They provided a free car pickup from the train station, and upon arrival at the city gates, they arranged a human rickshaw to whisk our luggage through the stone streets directly to our door. A special shoutout to 阿龙 (A-Long), 李琳 (Li Lin), and the entire team. They truly go out of their way to make you feel like family rather than just a guest. We loved that breakfast, afternoon tea, and even laundry services were included. Fantastic stay! We booked 3 nights, so the hotel provided free shuttle from Lijiang Railway station. The hotel has afternoon tea time from 2-6 pm while after 8-10 pm, there is also fire session for night tea. Our families are really happy. Breakfast is local noodles which is good; we have 1 day to leave hotel early, the hotel staff even prepare packing set of milk and crackers for us. Appreciated very much.The room is clean and like provided in Trip.com. Just only comment for drainage to fix. 6th floor hotel has really great view to see Jade Dragon Snow mountain especially on a sunny day. Hotel staff are really helpful and nice. Overall we are very happy with hotel staff, nice room and many hotel activities.

Menginap 3 hari yang sangat selesa! Pemandangan gunung sebaik sahaja keluar. Sangat dekat dengan Lijiang Old Town dan Gunung Salji Jade Dragon. San Jin sangat comel!! Malam itu juga nampak bunga api dari sebelah. Sarapan pagi pun pelbagai.

This place just blew me away. Smack in the middle of Lijiang old town, beautiful architecture and 6 star service all the way! The room amenities are on par with 5 star international hotels. Soft fluffy towels and bedding, a deek soaking tub, quality amenities. Our personal concierge Rui Rui is a beautiful and sweet local Naxi girl who arranged everything from pick-up, show tickets, dinner recommendations, and tips for where to go etc etc. Amy the restaurant manager provided amazing service and delicious food and drinks, and makes the best coffee in the entire Yunnan. The afternoon tea is a must do. The garden is a menagerie of animals. There is also a special furkid at reception to greet you when you arrive. Also you get the best view of old town from the restaurant . We will definitely be back soon!

The location is good here, it's walking distance to the Black Dragon Pool and the Lijiang Ancient Town. The service is good here though the breakfast selection isn't huge. Overall it's good for what you paid for.

麗江古城をゆっくり楽しみたい方におすすめのホテルです。大水車や四方街にも比較的近く、食事や買い物にも便利ですが、少し離れている分、夜は静かで落ち着いて過ごせました。 昔ながらの四合院風の建物や中庭の雰囲気がとても良く、アフタヌーンティーのコーヒーとケーキを楽しみながらのんびりできます。屋上の展望台から見える古城の景色も最高でした。 スタッフはとても親切で、外国人対応にも慣れている印象。駅まで無料で送ってもらえたのもありがたかったです。 部屋は広くて清潔感があり快適。朝食は小規模ですが、米線やお粥、パンなどがあり、手作り感があって美味しかったです。ただ、水回りの扉の立て付けだけ少し気になりました。 古城内は車が入れないので、荷物が多いと少し大変ですが、金虹路から徒歩3分ほどでアクセスは便利でした。　　　　　　　　 工作人员非常热情友好，对外国游客也很照顾，沟通没有问题。 酒店离古城最热闹的区域稍微有一点距离，所以环境很安静，晚上休息特别舒服。楼顶观景台可以俯瞰丽江古城的屋顶和街景，景色很美。 酒店是保留传统风格的四合院建筑，很有古城氛围，旁边还有咖啡店。白天可以在庭院里悠闲地喝咖啡，酒店还提供下午茶（咖啡和蛋糕），很适合放松。 房间宽敞又干净，整体住得很舒服，不过浴室门的安装稍微有点问题。 周边吃饭、咖啡店和购物都很方便。早餐虽然不算丰富，但有米线、粥、面包等，带点手工家常的感觉，味道不错。 酒店离古城入口的大水车很近，到四方街也不远。从北侧主路金虹路步行大约3分钟（下坡路），附近也有出租车等候。 因为古城内禁止车辆进入，如果行李很多，需要注意从外面走进来的距离和坡道。酒店还免费送我们去车站，非常贴心。 如果想慢慢感受丽江古城的氛围，这里是很值得推荐的住宿。

Saya datang ke Lijiang kali ini khas untuk Banyan Tree! Pokok wisteria yang indah, bunga begonia yang menawan, bunga pear putih bersih, bunga sakura merah jambu yang mekar, pokok willow yang melambai... Terlalu cantik! Perkhidmatan di hotel mewah ini memang tidak perlu diperkatakan lagi, terutamanya Elin di kaunter hadapan yang membalas mesej dengan pantas dan memenuhi setiap permintaan. Terima kasih banyak! Bufet sarapan pagi juga sangat lazat, terutamanya beberapa jenis dim sum. Walaupun sedang berdiet, tetap tidak dapat menahan diri untuk makan lebih! Jika ada kekecewaan, mungkin tilam dan bantal terlalu lembut, tetapi boleh ditukar di kaunter hadapan. Banyan Tree sememangnya berbaloi untuk datang lagi beberapa kali. Lain kali saya akan bawa keluarga!

A stunning stay! The room I picked was the 180+180 room and the view was just absolutely stunning. I recommend staying more than a day to just enjoy the views of the mountain. I was hosted by Hongliang and team who were so very attentive. They gave quick recommendations on what to eat in the vicinity and helped arranged all the activities they offered. The photography experience was especially fun and the photographer gave clear guidance and there was a good selection of outfits for ladies (just one for males). The session included makeup and hairdo as well, one per room, top up if more guests want to participate. I wish I had remembered there was a free shoot then I would have saved on the one done in the ancient city. These photos turned out really nice and you can pay a fee for each additional photo you like. Coord directly with the photog 2 days before your stay. The tea pressing activity was at a nearby tea dealer and the staff were very well versed in all types of tea, if you are a connoisseur you would enjoy it. All in all an amazing stay that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a mountain retreat.
