Good Winter 2025 holidays with good hotel, cleanliness, good bedding *we slept deeply and soundly * all heater works well superb good Rm5005 ( no windows with round tub), giving thanks to the most friendliest staff to Pretty Miss Liu and the gentle lady during our first day 11/12 on duty! Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! Kudos to QingQiu Hotel, we hereby highly recommend Anyone who is looking for a restful and relaxing Lovely trip in Dalian!5*****stars

我一般旅遊住酒店不評價但是這家酒店無論是衞生還是房間的設計風格真是好的不要不要的太棒了跟五星級酒店一樣房間寬敞乾淨晚上窗外的景色可以看到星海廣場全景服務也很棒衹要我需要什麼前台小哥都會非常快的幫住我下回再來大連還會選擇他家他們家很適合來大連遊玩的朋友們推薦他們家

The hotel staff were very kind.our room on the 40th floor had a great view.the room was beautifully furnished.the breakfast was good. We just few problems such as , some insects entered our room , The pillow was very soft for us and The hairdryer was weak.

I have been to a lot of hotels, AirBnBs and homestay in China but none have had the fineness, hospitality, cleanliness or comfort of Dalian Jinshi Designer Homestay. The staff is more than friendly, accommodating and enthusiastically friendly. As a foreigner who has been living in China for almost 6 years now it’s refreshing to find an accommodation that offers you services beyond your expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants and expects a great and comfortable vacation. If I’m ever in Dalian again, be it with or without friends, I’ll definitely stay at the same place. Thanks to all the staff for their friendly hospitality. 10 stars and beyond to this place!!

Dalian Jinse Sea View Art Homestay (Xinghai Square Branch) Room: Hibiscus Sea-view Terrace Bathtub Room (Softened Water Zero Pressure Mattress) I’ve traveled extensively and stayed in countless hotels, but this homestay just skyrocketed to TOP TIER—it was absolutely perfect in every way! ✨ The View (Unreal!) Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a postcard-perfect sea view of Xinghai Bay and the iconic bridge. Waking up to endless blue ocean and watching the sunset/night light show from my private terrace was pure magic. I never tired of it. 📍 Prime Location Steps from Xinghai Square, right on the coast—super convenient for exploring, walking the seaside, or just soaking in the vibe. Ideal spot in Dalian[(携程)] 🛏️ Room: Beautiful, Comfortable & Spotless The room is stunningly designed, spacious, and immaculately clean—no detail missed. The softened water bathtub was so luxurious for relaxing with sea views , and the zero-pressure mattress gave me the best night’s sleep in years. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Bayshore.The hotel was fully booked with families on holiday, and many enjoyed the Sea World Park and fun fair rides 150m from the hotel. My room was 1912, and overlooked the bay. The room was spotless but getting a bit dated. The shower door is not sealed, so it leaks, but everthing else was fine.Air con was working very well and kept the room very cool. Breakfast had a vast menu, but for a foreigner, the choice was acceptable but limited. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience but expensive at £195 for a sea view double room for 2 nights staying on my own Weather was poor but did not detract from my stay.. Location excellent. Metro (2nd Hospital of Dalian Medical Uni) and Xinhai Square about 15 mins walk.

Our stay at this hotel was really calm and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and calm. The service was also very good, staff members were attentive, thoughtful, and willing to help, especially administrator 小安. They even sent up soup when we weren’t feeling well. Their responses were always quick and efficient. The room itself was cosy and supeeer comfortable. The layout was well-designed. We also appreciated the small things, such as the snacks prepared in the room. We initially planned to stand here for one night, but due to good impression lasted our moments here for additional day

Отличное расположение, море рядом, даже на пляж Ракушку можно дойти пешком, транспорт любой: метро, трамвай, автобус. Приветливый хозяин, все вопросы решает быстро. В номере есть всё необходимое, полотенца одноразовые, у нас были свои махровые. Всё понравилось, остались довольны отдыхом

The hotel is very nice and clean! The service is very very very good! The staff team is very supportive & helpful. They helped us call taxi, and provided many convenient things. The hotel location is also great. Its near xinghai square and can walk to the beach to see the bridge.
