Hotel berhampiran Stesen Central Dortmund, Dortmund

It is clear that the experience went pretty well. The staff was very quick and efficient with their tasks, and they got us checked in quickly. Afterwards, we found our rooms to be rather hygienic and well-kept, although the Sofa-Bed we bought was rather small. However, we did cook some food, which got filled with smoke, so we did trigger the smoke alarm. Even then, the fire management crew arrived quickly to shut off the alarm and open the windows to remove the smoke. This really just proves how effective the sensors are and how efficient the staff were. In terms of facilities, the gym room was really nice, with all sorts of machines and weights and mats. Also, the Breakfast was really good. they had a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, such as Soy Milk alternatives. Finally, the location was very good, it was near safe parking in a cheap, locked parking lot, only EURO14 per 24 hrs, as well as some tourist attractions like bustling streets and a football museum and merchandise shops nearby. Overall, given the location and services and facilities provided, this is definitely a value for money hotel and a reliable place to stay. 10/10.

Super Lage in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Sehr cooles Design im Zimmer und generell. Leider Abzug wegen dem spärlichen Frühstücksbuffet ohne Pancakes. Und auch wegen fehlenden Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer.

Sehr schönes Hotel Central gelegen gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sauber mit eigenem Balkon im Zimmer Bett. Sehr bequem und groß das Badezimmer etwas klein aber zum Zweck ausreichend was fehlt ein Spiegel im Zimmer aber sonst top ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder

Excellent located if you want to visit University / Technologiepark. Well equipped room. Wall behind bed very dusty, dirty wall in bathroom. Early breakfeast from 6:30 available, but no coffee since staff forgot cleaning coffee machine.....

Came for business trip intertabak but brought my wife and son along. Breakfast had limited choices but sufficient for business trip. Croissants are goood crispy and soft inside. Friendly Floor staff was kind enough to help store breast milk for my wife as there is not fridge or freezer in the room. Good location in the city to explore. They also let us check in early as i wrote to them prior to check in. Thumbs up. Able to rest after a long early flight.

The hotel is close to the BVB Dortmund Stadium, which was our main target the 2 nights of our stay in Dortmund. Good service and warm welcome. Simple but great breakfast.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, es befindet sich praktisch im ”Kriegsgebiet”, nahezu alle Häuser der Gegend stehen leer oder sehen aus als wäre die Bombe eingeschlagen. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich über einem 1€ Laden, der wahrscheinlich pleite ist sobald das hier jemand liest, Leichenbestatter ist direkt neben dem Hotel und gegenüber ein paar Dönerläden, Rewe ist nicht weit weg. Die Lage ist ziemlich abseits, wer jedoch ein Auto hat kein Problem, Parkplatz kostet 5€ extra ist aber unbewacht. Der Hoteleingang befindet sich in der Tunneleinfahrt zum Parkplatz. Die Lobby sieht ganz gut aus, der Service ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist mager aber gut, alles vorhanden, Brötchen, Rührei, Wurst etc. Der Kaffee ist allerdings stark verwässert, Kakao nahezu untrinkbar, 3 Espresso sind ein normaler Kaffee!. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber sehr altmodisch, die Fenster sind nicht dicht und wurden behelfsmäßig mit Klebeband abgedichtet (hat allerdings funktioniert), die Dusche hat einen ziemlich hohen Absatz, wer also nicht mehr so gut klettern kann (besonders vorsichtig heraussteigen!), duschen fällt dann aus. Das Zimmer war jedoch sehr ruhig und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt, man konnte angenehm schlafen.
