TtyinghongThe guest house located in a very cozy place. It’s located near longmen which you could walk to in the morning. Room is very good. It’s very warm inside in a cold day. Very recommendddd!!! Also the hotel staff is friendly.

FFufifluffThe property was beautiful with nice decor and architecture on each floor. The location is nice, walking distance to Luoyi Ancient city, ShiZi Jie and a short walk to transit. The staff was friendly and helpful for our requests.
If you're travelling with people with limited mobility and preper to take the taxi, be aware it's located in a narrow alleyway and most taxi drivers won't come in. When they do, it's difficult for them to exit if another vehicle comes in. While we were here there was a collision in front of the hotel involving a bike and a vehicle so lots of cars were blocked and couldn't pass.

PPengguna TetamuThis was truly one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in China. The moment you arrive, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. They did a superb job showing me around the floor and where all the key spots were. The room was spacious and beds are comfortable. I’m grateful for the soft towel they provided. I loved the location, which was near the Line 1 metro and a 10 minute walk to the Yingtanmien Gate (must see at nightfall). I also loved the study/quiet room which a bonus in the hostel. Everything went smoothly during my 3 night stay. The washing room was easy to use and very affordable. It was fun to see their movie and karaoke night. I highly recommend this place!

The breakfast is included we didn’t know, they bring to you in the room! I enjoyed so much my stay there.
The room we had was so nice and clean and bed super comfortable! Loved this hotel and city! 😍

PPengguna TetamuThis has to be on of the best hotels I’ve ever visited! Christian’s hotel is modern, bright, scrupulously clean and with all the mod cons you could ask for, but their real claim to fame has to be the staff. Many hotels claim their staff are there to give guests a good experience - but at this hotel they really are! At every level, staff went out of their way to check everything was OK for me, put right any issues, and actively look for ways to please me. Examples are: 1) when I dropped coffee at breakfast the girl who came to help wouldn’t start cleaning the mess until she’d made sure I hadn’t been scalded or stained my clothes, 2) my toothpaste was near it’s end - I returned to find a ‘tube squeezer’ to help empty it, 3) I travel with medication and returned to find a very useful pill box put next to the packets! All fairly small gestures, but they demonstrate how the staff go out of their way for their guests. The food at breakfast was of top quality, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. My only disappointment was that I had to move on to another city - I would have preferred to stay at Christian’s for longer!!

It is taking only 3km-4km to Zhengzhou Dong Station quite near and other location Longmen Groot, Sui & Tang Dynasty, Laoyi Acient Town with very deliciouse hotpot at exit Gate . Happy to stay here i will come back soon.i

PPengguna TetamuWe had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town.
Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide.
The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast.
Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service.
Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.
