The indoor environment is clean and refreshing, the layout is reasonable and regular, and it will not be depressing to live in. It can be done in place, far away from the outside world, the service personnel behave appropriately, treat people sincerely and friendly, there are many shops downstairs, the daily needs are full, and they can all be satisfied. The whole stay is very comfortable, the cost performance is very good, the room is well maintained, the equipment is in good faith, the use experience is excellent, the sanitation is comprehensive, the air circulation is dry, and the service is meticulous.Very good.

The hotel room big & clean. The location is only about 5 to 8 minutes by car. The hotel offer free shuttle service to send us to the airport. The only weak point is the hotel nearby do not have any restaurants. Need to walk about 15 minutes to the small eatery shop which we did not eat dinner there. In the end, we walk back to the hotel & ask the hotel staff to order food delivery for us. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended if u are taking an early flight & need to reach the shenyang airport early. This is a good one to stay.

Great Location, Some Communication Hurdles The location is very good, within easy walking distance to Zhongjie (中街), which is a major plus. The room was in good order, and the cleaning lady deserves special mention—she was very friendly, helpful, and did her job perfectly. However, the check-in process was a bit confusing. Communication was arranged via WeChat beforehand, but responses were not very responsive. This process seems more suited to locals who can easily make direct phone calls to sort things out, and it may not be the most foreigner-friendly experience. Overall, a good stay thanks to the prime location and excellent cleaning service, but be prepared for some communication challenges during arrival.

This marks my third visit to Conrad Shenyang, and each experience has been consistently outstanding. I would like to extend a special commendation to the entire staff for their professionalism and hospitality. The happy hour at the executive lounge and the breakfast were truly amazing and among the best I have ever experienced. Most importantly, I want to recognize three individuals who exemplify the highest standards of the hotel service industry: Lisa, Tracy, and Harvey. Their exceptional hospitality and dedication made a significant impact on my stay, and I am incredibly grateful for their service. They are a credit to your hotel. 酒店地理位置優越，房間乾淨衞生，作為主題房間，配置合理，小童喜歡，但主題拖鞋看上去不是全新，裏面起小黑球，和主題睡衣一樣，感覺像街頭攝影棚的道具服，滿是小毛球，特別拉低檔次，沒敢讓孩子使用；過年期間午晚餐酒店沒有自助，可以點外賣機器人送餐，但機器少排隊需要30分鐘以上，到房間基本都涼了，房間內有冰櫃，但裏面東西需要另行收費，一瓶礦泉水需要25元，還是一貫的沒有性價比，建議配置點適中的免費物品，畢竟上千元一天的房費，現在很多酒店都已經為了提高體驗感給予贈送了，早餐中規中矩，談不上驚喜，但對得起五星的價格，特別提一句是二樓外包店的烤鴨，很好吃，值得一品；本次就是為了領孩子吃烤鴨，選擇住在這個酒店的。

My stay at Swissôtel Shenyang was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and located in a perfect area with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options. What truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. I would especially like to thank the front desk team, particularly Weixin and Ding, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They were always friendly, patient, and eager to help with any request, making me feel valued from the moment I arrived. A very special thank you also goes to Eric, the Concierge Manager, whose thoughtful and professional service exceeded all expectations. He patiently assisted me during check-in, explained all of the hotel’s facilities, and took the time to learn about my travel plans. When he found out I wanted to explore Shenyang, he recommended authentic local restaurants and attractions and even provided personalized travel suggestions. Eric was always available whenever I had questions. He helped with my luggage, arranged transportation, recommended the best routes, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. The dedication and professionalism of Weixin, Ding, Eric, and the entire hotel team truly reflect the high standards of Swissôtel. Their exceptional hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

Room clean. Best plushies on mattress top. Feels luxurious sleeping in the bed. Standard bottled water, towel, coffee tea sachets. Clean room but we cannot control room temperature. However I lower the AC, room temps stay 25C The toilet partition is made of glass see through to the room and the curtain to cover the toilet is outside the toilet, in the room, which is a bad design. Water seep out at the base of the glass joints into the bedroom carpet, causing condensation. Across the street and just around the corner is the happening pedestrian street and the subway, making this place the best in location. Disadvantage: walking street is next to the garbage collection station. Walking in and out, the air smells. Lobby to check in and breakfast is at the 7th floor. Basic choice of food.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Even in shared dorms, there was plenty of space for luggage and personal belongings, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and cleaned regularly throughout the day, which made a big difference. One of the highlights was the common area. It was cozy and lively at the same time, with comfortable seating, games, and a fully equipped kitchen. The hostel also organized social activities like city tours and group dinners, which created a great sense of community. The location was perfect — close to public transportation and within walking distance of major attractions. Overall, this hostel offers excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and social place to stay. I would definitely come back!
