Salah satu homestay terbaik! Disyorkan untuk menginap di sini. Kedua-dua tuan rumah sangat baik dan menampung setiap tetamu mereka. Walaupun kami berkomunikasi menggunakan penterjemah, itu bukan masalah. Kami sangat seronok menginap dan sejujurnya kami jatuh cinta dengan Snow Village dan sedih untuk pergi. Tuan rumah mengatur segala-galanya daripada pengangkutan hingga aktiviti salji kami dan juga merakam dan merakam video/foto untuk kami. Bercakap sahaja dengan mereka dan mereka akan mengaturkan untuk anda. Mereka juga menawarkan teh/kopi suam dan buah-buahan! Layanan yang sangat mesra diberikan kepada tetamu (terasa seperti di rumah sendiri). Katil dan lantai juga hangat. Hebat kerana cuaca di luar sangat sejuk! Semoga tidur nyenyak. Layak mendapat lebih daripada 5 bintang!

Pemilik sekeluarga sangat mesra seperti keluarga sendiri, sentiasa sedia menjawab sebarang pertanyaan. Bilik dihias dengan gaya Timur Laut yang unik, selesa dan elegan. Pemanas lantai sangat berkesan, jadi orang dari selatan tidak perlu risau tentang kesejukan. Lokasi homestay ini sunyi dan tenang, tetapi sangat dekat dengan kawasan pelancongan utama, jadi kami boleh pulang untuk berehat bila-bila masa kami letih. Pir beku dan kesemak beku percuma, perkhidmatan bawa bagasi yang prihatin, dan masakan rumah yang sangat lazat – setiap butiran membuatkan hati kami berasa hangat. Saya sudah mengesyorkannya kepada rakan-rakan yang akan melawat Snow Town!

This hotel is very nice amazing service is pretty good and if you want a budget friendly hotel i will highly recommend this. As a foreigner it was great hotel.

We love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

Bilik hotel ini sangat istimewa, terutamanya di teresnya yang unik. Walaupun kecil, ia lengkap dengan semua kemudahan. Teresnya bagus untuk bergambar. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap saya sangat menyenangkan! Lokasinya strategik, memudahkan untuk mencari tempat makan dan membeli-belah. Bilik bersih dan kemas, pencahayaan dan pengudaraan yang sangat baik, serta penebat bunyi yang bagus, membolehkan saya berehat dengan nyenyak. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah tilam tatami yang terlalu keras! Namun, perkhidmatan keseluruhannya sangat baik, dengan masalah yang ditangani dengan pantas. Disyorkan!

Seperti: Bilik yang bagus, bersih, kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik, memberi air minuman tanpa had. Lokasi tidak buruk. Berjalan kaki ke Zhongyang Shopping Street dan Gereja St. Sophia. Kakitangan tidak boleh berbahasa Inggeris tetapi cuba gunakan terjemahan untuk komunikasi. Tidak suka : Pintu bilik air adalah kaca jernih. Saya tidak faham kenapa rangkaian hotel Ibis di China perlu membuat pintu bilik air yang jelas 😅

I recently stayed at this business hotel in Harbin for two nights, booking the most economical option - the Comfy Queen room. Going in, I understood this was a basic, no-frills accommodation, and I was prepared for that level of service. However, several significant issues made this stay far more frustrating than it needed to be. The cheapest tier comes without a window, which I had accepted when booking. What the hotel failed to mention anywhere in the listing is that these budget rooms are located on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This means every  check  in and out requires climbing a TWO full flight of stairs with your luggage. Had I known this critical detail upfront, I would have either chosen a more expensive room or, more likely, selected a different hotel entirely. This information should be clearly disclosed during booking, as it’s a significant accessibility and convenience issue, especially for travelers with heavy bags or mobility concerns. The most irritating incident occurred on my second night. After spending the day exploring Harbin in freezing temperatures, exhausted and literally frozen solid, I returned to find my room key card had been deactivated. This meant I had to climb down the stairs from the 8th floor, take the elevator down from the 7th floor to reception, wait while staff sorted out their mistake, then reverse the entire journey - elevator up to 7th, stairs up to 8th. This was completely avoidable and purely the result of careless staff work. When you’re already cold and tired, being forced to make this unnecessary journey because of administrative incompetence is genuinely maddening. Adding insult to injury, I discovered after my stay that there are much better hotel options directly at the metro and high-speed rail (HSR) exits. These alternatives offer superior convenience without the stair-climbing requirement as I’ve stayed in some of those chains before.. The location of this hotel doesn’t offer any particular advantages to compensate for its drawbacks, making the choice to stay here even more regrettable. For my next trip to Harbin, I’ll be choosing one of the hotels that are closer to HSR or metro exits. Unless you specifically need to be in this exact location and are booking a higher-tier room with elevator access, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if the cost difference is not much. There are simply better value options available that won’t leave you climbing stairs multiple times a day or dealing with preventable administrative hassles.

Nilai hebat kerana hotel ini termasuk yuran dan peralatan ski. Biliknya bersih, luas dan sangat selesa. Bilik mandi mempunyai air panas, agak terhad tetapi cukup untuk dua orang. Secara keseluruhannya, penginapan yang mudah dan menyenangkan!

Orang incharge kaunter sangat bagus.. Bilik sesuai untuk keluarga saya.. Berdekatan stesen metro dan makanan halal.
