PPengguna TetamuGenuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

MMonicaLiuCame for a birthday getaway! No luck on an upgrade and the room was ready a bit late, almost 5pm still no room ready for us😩. We came to celebrate birthday and emailed the hotel a week before and the hotel confirmed would set up the room and give us a complimentary cake. They gave us a birthday cake which was very much appreciated, but the lady who deliver to our room seemed not in a good mood. Yes rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated but terrible check in experience, and no room set up like they promised. From the beginning we were actually planning to stay for another night if everything satisfied but because of the delayed check in and bad service, I decided to book another hotel for our second night. Wouldn't consider staying here again, the only good thing is the location and hotel rooms are newly renovated.

PPengguna TetamuHotel ini menyediakan perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik percuma terus ke Pelabuhan Gongbei, sangat mudah. Hotel ini bertemakan filem, di mana tetamu boleh merakam filem pendek secara percuma. Lokasinya agak terpencil, di sebelah Parisian, jadi agak jauh jika berjalan kaki. Anda boleh menaiki LRT berhampiran hotel untuk ke Wynn Palace, Taipa Village, dan lain-lain. Terdapat banyak pilihan makanan di tingkat bawah hotel. Saya tidak dapat mendaftar masuk pada waktu ketibaan dan terpaksa menunggu sehingga jam 3 petang, manakala waktu daftar keluar pada hari berikutnya adalah pada jam 11 pagi, yang dirasakan tidak begitu mesra pelanggan.

SSteve120390I enjoyed my stay at the W. I like the facilities such as the swimming pool area with jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. The bars look nice but there is no DJ or live band or anything which is disappointing.
The only thing I would suggest they improve is checkin and checkout.
I’ve never stayed in a 5 star hotel where I must have a credit card. Not every body wants or has a credit card. So they do not take deposits from bank cards.. this meant I had to go to the ****** use my British bank card and incur fees and I’m left with a lot of HKD currency which I don’t need so I will loose even more money to exchange it. So check in to this hotel I’ve lost money.
And it’s the guest fault.. no apology, no upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. And I am now at a loss.
Also the checkout was very slow to get back a cash deposit and to pay for minibar items.

LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

SSaiAungEventhough the hotel is great in all aspects, th guests come staying in that hotels are so terrifying, they don't even have the knowledge of being SILENCE, talking so loud, running and even shouting. So under educated and very low ethic . If you like to stay quiet and cozy ,please never choose that one. You will stay awake at night cause of loud noises. You will see the counter staff at night sleeping and treat you like you are stayed there for free by her money. No smile, even no reply sometime. Terrible experience ever.
