Hotel berhampiran Taman Fuxing, Shanghai

The hotel is spacious, very hard to find a room with 3 beds in Shanghai and this hotel is affordable. The location is also close to MRT. The staff Simon and 珍珍 (Zhen zhen） are also very friendly and fast response. We have a lot of luggage that we kept in the lobby before we checkout and the staff help us a lot. They also have 24 hours standby laundry service that is free of charge! Do take note you can only wash clothes but not socks or underwear

Stayed five days for a trip. Built 2 years ago. Great quality and beautiful interiors from the lobby to the room. Everything needed was equipped inside. Great location to reach city center and Waitan. Easy transportation. Recommended and will visit again with my family.

I’m glad I found this hotel. It has that old Shanghai charm and good location. I took a red-eye flight and arrived early at the hotel. The staff was helpful and tried to arrange an available room so that I can check-in and rest. They also keep me updated of any on-going work in the hotel and gave recommendations of places I can go. They do not have any washing machine/dryer for guests to use but they offer laundry service. Just wash and dry, no ironing. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel and their staffs are lovely. No complains except I dhope the bunny’s cage can be bigger.

this hostel is very good. it has a great location, right next to Huaihai middle road station. it is very clean, there’s a mini bar/cafe, comfortable commun area and the staff is very nice too. they also provide towels, slippers, tooth brush, etc. i would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel and I cancelled my return booking and will not be booking them again. It is unfortunate since the location is ideal and the rooms are clean and spacious, however the room was extremely hot, muggy, stuffy with no air circulation. I stayed from April 5-8, 2026 and they have their central cooling air conditioning “OFF” for the winter months. When asked why it was off when it’s over 80 degrees Fahrenheit outside, the staff could only tell me that yes, a lot of people have been complaining but that unfortunately they are not allowed to turn it on until leadership gives them the go ahead. The photo of the thermostat was taken at 3am when it was 50 degrees Fahrenheit outside but over 80 degrees in my room- unbearably hot to fall asleep. I literally watched it go up from 26 Celsius to 27 Celsius in the middle of the night when it was cold outside. Their solution was to offer me a fan (mind you, I already asked the day before and that was with the fan on already), or to change rooms at 3am (don’t know that it would make a difference since there is still no air conditioning in another room) and/or provide me breakfast- which I refused because I didn’t have the time to eat it in the morning. No other solution was given to address the temperature in the room. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told the supervisor doesn’t start work until 10am- and when I inquired again at 1pm the next day they told me unfortunately the supervisor decided not to come to work that day. So even though air conditioning is mentioned as an amenity that is available, it is not useable because they turn it off completely for the whole hotel (except for the lobby- it’s on in the lobby). I don’t know that leaving the air conditioning off really saves them that much because I was instead having to take 3-5 showers a night, wasting lots of water to try and stay cool to keep my sanity. Also, a negative point that the building on the street side is under heavy construction/ completely wrapped, so it was extremely dusty and a bit noisy, dodging construction heading out and coming in from the street. I originally had another stay here in 5 days, but decided to cancel and book another hotel with air conditioning. Out of their control probably, but still not pleasant arriving unexpectedly to a construction zone. Heads up- the Hanting hotel next door said their air conditioning is on and you can adjust the temp in the room yourself, unlike Campanile. I will be avoiding this hotel chain in the future for this reason. Location: 5 stars (next to line 13 on one side of the street, and line 1/10/12 on the end of the other block) Service: 2 stars (only gave a 2 because the staff tried to be polite and I could tell it was out of their power to make any changes to turn on their air conditioning) Air Conditioning: -5 stars ( there is no cooling option- though they said the air circulation mode is on- it wasn’t doing anything at all) Overall: Avoid because temperature in a hotel really dictates huge part of your comfort level.

Berdekatan dengan banyak makanan Cina Tempatan.Berdekatan kafe, starbuk,piza domino.Air minuman percuma tanpa had dan keperluan di bilik mandi. Pembantu rumah mengemas bilik setiap hari.

Fantastic location, bed was super comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, and very decent price. I appreciated having a desk in my room for work. Some of the furniture (desk and chair) were a bit worn, and fabric wall paper was due for a good wipedown, but otherwise a comfortable budget stay.

Loved our stay here. Family of 4 including a toddler. Location can’t be beat. Food, coffee, subway station, shopping, and a convenience store are within 1-5mins walking distance. Highly recommend the truffle scones from gluglu next door! No issue walking around with a stroller. There’s an elevator to access our rooms, but some rooms require a half floor down/up via stairs. Washing machine is included but not a dryer nor detergent, but we managed. There’s a fridge with small freezer, a microwave, and an induction cooker provided. Water bottles and towels refreshed daily and staff was very accommodating to a request of an extra towel. Loved the toiletteries, pleasant tea scent. Both firm and soft pillows are provided, beating even the 4-5 star hotels that usually only have soft pillows. Mattress is medium firm, with a slight give, but duvet is lovely - fluffy and warm. Temp during our stay hovered around 5-10C and the room had sufficient air conditioning/heating. staff was very nice especially the lady who had the evening shift when we arrived at 3am, and the lady who had the day shift for helping with our parcels. Some items to improve on: room was not spotless clean, it was dusty especially at the corners, and there seems to be more accumulated dust by the end of our 4-day stay than it should. there’s food from the previous guests in the fridge. a more thorough cleaning between guests would improve the experience a lot.

The room itself is good, clean, and comfortable. However, there is a serious issue with noise from renovation work on the floor above. There are loud drilling and hammering noises continuously from around 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, making it impossible to rest. The hotel announced that renovation work would take place from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but in reality, the noise starts much earlier than stated. I have already informed the hotel, but the noise still continues every morning.

our stay in homeinn plus hotel was very good, this branch was really nice if you want to be near all the good attractions in shanghai, most of our trips was with didi taxi but we only paid very low fair because the location was very near every attractions, apart from that the staffs were friendly there is also laundry room which has a lounge it was very convenient we didnt bring any dirty laundry with us when we went back home which is so relieving. highly recommended
