PPengguna TetamuGenuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

PPengguna TetamuIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

MMonicaLiuCame for a birthday getaway! No luck on an upgrade and the room was ready a bit late, almost 5pm still no room ready for us😩. We came to celebrate birthday and emailed the hotel a week before and the hotel confirmed would set up the room and give us a complimentary cake. They gave us a birthday cake which was very much appreciated, but the lady who deliver to our room seemed not in a good mood. Yes rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated but terrible check in experience, and no room set up like they promised. From the beginning we were actually planning to stay for another night if everything satisfied but because of the delayed check in and bad service, I decided to book another hotel for our second night. Wouldn't consider staying here again, the only good thing is the location and hotel rooms are newly renovated.

EEUGENE POPOFFHotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣

PPengguna Tetamuvery nice hotel to stay, got free upgraded to a garden view room, the room is spacious and luxurious. i took a lot of nice pictures in the hotel room and the garden.
i accidentally lost my bracelet in the hallway, surprisingly the staff cleaner found it and put it in lost and found, with the help of the counter i was able to get it back.
the only downside would be the location is a bit inconvenient, cuz it’s far away from the londoner area and there is no shuttle bus, so my family and i had to walk 20mins to get to the main londoner road.

SSteve120390I enjoyed my stay at the W. I like the facilities such as the swimming pool area with jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. The bars look nice but there is no DJ or live band or anything which is disappointing.
The only thing I would suggest they improve is checkin and checkout.
I’ve never stayed in a 5 star hotel where I must have a credit card. Not every body wants or has a credit card. So they do not take deposits from bank cards.. this meant I had to go to the ****** use my British bank card and incur fees and I’m left with a lot of HKD currency which I don’t need so I will loose even more money to exchange it. So check in to this hotel I’ve lost money.
And it’s the guest fault.. no apology, no upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. And I am now at a loss.
Also the checkout was very slow to get back a cash deposit and to pay for minibar items.

PPengguna TetamuSpacious and very comfortable room like an apartment with dining area, living room, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in closet area. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was fine but still very convenient.
房間很大，有一大一小兩個廳，一個大更衣室，獨立廁所、獨立的淋浴間跟浴缸。飯店服務很好，酒店地點雖較偏，不過還是很方便。

BBaymaxxThe first thing, this hotel has few branches and we went to the wrong branch. Its kinda hard to locate it so give attention to the road. The room is quite ok for sleep since we only return to rest. The restroom has a smell like a cigarettes even though none of us is smoking. The good thing about this hotel it has small gym and laundry room.

PPengguna TetamuBiasanya ini adalah penginapan yang hebat tetapi malangnya pada kesempatan ini mereka lebih mementingkan tetamu bufet malam mereka daripada tetamu hotel mereka. Tiada makanan tersedia selain perkhidmatan bilik dan itu mengambil masa hampir 90 minit untuk tiba suam-suam kuku - malangnya kerana cuaca tidak mungkin untuk pergi ke tempat lain. Sarapan pagi juga mengecewakan daripada pilihan dan pilihan biasa termasuk fizz dan sushi yang hilang antara lain... Malangnya ini adalah perjalanan terakhir saya ke Macau dan bukan perjalanan yang saya inginkan

PPengguna TetamuNice spacious double room. Had to pay 500hkd dollars as a deposit. They did not take visa but there was a bank across the road to access ATM. To get the deposit back at the end of our 3day stay we needed to give them the receipt, luckily we had not thrown it out.
