and one bathroom. (A 2-liter Platypus water bladder can, as always, help men not need to use the bathroom to pee as much (also great for not needing to leave the from room at all, for that.) There is a very accesible stairwell for any serious emergency- just bring a container and your TP. Bring your own toilet paper. No towel service. I am not sure my sheets were clean- I just slept in my clothes. The whole place needs a good scrub-down. WiFi is by QR-code only. Potable water appeared to be provided. Sleep pod had decent lighting and sockets. No carpets. Finding and accessing the building takes a little detective work but the person managing their account sent me decent enough pics to find my way. I got into and out of the building by following tenants- never needed to solo. The picture of the small room I got for $2 extra was not the one in the picture- it was actually in a pod; but the pod was in a good location. The place is a cheap solid utilitarian option in an excellent location.
