Hotel berhampiran Broadway, Macau

Kakitangan daftar masuk adalah sopan dan cekap. Saya tidak menggunakan banyak kemudahan tetapi keseluruhan bilik bersih dan selesa. Akses ke teater Broadway adalah dekat.

We booked 2 Premier room and 1 of the room we got the corner room with 180 degree view facing the Galaxy hotel. This room is spacious and love the view. The 2nd room next to it is rather small and bedroom is rather squeezy and hardly any space to walk to the bed. We had the twin bed. View blocked by the TV in front of the glass window... is a pity to have such layout. We have the living room which is quite wasted. Should make the bedroom more spacious so easier for to walk thru. The room comes with a small kitchenette... bathroom Is small and have NO hook to hang our clothes.

Itu adalah seberang Galaxy Hotel dan lokasinya sangat bagus. Keramahan kakitangan hotel juga bagus. sangat bersih dan munasabah.

Bas ulang-alik percuma disediakan. Tetapi kami terlepas masa apabila tiba dari Hong Kong. Kami menaiki teksi ke Grandview sebaliknya. Terdapat Porter Filipina dengan nama bermula dengan D sangat membantu dan mesra. Dia secara proaktif membantu kami memunggah dua bagasi besar dan berat kami dari teksi kami. Selain itu, beliau mencadangkan ke mana hendak pergi dengan buku kecil dan peta yang disediakan. Pada hari daftar keluar, dia membantu kami mengaturkan bas ulang-alik.

We had an amazing 5 year anniversary at the grand dragon hotel. The staff was amazing! Thanks so much for the very thoughtful surprise, very much appreciated! The staff also helped with ordering a taxi and our further travel.The location is superb, we highly recommend!

Saya menempah Suite Marilyn yang terletak di tingkat atas hotel, menawarkan ruang tamu yang selesa, menjadikannya sesuai untuk kumpulan rakan-rakan. Semuanya baik kecuali penghawa dingin. Bilik tidur utama di tingkat atas begitu panas walaupun suhu ditala ke tahap paling rendah.

Hotel ini menyediakan perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik percuma terus ke Pelabuhan Gongbei, sangat mudah. Hotel ini bertemakan filem, di mana tetamu boleh merakam filem pendek secara percuma. Lokasinya agak terpencil, di sebelah Parisian, jadi agak jauh jika berjalan kaki. Anda boleh menaiki LRT berhampiran hotel untuk ke Wynn Palace, Taipa Village, dan lain-lain. Terdapat banyak pilihan makanan di tingkat bawah hotel. Saya tidak dapat mendaftar masuk pada waktu ketibaan dan terpaksa menunggu sehingga jam 3 petang, manakala waktu daftar keluar pada hari berikutnya adalah pada jam 11 pagi, yang dirasakan tidak begitu mesra pelanggan.

Saya mendapat tahu bahawa Tianlang Taoyuan telah dibuka semula, dan saya benar-benar ingin pergi ke sana Saya segera menempah hotel di Galaxy adalah haiwan boneka untuk kanak-kanak, dan terdapat juga kotak hadiah di bar mini dan wain merah Tidak lama selepas kami mendaftar masuk, kakitangan membantu memasang khemah untuk kanak-kanak tidur. Kami belum mendaftar keluar dan sudah tidak sabar untuk kembali lagi.

This is my 3rd stay at W Hotel Macau and this time was for my wedding preperation. The 2nd time we stayed here was when we got engaged so now W Hotel is our go to for special occasions. I booked this room at the very last minute and the room type I wanted was no longer available in the Marriott app hence I called the Reservations team. Agent Angel was very patient in helping me book and confirm my room requirements even if it was already past 18:30. I requested for a room ending in 20 as my priority was the view and when I checked in the next day, the team were able to meet my requirements and at the same time upgrade me. Front Office Agent Brian was very kind during the check-in process and the whole process was smooth. Since the room type I wanted was not available in the Marriott App, I booked via Trip.com. I do hope in the future, even if booked via third party, there is still a way to use my Marriott membership so the points are not wasted. 
We ate twice at Hakwer Hawker for breakfast and the staff who seated us were nice. Food selection and taste were good. Overall service was good. IRD also came into our room to give us champagne and chocolate strawberries as a welcome gift. On the night of my wedding, I was waiting for our car at the lobby and one of the FO agents noticed me and approached me if I needed anything or a glass of water. My experience this time was a lot better compared to my previous stay. I also appreciate that everytime we stayed, we are offered a turndown service (which is not offered to us all the time when we stayed at other 5-star hotels in Macau). Overall, I'm really happy with my stay at W Hotel Macau.
