PPengguna Tetamu這次帶着媽媽和小狗一起入住的大樂之野·勿舍，民宿在村子裏，開了一小段盤山公路就到了，環境非常好，民宿很有設計感，很漂亮，小狗非常滿意。周邊還有徒步路線，沿着毛利水庫走一走，吹吹風。在民宿預訂了晚飯，每道菜都很好吃，白鯧魚非常新鮮，筒骨湯也很棒，份量很大，用料很足。表揚我們的管家小琳，是個非常可愛的小姐姐，認真負責，從到民宿的接待，到晚餐的安排，還給我們送了晚安甜湯，到最後退房，一整個就是一個大優秀

PPengguna TetamuI would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants.
Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services:
1. Cady of the reception
Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure.
2. Cora (陈丽)
Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior.
3. Cavan
Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP.
The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.

LLing_sgMX Mansion has given me the best overall service experience. You can really feel that the hotel places strong emphasis on service quality.
Location:
Strategically located in the heart of Ningbo, the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Cheng Huang Night Market, the pedestrian street, shopping malls, and many popular restaurants. Super convenient for exploring the city.
Staff:
Check-in was pleasant and smooth, with friendly and warm staff at reception. They were very helpful in giving us navigation tips around the area. The team even went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. A big thank you to Ms. Lu (吕小姐) for her thoughtful service!
Amenities:
The self-laundry area and gym are tucked away in a corner, so they’re convenient to use without disturbing guests.
Room:
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It feels like the hotel has been newly renovated. The environment is comfortable and well-maintained.
Breakfast:
The breakfast spread is good and offers enough variety if you prefer to dine in the hotel.
Note:
During winter, the hotel uses a centralised air-conditioning system, which means the rooms are set to heating mode. There are rooms with and without windows, so do consider your preference. Since it wasn’t peak season, I was allocated a room with a window panel that could be opened, which I appreciated.

员工服务：
办理入住过程愉快顺利，前台员工亲切热情，还贴心地为我们提供周边导航信息。更难得的是，他们特地为我们的结婚周年做了小安排，让这次入住格外难忘。特别感谢吕小姐的用心服务！
设施：
自助洗衣房和健身房位于较角落的位置，既方便使用又不会影响客房安静。
房间：
房间宽敞、干净得无可挑剔，看得出酒店应该是近期翻新过，整体环境十分舒适。
早餐：
早餐种类不错，如果喜欢在酒店用餐，这里的早餐能满足基本需求。
小提醒：
冬季是中央空调统一供暖，房间会处于暖气模式。另外，酒店有带窗和无窗房型，可根据自己的需求选择。由于我入住时并非旺季，酒店为我安排了一间带可开启窗户的房间，非常贴心。

My room was without the freezer, but the receptionist said if I requested during check in, she can arrange to upgrade for the customers. Breakfast is good and have a wide variety to taste. The location is close to both Ningbo Airport and the high speed train station.

The hotel has a very unique style and atmosphere. Unlike many ordinary hotels, it feels elegant, peaceful, and full of character. The interiors are beautifully designed, and every part of the hotel feels carefully thought out.
My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bed was excellent, and I had a very relaxing stay. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help.
What made this hotel special for me was that it felt different from the usual hotel experience. It had its own charm and personality, which made my stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Ningbo in the future.

DDing Ying ChorWe had a very pleasant 4-day, 3-night stay at the Novotel Ningbo East. The overall experience was positive. The lobby is beautiful, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also provided us with one day of complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. The hotel's location is a major advantage, making it easy to get around the city.

Stylish Ambiance: The hotel, though showing its age, exudes a certain elegance that sets it apart. The vintage touches combined with modern aesthetics create a captivating atmosphere.
Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory. If you appreciate a touch of history in your stay, this hotel is worth considering.

⭐️ A magical treehouse escape — incredibly welcoming to international guests
We stayed in the Starry Dome Suite and it honestly exceeded our expectations — even better than the photos. The room is spread across multiple levels, with three private patios nestled below the dome itself, giving it the feel of our very own luxury treehouse. The fun electric trapdoor entrance into the dome was a highlight, and having a private bathroom tucked into the setup made the stay comfortable as well as adventurous.
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. As international guests who speak very little Chinese, we were so touched by how accommodating and friendly everyone was. They went out of their way to communicate with us via WeChat, patiently using translation software to make sure we had everything we needed — from local tips to the little details that made our stay seamless. We never felt like a burden, which we truly appreciated.
The location itself is beautiful. We did some lovely walks in the nearby area, but honestly we were just as happy sitting out on our patio, soaking in the trees and the peace. We brought our own BBQ, and the team was really flexible in helping us find a great spot to set it up. It was exactly the nature escape we needed — a perfect break from city life. If you're a foreign traveller wondering whether you'll feel comfortable here, the answer is absolutely yes. We felt so welcome.

Wwinter night酒店位置蠻方便的，附近有公交站和地鐵站，到天一廣場步行12分鐘左右就到了，出行方便，旁邊也有些餐飲店吃飯的話也很方便，附近有個大型商場k11很近，酒店前台客服服務態度還可以有應必答，房間的話衞生還可以，硬件設施比較舊但完全夠用，房間空間比較侷促，酒店有電梯很方便，酒店本身比較舊不過打理的挺好的，價格實惠，整體體驗還行。
